The battery life on this is great, it lasts for a good 5-6 hours on average and it’s easy to set up and comfortable to wear.

Perfect VR accessory and at a reasonable price too.

Found myself being able to play up to 4 to 6 hours on full charge and is comfortable but the adjustment wheel fell off but it can just be glued on or used just to adjust the headset so it isn’t bad

Easy to fit with step by step instructions even a 2 year old could follow. No more fighting “you wasted it! Now I’ve to wait till it charges ” Battery life is excellent, the adjustable strap at a twist is a god send. Fits so much better that original strap and at a fraction of the price. Will keep an eye out for more extras from this company.

The head strap itself is very comfortable for what it is. It’s the quality of the build, namely the sturdiness of the unit, that I wonder about. Especially after long-term use.

However, so far it is working really well and the battery is impressive.

I ordered the ZYBER Head Strap with Battery Pack for Oculus Quest 2, Elite Head Strap Replacement 6000mah Compatible with Meta Quest 2 Accessories.

My husband said that this head strap was very good and get secured. It had an extra section on compared to the other head strap he has.

At the time of reviewing this product was priced at 39.99.

    I would recommend this product.

Not only is it incredibly comfortable, but it also provides a significant battery life boost. I’ve been able to enjoy longer gaming sessions without having to worry about my headset running out of battery.

The battery pack is also really convenient as it is easy to charge and it can last up to 6 hours. It is also very lightweight and easily attaches to my Oculus Quest 2 headset. The head strap is also adjustable and fits securely on my head. It is made from high-quality materials and is very comfortable to wear.

Really happy with this head strap, not only is it more comfortable to wear but gives much more battery power. The meta quest 2 headset has a battery capacity of 3600 mah and this additional head strap with a battery gives over double the capacity, not far off 3 times the capacity. The head strap says on the advertisement that its 6000mah, we drained the battery completely flat and then charged through the power meter to which it put 5159mah back into it which is impressive. I never find any electronics are quite what they’re advertised at but I’m impressed how this one isn’t far off. It was really easy to install onto the meta quest, literally takes seconds. It feels much more comfortable to wear, I find the original straps that the quest comes with are awkward and pull on my hair a lot but this is much better plus its also nice being able to play for longer without worrying about my headset running out of power. I like that it has a led battery indicator on it too to show how much power is remaining. It took 3 hours 15 mins to charge from completely flat to full which I think is fine seeing as you will get back easy in gameplay. The material of the head strap is soft but durable, doesn’t irritate my skin or make me feel too sweaty and uncomfortable. I think it’s well worth spending the money on 100%. Just being more comfortable and being able to play for longer makes it worth every penny.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant addition for the quest 2, can't fault it.

Whilst this doesn’t have *quite* the same level of additional comfort or high-quality durability as the official Oculus/Meta Quest 2 elite head strap/battery pack, it’s not all *that* far off. It’s certainly a more fitting alternative to the official branded one that I expected it to be. Unfortunately, the Quest 2 will never be super comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, but this allows you to not only withstand wearing it for longer, but also actually PLAY it for a lot longer. I found the strap easy to adjust and plug in. It also comes in at about half the price of the officially branded thing, which is a huge difference in price. The difference in quality isn’t so grand, which is fantastic.

This looks smart and also works really well. The added battery life is great and is comfortable to wear.
I would recommend this especially at the price point around 50 as it is now

Easy to attach to VR and is pretty sturdy when worn. Comfort has not been compromised from our rigid aftermarket head strap. If you are upgrading from the elastic OEM strap then this is a big improvement.

Charging is simple, just plug the head strap in at the back via USB-C and keep the headset plugged in from the strap. Hope that makes sense.

Run time is LONG .. 3hrs and still got 1 light left and the VR still has 100% left!!!

Is it worth it? Yeah .. it is better than having a long cord into a power bank?
Yes but that option is cheaper and not as neat or slick and self contained. If you got money to burn, get it. It’s well made and comfy.

The Quest 2 Head Strap with battery is an absolute game-changer for all Oculus Quest 2 gamers out there. With its built-in 6000 mAh rechargeable battery pack, it extends your playtime by 5 to 8 hours, eliminating the hassle of constantly charging your headset. The passthrough charging feature is also a great addition, allowing you to charge both the headset and battery pack.

The soft and pliable back of the head support bracket and foam-padded top strap provide added comfort, making it suitable for everyone’s head which is absolutely comfortable. Its easy to adjust the length. Also very easy to clean. I will recommend it. Its a lot of fun with your family.
I hope this review will be helpful.

I would 100% recommend this item for any Quest 2 user! The pack helps balance the weight and makes the set more comfortable. The battery in the Quest 2 lasts around 2+ hours, but with this supplied pack, it brings it up to 6+ HOURS, on full charge (headset and battery pack)! The installation is a very easy process, and it brings the weight off of the middle strap, so your hair doesn’t get messed up.

When you combine that with the sleek design that fits the scheme of the Quest 2, a very adjustable base with padding makes it a very comfortable item for your Quest. The meta quest 2 is heavy and the strap that comes with it does a bad job of balancing that weight, is uncomfortable and is a pain to adjust just right. If you are sharing with other people, you spend a lot of time adjusting the strap. This head strap makes the device feel almost weightless and fits against your face just right.

You can switch between users instantly by turning the knob on the back to adjust the size, which is great when the kids are trading off playing levels. It’s a pain when you and the family are having fun playing and you have to stop to charge. This extends the battery life enough for you to get your fill of VR play before it runs out.

Not only does it take pressure off of the front of my face and the rest of my head where the old straps were, but it also improved my vision while gaming. All in all this head strap is a great accessory! Far better than the stock strap and at a better price than most competitors.

    Hope this review helps.

I’ve had one other strap for my Quest, and although it was a slight improvement over the stock strap, it still gave me the most awful headaches, and I ended up having to leave VR after about 30 minutes of playtime.

Then I picked up this strap right when I was considering selling my Quest and leaving VR as a hobby.

Immediate difference, even in putting this strap on my quest. I had to wrestle with my original strap for ages, but this one just clicked in with zero problem at all.

The top strap is made of the softest memory foam and supports my head amazingly alongside the head cup at the back. It’s just so comfortable in every way. The adjusting feels silky smooth and natural, and it sits in my head just right so that I can see the whole screen without the blurring and pain in the face and head.

This strap has changed my entire view on VR gaming. I’ve gotten massively back into Beat Saber, and thats mostly because of how comfortable this strap is.

The battery pack is also great, and lasts for ages. This strap takes away most of the major problems I had with my Quest headset, being the low battery life and the intense head pain from the bad stock strap.

Strongly recommend for anyone who either uses their Quest massively, or like me, is close to giving up the hobby entirely. I’ve amassed about 12 hours more Beat Saber playtime since picking up this strap.

It is expensive so it is an investment, but it’s a worthy one if you’re otherwise considering selling your 300 headset.

This head strap with battery pack for Oculus Quest 2 works excellent I must admit, it is very easy to use product.
It is made in ergonomic flip design and safe circuit protection.
Very safe to use because it has: over temperature protection, over charging protection, and short circuit protection.
It has very useful to fits most heads adjustable length, and stepless regulation.
With very large battery capacity of 6000mAh you will be able to use it after fully charge for 5-8 hours.
Very easy to put on and remove.
Great quality product at all, for very reasonable price I must admit.

This head strap for Oculus Quest 2 has a built-in 6,000mAh battery, which allows for 5-8 hours of additional gaming before needing to be recharged.

The head strap itself feels comfortable and even having the battery built in doesn’t add too much additional weight. It’s also adjustable via the dial at the back which gives a good amount of expansion.

There’s a battery indicator on the back of the headset, so you know when it’s time to recharge, which is handy.

All in all, it’s a good head strap for Oculus Quest 2 to extend game time, but quite expensive at 52.99, which was the price at time of writing.

I hope you found this review helpful.

Fantastic comfortable fit. Excellent battery life, triple the battery life, triple the fun. Build quality is great apart from the disc shaped adjuster on the reverse because it keeps popping off. I can still manage to use it by popping it back in and adjusting the head strap but it’s very fidgety and super annoying having to constantly do this.

This headset allows me to wear the oculus for a longer time as it doesn’t dig in to the bridge of my nose and under eye area as i wear glasses. This is because the original strap often sagged in a front heavy kind of way. This head strap however features a strap that sits below the crown giving more head support and therefore is well balanced and more comfortable.

Overall this is an absolutely fantastic head set that would certainly be worth the fifty plus pound price tag if only the adjuster disc was a better build quality. Due to this issue however i would be disappointed if i’d spent this much. It’s also possible mine was faulty and others might not be but if this is an ongoing issue and they managed to fix the issue then this would be 100% worth the purchase.

his is a battery head strap for oculus quest 2 vr head set, it has 6000mah capacity, about 1.5 times of the original battery (3640mah), it can extend around 2-3 hours of play time, of course it still depend on what game i play, some drain more battery and some less

it’s simple to install, weight of battery is quite balanced with the headset, padded strap is thick and soft, strap length and pivot angle are adjustable, it matches my head well, comfortable to wear

overall the battery strap is a clean design, not feeling bulky, easy for storage as well

there is a function button at the back, for checking battery level, start and stop charging the headset, easy to use; no problem with using it so far, impressed

i’m happy with this product, would recommend

I have had an Oculus Quest 2 for some time now, and often find I am using it with a trailing cord as I forget to charge it in between uses (it normally goes safely back in the box when I am done using it) I did not think I would like this replacement strap, but actually I really do!

It’s easy to swap over, and as well as being more comfortable than the standard strap gives the Quest a much longer battery life. I am really pleased with it!

Overall a good addition to the oculus assesories. Comfortable enough to wear with the added setting point of having a power bank attached.

I do prefer how this is attached to the headset. Some other straps use a sliding clip system, that the arms of the headset slide onto. While secure, it can lead to the oculus case getting scratched. This product uses the same system as the official strap, as in it clicks onto the arms instead. This is also a very secure way of keeping the headset on without the concern of damaging it.

Plastic wise, it is about the same as the oculus case. Not quite as high quality, but well finished with no sharp bits. I’m also not a fan of the top strap and have seen better systems for supporting the headset at the top of the skull. I feel a padded system is much more comfortable especially for long periods of time. That said anything is better than the strap the oculus comes with.

There a fair few elite straps on the market now for the oculus and depending on what you are looking for, depends on what is worth getting. I like this product in particular because of the extended battery which suits what I needed in a strap perfectly.

Is it worth the money though? At the time of writing, the strap costs 57 which given the included power bank is about right. Other more basic straps tend to range from 20 – 30 mark, but if you take into account power banks are around 20 for a basic one, the price for this strap does start to make sense.

All in all, if you want a more basic strap, there are others on the market that do a similar job. If however, you are looking for a strap that does a bit more. This is an excellent product to go for.

I absolutely love this head strap with battery pack for my Quest 2. The battery pack is a game changer – allowing you to play for hours on end without worrying about running out of juice. The head strap is also incredibly comfortable and keeps the Oculus securely in place, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the VR. The price isn’t cheap but I highly recommend the ZYBER Head Strap to any Quest 2 owner looking to avoid frequent recharges.

When I got this strap I was pleasantly surprised at how high quality it felt, it feels right at home on my oculus 2 with everything having the same feel and aesthetic.
The addition of the cushion on the top is great, it feels alot less strenuous than the default or pro strap because of this.
The battery pack holds a decent amount of charge and can charge the headset while in use perfectly fine, It being a bit heftier probably also causes it to be a counterweight so there’s not as much pressure on your face.
The hinges on the front are my favourite thing about this though, once fitting it perfectly to your head, you can hold the headset to your face and raise the back up to perfectly take it on and off which is perfect for me because I have long hair so I don’t have the worry about taking it on and off and trying to keep my hair out of the way.

Great value for money, it may seem a bit pricey for just a replacement for the default strap if you’re new to the market, but I’ve paid a lot more for a lot less!

I’m not sure what was so wrong with the original headset that you get with the Oculus 2 that it has neccessitated the huge proliferation of aftermarket alternatives – there seem to be hundreds of them: This is a good quality headset, though, and adds to the mix thicker padding, a fast-charging 5 hour battery, and a battery strength indicator. Comes in a branded box and has a real premium look and feel. Would male a great gift for an enthusiast.

Love this headset, attached to my oculus it now gives me hours of extra gameplay without requiring a recharge. Fits easily to the set and I find it much more comfortable and better balanced than using the headset on its own. The headset connects easily to the system with plugs for power easily pushed in. Seems to be very well made and pretty good value for money. Very happy with this.

Anyone who’s used the default strap that comes with the Quest 2 knows just how awful it is. This strap is such a huge improvement over it for comfort and the addition of the battery is fantastic. The stock battery really isn’t big enough and always seems to die on you just a bit before you’re done. This offers a decent amount of additional battery power and the weight of the battery at the back also seems to counter-balance the weight of the headset and make the whole thing more comfortable on your head. It is very clearly designed based on the official Elite strap so if you were considering upgrading to that then you should definitely consider this one first.

Owning a Quest 2, you find that there are 2 issues with it as soon as you start to play any games. The head strap is not particularly comfortable, and the battery life is quite poor. What we need is something that addresses both of those issues in 1 go.

Step forward Zyber and their battery head strap. This addresses the comfort element and the battery element, with their padded top strap and soft rubber rear strap, plus the inbuilt battery that is a 6000 mAh battery (although this battery is not a removeable battery).
Fitting is easy enough. Simply remove the face pad and old head strap, attach the left and right straps, plus the top padded strap, then reattach the face pad, attach the rubber at the back and that’s it. That should take around 10 minutes.

Out of the box, the battery had around 50% battery in it so it might be an idea to charge it before use.
To use, just power the Quest 2 on, and plug the power cable from the battery into the side port. Using this will give you around 3 1/2 hours extra, but one thing to note is that with all of these battery extenders, the battery in the Quest 2 will still go down, it will simply take longer to go down. The battery charging ability will fully charge the Quest 2 if it is turned off, but when its turned on it simply slows the discharge down.
The battery level is shown on the back using led lights.

Overall this is a great replacement head strap for the Quest 2 to enhance and extend your gaming experience.

Comfortable, with a 6000mAh battery to extend the Quest 2 play time

I love this head strap. Well, if I’m being totally honest, it isn’t quite as comfortable as my favourite head strap that I use, but this one has the obvious bonus of the 6000mAh rechargeable battery, which is fantastic for extending your play time without having to worry about your battery running out of charge.

It is easy to adjust by twisting the dial at the back, and so far out of the 3 of us that use it in the family, none of us has had a problem getting it to fit properly or comfortably.

The battery takes about 2 hours to be fully charged but you are getting at least twice that time of gameplay before you need to recharge.

At the time of this review, this head strap would set you back just under 57 quid, and initially, although I thought it was pretty expensive, after using it and realising the convenience of having a rechargeable battery, I now actually think this represents good value for money. If I was going to recommend a head strap that has a battery pack incorporated, I’d definitely choose this one. It’s the full monty from me.

The materials are all good quality, particularly the rubber skull cap part which seems to sit securely.

    Great addition to the headset.

We have the original Battery Head strap from Meta directly and usually, you would assume that the original accessories are always the better ones, which often is the case.

NOT with this one! While I ordered it mainly to have one in our other location and not have to carry the Meta one with us, I did not expect that it will be that good.

Little things like cushioned straps, battery indicator, and more let this one stand out!

Pro`s or better than the Meta Version:
    – better battery life
    – softer head strap with cushioning
    – As easy to adjust with the wheel as the Meta one
    – Battery charge Indicator ( unlike the Meta version )
    – same weight with bigger battery/better battery life
    – more than half the price of the Meta Elite Battery strap

Con`s or not as good as the Meta Version:
    – Plastic does not feel as high quality as the Meta version
    – the snap-on connected is not a tight fit which might be an issue in the long term

Considering that it costs less then half what the Meta Elite Battery strap asks for, this is an absolute no-brainer if you want longer battery life with your Meta Quest 2.

Very happy with this one and would highly recommend it over the original version from Meta.

Call me highly impressed! Best 3rd Party Accessory?

This is a great head strap with battery pack. It’s very comfortable to wear and easy to adjust with the round dial located on the back of the head set.

The battery pack is much larger as than my other model(3300mAh) This pack is 6000mAh almost double the original. It has a good battery life. You have 4 led indicators on the back that depicted the level of charge, next to the power on and off button. It is charge with a standard type C cable that is not provided with the unit. On average I have about 5 hours of play time out the head set.

It is a little more expensive than most but when you take into account the Quest 2 Head Strap battery Extended playtime, a built in 6000 mAh rechargeable battery pack which adds 5-8 hours of extra playtime, it isn’t really more expensive at all.
