2000W Electric Heater, PTC Ceramic Heater 3 Mode Energy

I don’t know about others, but it serves me very very well. It doesn’t take time to heat my room. My only problem now is that the plastic has turned brown. Looks like something burning. Can it be replaced?

The heater may not be the cheapest on the market, but in these ridiculous high times of energy costs it became more cost effective to run the mibile heater in the room that we use as opposed to heatung the whole house. The device temp can be set upto 30 and is monitored by the thermostat, I have used that mainly but its only been here a day. There is a timer function so you can set it hourly, it appears low on cost to run, I have it set to 20. Other than that I will monitor the costs and edit this review if needed but its a safe, sturdy, well built heater that is quiet and gives instant heat.

With the current price of utilities and with no family to worry about I decided that what I needed was an economical way to only heat whatever room I was using rather than cranking up my heating and warming my whole flat ,enpty rooms included.
After a lot of research I found this 2000 watt Ceramic Heater by Yovikin. Good reviews and when I bought mine it was on offer for 64.99 ,20 less than the price at the time of this review a mere 2 weeks later. I wasn’t too sure what to expect,a brand that was new to me and for what I paid I wasn’t expecting miracles.
Well,to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. My Heater arrived during a nasty cold snap with temperatures of below zero outside and the ideal testing scenario inside. A quick scan of the instructions,more on those later,and my front room was toasty with a temperature of 20 degrees all over within 10 minutes,from initially turning it on you could feel the heat straight away.
My front room is quite small and my flat is very well insulated,whether you’d get similar results in a large room I don’t know but it’s ideal for my needs. Better still I can leave my internal doors open and as well as keeping things snug in whatever room the Heater is in it took the chill off of the whole flat during some really bitter weather. I was putting it on for 2 hours in the evening when I could turn it off and was sorted until I turned in. I’m not actually a fan of too much heat but the Heater will go up to 30 degrees if that’s what you want.

The Heater is light and easy to move around with it’s moulded- in handle at the top. There’s an easy to read digital display and remote control for ease of use…..which doesn’t come with batteries but you can do everything manually quite easily. One thing I did find on first use was that I was being too heavy handed when using the Heater manually,press the buttons too hard and nothing happens,just a gentle tap as you would while texting and it’s all good.

The Heater is very quiet,even while using the rotation feature so much less intrusive than a fan heater,as well as being far more effective….this is way better than any fan heater you can buy.

The Heater appears to be very well made,it’s reassuringly solid and everything works as it should,both manually and via the remote control,which is easy to use.

The only problem I’ve found is more of an oddity….and that’s the language used in the instruction manual, which would have benefited from a bit of editing by someone with English as their first language. Some of it is just not very clear,other parts like the description of the “Swing” function which the booklet suggests “starts shaking your head” and the advice not to clean the thing with “banana” are more than a bit surreal. Part of the Amazon description suggests that on first usage “there may be a taste”…of plastic presumably ,testing that part was a step too far for me. This changes in the booklet to “it may smoke”, hardly reassuring but thankfully it did no such thing.

While that might sound funny it doesn’t really inspire either ,a shame as it’s a great piece of kit. If I’d read the instruction booklet properly first and seen that stuff I might well have decided not to even try it on the grounds that “if that’s how sloppy the instructions are,can I trust the product”?
Thankfully it seems I can and I’m delighted with it……but please Yovikin for your own sake fix the instructions,they give a very poor introduction to your company, which is a pity as your product is excellent.

This is 2nd purchase. Great to top up room temperature. Quickly heats up. I use it on 1w rather than 2w to save power. Too expensive to run all day it great as a top up

Easy to use and quite powerful, not as large as it appears in the photo but throws out a good amount of heat. Purchased on a Black Friday deal and due the money paid a good little heater, easy to use and comes complete with a simple but handy little remote. Particularly useful when want to heat up quickly as instant heater vs a radiator however with energy prices at an all time high but one I’ll be leaving on constantly.

I got this as replacement of my recently broken one. Smaller heater with build in fan function as this one is ideal for saving, as they heat up individual room very fast for less cost. Build in ventilation system distribute heat very fast.
Also it has build in trip detection function, if falls accidentally it shuts off automatically. Ideal for homes with pets and younger kids who possibly could trip them.
On top has handle which good to move between rooms if needed. Also has oscillating function together with timer and only fan without heating function as well.
Overall considering it’s price range, functions and quality, personally found it very attractive deal. Have a look to my pictures and video, hope it will be a bit helpful to decide if it’s suitable for personal needs or not.

easy operation, handy portable heater, my daughter is very satisfied, it surely will warm us up this winter. highly recommend this.

Purchased this the fact that I have a gas wall heater, and needed something to take the chill off on days that it wasn’t cold enough to turn the heater on, along with as a backup source of heat in case something happened to the Wall heater. Turned it on when it was 8 degrees C, and raining outside with some wind. Heated up my Kitchen, dining, and living room as they are all connected and open, very well. Ended up taking off my jacket it became that warm.
This heater uses a special ceramic technology you can’t even see it glowing but yet it’s putting out a slow fan-driven flow of highly efficient hot air. Would recommend this heater to anyone looking for a space heater.

I bought this ready for colder days/nights and on the times I used it I’ve only had to keep it on for a little while as it heats up my living room pretty quickly, my living room isn’t small so it does keep us warm for a couple of hours lets say 3-4 hours for 20-30 minutes of heating. It throws out a good amount of heat and I found it hard to keep it closer to us so had to be moved to a corner of the room.
It is definitely smaller in height than I thought . This is better than my wall heaters I hope I could save some pounds by using this with the electricity and gas bills going up every penny counts.
