Zebra Golf AIT1 Golf Mallet Putter, Right Hand

This is a well-balanced, eye-friendly club that only old-timers would remember (Ray Floyd won a Masters decades ago with a Zebra). For me, the length and grip weren’t quite right, so I had the pro at my home course take it on for lengthening the shaft and applying a slightly beefier grip (I use the arm-lock method, for those golf nuts who are familiar with the terminology of such methods).

Given that, the Zebra is eminently functional, especially on those annoying 3 to 6 footers that can mean the difference between par and bogey for good players, and bogey and double for hacks like me. It just seems to line itself up correctly most of the time, more than other putters I’ve tried.
