Batteries are expensive and this Amazon brand will save you some money. No reason to pay name brand prices when this is a option.
But, on 12/8/22, one candle would no longer turn on but the other two did. In order to check to make sure it was the set of two batteries that had died not the candle, swap outs were done in various combinations. The candle works, neither two of the 12/27/21 batteries (C) work.
However, since I have experienced that Amazon Basics batteries are typically very good, are at a good price, and with Prime are delivered to your door for free, I have repurchased another set of 8 batteries (C). And, I will continue to purchase Amazon Basics batteries in various sizes as needed.
(The C batteries were not used for motion detection.)
Great batteries. Not really any different than other batteries. They seemed to last as long as other brands. They were able to power some of our lighting after the hurricane cut power off for a bit. We really used them heavily and they held strong and lasted a while.
We use these in flashlights and anything else where needed. For the price difference they are a good value.
No complaints with these batteries. They are lasting in my clock, and work as batteries should. They came well packaged and do what they were made to do. If cheaper than brand name, I would buy these with no hesitation. I am happy with them.
These batteries are good. They last pretty long in my daughter’s bouncy seat, and are reasonably priced.
Seem ok. Can’t comment about lasting. Haven’t had them that long.

The price point is budget-friendly, and the performance is comparable with the more expensive brands. They have a 5-year shelf life, making them perfect for an emergency kit or to buy in bulk—a great deal on quality batteries.
We have five grandkids, and I constantly replace batteries in their toys when they visit (do their parents plan it that way? lol). The low cost with high performance makes this a win for me.
From now on, this is the brand I will buy.
Just as expected. They work and are the right size. Good packaging and they came quickly. No complaints.
I ordered the eight pack, and it arrived in great shape and was pretty easy to open. The batteries have worked great so far in my flashlight, but I’ve only had them about a month and don’t use the flashlight much each day, so I can’t speak to how long these last. I can just say that they work as I expected so far.
I’ve been using these for a about 5 weeks in my daughter’s lantern and they’re lasting a long time. She’s 6yo and really huge into building forts and hanging out in them for hours. Our rechargeable batteries would only last for two to three weeks before I have to change them. Tomorrow will be the start of the 5th week, so I am impressed with these batteries so far! They’re really great. They arrived quick too; they came the next day!!!
If money wasn’t a factor, I’d still pick a different name brand one that I was raised using, although I honestly cannot tell the difference as far as power or longevity. This seems pretty standard and is handy to have on hand with all the kid toys my kids have and that they’ll be getting this Christmas.
As described…Expiration date was 06/2024 (11/2021 review date). Good power to my led lantern. Holding strong so far. Excellent value, can’t beat them for the price.
All batteries were in good condition. The pictures show them coming in cardboard but ours came in that heavy plastic clamshell that is hard to get into grrrr. We are using them in our flashlights and no issues.
We often buy this brand for AA and AAA batteries and those work for our needs. These are seeming just as good so far. Using them for the kiddos toys and they’re doing great for that. Haven’t noticed any negatives with them. They came in great shape and inside a pretty sturdy plastic containe

These batteries are a very good value. They have worked well in all of the devices that I have used them in. They also fit in all of the battery compartments that they have been used in. I have not had any issues with any of the batteries leaking at this point. I am very careful to remove them when an item is not in use though.
It’s that time of year again ….Christmas time! When ALL of the toys you got your kid for Christmas need batteries and none of them come with them.
Great set and great price. We usually get duracel on sale at costco, but these are great and can be delivered to your house with prime.
Claims to have a 5 year shelf life, which is less than name brand.
