The knob that twists to tighten to the bar broke within a month can’t use it now without almost cutting my hand open.
I gave this equipment 4 out of 5 stars because when you’re using the wide grips, the middle grips will restrict your range of motion as you pull the weight further up to your chest/upper stomach area. Other than that, it works well.
The setup for this was pretty simple but I wish it did include instructions for those that don’t really know where stuff goes. It also requires tightening for the bolts to go down and make the bar inserting attachment less wobbly. Overall it is pretty solid and has a great base for working out with. Overall I do like it!
