A simple 2 metre cable that incorporates an audio DAC so you can connect your headphones directly to your phone – just like the old days.
The 24bit/96kHz DAC is housed at the USB-C end of the cable, the other end terminates in a MALE 3.5mm audio jack which plugs directly into your headphones replacing the original cable.
NOTE: If your headphones are not of the replaceable cable variety and/or do not have a single FEMALE 3.5mm jack connection then you should get a USB-C to FEMALE 3.5mm Jack Adapter rather than this cable.
It works perfectly with my Samsung S20 and should work with any modern phone with a USB-C port.
The other use I have for it is to connect my phone to the AUX-IN jack of my stereo system and stream music through large floor standing speakers – works well and can go very loud!
The cable is well made. Each end has an aluminium casing and a rubber stress reliever, the audio jack is 24K gold plated and the cable is wrapped in a nylon braid which does not tangle easily. In use audio sounded clean and clear and I could not hear any noise being introduced by the DAC. I would say the sound profile is flat with no exaggeration of bass or treble.
Cost at time of review was 8.99 which is reasonable especially as this is a 2 meter cable. 5 stars.
This cable has everything I needed for my car. Ever since upgrading to a newer phone without a headphone jack I couldn’t listen to my own music in my car. This cable sorts it out. The length is 2 metres which is more than enough in a car and the cable is braided so it won’t tangle up (that much) like regular cables whilst being more durable. The price is absolutely something I’d be willing to pay for this. And of course it works as expected without any distortion or reduction in sound quality. Recommended
This USB C to 3.5mm cable appears to be well constructed out of good quality materials.
The sound quality seems to be very good when using this cable between my phone, an audio switch, and earphones to play streamed high quality music. I have experienced no added hissing or breaking up of the sound while using this cable.
Definitely a USB C to 3.5mm 2 metre audio cable to consider purchasing.

Needed a USB C lead to jack lead so that I could output audio to my older Denon hi -fi , as it is too old to have Bluetooth, etc.
Connects my Samsung mobile to the Denon setup quickly and easily, and works perfectly.
Good quality connectors, and a nice strong quality braid on the lead.
