If the telephone headset and the dongle is not paired successfully, Please check below:
- After the (DONGLE Blue light flash) over 10 secs.
- The dongle will enter PAIRING MODE. (DONGLE Blue/Red light flash)
- Long Press Headset MFB For 5 SECS, HEADSET enter PAIRING MODE (HEADSET Blue/Red light flash).
- Wait for 3-5 secs. They would pair automatically.
- Click the PC sound icon(Bottom right side of Windows/Top right side of MAC), and choose ‘BT-68 Dongle’.
NOTE:
1.If you are not able to use the headset when you are in calls, please make sure you choose the speaker and microphone as ‘BT-68 Handsfree AG Audio’ (without Dongle) or ‘BT-68 Dongle’.
- When you are not in call, you can switch back to ‘BT-68 Stereo’ (without Dongle) .
- The Audio setting is mostly in you PC/MAC ‘s Audio settings or left click the sound button.
2.How to connect the Vonztek bluetooth headset with some software at the PC end？
- On your some software at the PC end, applications like Zoom and Microsoft Teams as an example.
- Go to More Settings > Device Settings > Audio Settings > Speaker and Microphone Settings> Select [BT-68 Dongle] as your output device (speaker) & Select [BT-68 Dongle] as your input device (Microphone). Make sure that [BT-68 Dongle] has been selected as both the output and input device.
3.If you need to hear your own voice during your use on computer, please enter the sound/audio setting, choose record, double click the ‘BT-68 Handsfree AG Audio’, click ‘listen to yourself’, then you can hear your own voice.
4.If you are facing other issues or returning when using the headphone, please feel free to find our support.

Good product, but the mic does not always work on Teams, not sure if this is teams issue or this headset but even when changed in the settings it refuses to work on Teams. It works on the online test website fine but cannot recommend for Teams. I had to switch to another headset at work for those issues.
I got two sets of these headphones; this one is the one that charges via a desktop cradle. Great quality for the price, I use these on TEAMs calls with the USB dongle connected to my laptop, as well as listening to Bluetooth devices. Both are equally good. Also the headphones can be connected to a USB cable for charging, although I’ve always used the desktop charger. Would recommend.
A decent set of wireless USB-C chargeable on-ear headphone and mic set with charging dock. I used this mainly for work calls on MS Teams, when I needed to get up and walk away from the desk without being tethered by wires.
What I liked:
Works straight out of the box with your device’s Bluetooth or use the supplied dongle to add Bluetooth if you don’t already have it.
Volume control buttons on the earpiece, mic mute button on the microphone. On/off on earpiece.
Microphone capture is crisp and clear, voices over headset is clear too.
Charges very quickly – 1.5hrs is all that’s needed for a full charge and that will give more than a day of continuous talking.
Comes with cloth travel pouch.
What I didn’t like:
After more than about 45mins of continuous wear, I found the earpieces getting uncomfortable. This would not be comfortable in a full day of continuous use situation.
Sometimes getting the connection between the dock and the headset needs a little wiggling to make sure it connects/charges.
Occasionally, the sound will glitch for a half-second every 30 mins or so. But not a dealbreaker.
These wireless headphones are amazing. If you spend many hours a day on call you know how painful it can be for ears and what causing you frustration. Sometimes i am send to call centre to support due to short staff and 1 day on call can bring me right headache from them cheap headphones with wires and thin cushion.
I brought them from Vonztek and it was like heaven. Freedom not having wires is superb, because my pc was operating on windows 10 i already had bluetooth in tower so didn’t need extra dongle. Connect right away and quality of sound and voice was great, no issue there, loud and clear. Directly on microphone they located mute button if you need to do something and if you don’t use software for it .
Foam cushions are extremely comfortable, super soft and gentle for ear. I like idea of charging station, very convenient, no need to look for charging cable, just on the end of shift put it back on charging and it will be ready for you next day. Very pleased with this set.
When I got the headphones, I was so surprised to see such a beautiful packaging. The headphones come in a nice sturdy box packaging which can be used to store the headphones too.
The box contains the wireless headset, charging cable, charging dock, usb audio dongle and a pouch bag.
I really like the pouch, its so soft and great to carry the headphones around because the pouch is lightweight but will keep the headphones protected from getting scratched and dusty.
The headphones are easy to connect and are wireless which is the best thing. I don’t like wired headphones because they limit me to move around.
I am working from home so they are very useful for me. I don’t have to be stuck to my laptop all the time. Plus these headphones have a mic, so don’t need a mic separately.
The sound quality is very good , I can easily and clearly hear everything plus the mic quality is good too. Don’t have any issues so far and no one else has complained about my voice quality too.
Even though the headphones are padded, but they start getting a little uncomfortable after a some time, however maybe because I wear them for too long.
Other than that , no issues and great headphones plus they look good wearing.
I must say this will be an amazing gift because they packaging is so good, the product is amazing and contains everything you need eg charging cable, charging dock and pouch.
My first impression is as follows:

I ordered these Bluetooth headset with microphone for my MSteams meetings. Are very comfortable to wear, and the sound is excellent as it has microphone noise canceling.
This headset is wirelles and that allows me to stay comfortable whithout being “attached” of my PC depending on the lenght of the wire.
Are lightweight, has cushioned earpads and asjustable handband all of these features making the headset very comfortable to wear without causing any pain.
Comes with a charging dock and is charging very quickly. Have a nice design and seems to be high quality.

Great looking headphones with stand. pairing to PC or phone was very simple using Bluetooth connection or you can use dongle which is included. Using these was good, sound was clear and speech was fine had no problems with that but I didn’t like the muffs, after time it felt uncomfortable. these sit on your ear but I’m used to the ones that goes over and around them. not had the chance to test but it indicates on one charge these headphones last 28 hours which is very good.
They’re not over-ear pads, they’re on-ear so they just sit on your ears, it’s not uncomfortable though.
Because they’re on-ear it affects the noise cancellation, the volume is still really good though.
I think for these it’s really good value for money.

I got these headphones for my 12-year-old daughter, and she really likes them. The sound is good quality, but they are not the most comfortable to wear for a long time. Even with her smaller child’s head, they are okay to wear for about an hour before they start feeling uncomfortable on her ears.
My daughter likes using them when it comes to recording herself playing games. In her experience, when she records herself talking, the sound quality is fairly good but slightly muffled. Although she did say when it came to listening to her recordings, you can clearly understand what is being said.
These headphones work well at cancelling outside noises, and thanks to this, they help when trying to focus on a task. I know this is also the case because she cannot hear me calling her for dinner, so they definitely work well.
As for the battery life, she does not spend that much time on her laptop to use all 28 hours of talk time, but as a child, she has been known to forget to put the headphones on charge, sometimes for a couple of days, and she is still able to use them when she goes to pick them up. So, it would appear they hold their charge well.
The headphones are paired with her laptop. The pairing process was easy; she managed to connect them by herself.
Were easy to set up and paired to the dongle initially but lost the pairing every time I stopped using them. Couldn’t get them to re-pair without removing and reinserting the dongle. Paired to the Bluetooth on my laptop fine and have stayed paired.
They are comfy to wear and the sound quality is good.

Bluetooth headsets with a microphone are very useful when you have a lot of meetings and want to be able to move around freely, or not have a cable in the middle of the table to get in the way when typing.
The headset sounds very good, and so far no one has complained about the quality of the microphone. The position of the microphone is good and allows use on both sides.
They are of a suitable weight and easy to use. They have one button for power on/off and two buttons for volume up and volume down. On the microphone there is a mute button. They can be connected to the computer by cable or with the USB dongle. I didn’t have to configure anything on the computer, I just plugged in the USB dongle and it worked.
You can charge them directly or through the dock, so on the headphones there is both a USB-C input and two pieces of metal through which it makes contact with the dock. The dock also connects to the power supply via USB-C. The USB-C/USB-A cable is included.
I’ve been using it for work meetings, not too long at a time, and I don’t feel comfortable with it. After about 30 minutes it starts to hurt on the top of my head. There is a padded material on the top of the head to adjust to the shape of the head, but not even that. I’ve tried making the headband bigger but it just moves the headphones down and still makes contact at the top.
A cloth bag is included to store the headphones and all their cables.
This is a fantastic headset, far superior to those I have used before.
I have had this headset for a few days and have used them to listen to music from my PC,
and also while using Microsoft Teams’ meetings. The sound quality is outstanding while listening
to music and also very clear when the person is speaking to me through teams. The
conversations both ways were clear and no outside noises were passed on to the other
‘Teams’ user whilst I was speaking. This demonstrated the quality of the noise
cancelling technology built into the microphone.
I love the fact the headset is totally cable free, just plug in the USB dongle and the PC/Laptop
automatically detects and installs the drivers. The headset is adjustable to fit any size or shape of head and the microphone can be used either on the right or the left side of your face, whichever is preferable. The volume can be adjusted on the side of the ear pieces and works perfectly. The mute button is located on the rear of the mic.
My only criticism, although a minor one, I just wish the mute was on the top for easier access. There is also a button on the side of the earpiece to turn on or off. It is easy to use… just hold the button in for a few seconds to activate/deactivate.
The headset is comfortable and light weight and so it can be worn for long periods without strain.
I particularly like the docking station which recharges the headset within 2 hours from being completely lifeless, however, when the headset is not required it is advisable to just hook it back on the docking station to maintain its charge. If the docking station is not to your liking, for whatever reason, the headset can be charged directly using the USB C cable provided.
Battery life is long, I can’t state whether the 400hr’s is standby is correct but I don’t see reason to doubt it. These are great for the office, although I think the price tag at 47.99 is quite high, it’s worth it.
Has a dongle to connect, and is easy to get up and running in minutes.
We have been using basic headphone for the online training which gave a rubbish sound quality and also tether us to the computer, these are great and look cool also
Lovely sitting next to PC, and work faultlessly for a week for Team meeting.
Did not a have drop call or disconnections.
The sound is great on both in and out.
Charging dock also handy, however, it’s only take 1.5H for 28H working hours- pretty impressive battery life.
Nice and soft padding, can easily have it on for half a day.

I got these to use for my OU tutorials. Previously, I had been using the laptop speakers, but I found it a pain because I often had to repeat things, which I found frustrating.
These have a great little mic, they charge in 90 minutes, the head set is adjustable, the battery life is fantastic at 28 hours, the sound quality is lovely and clear and they’re noise cancelling too! They also come with their own charging/storage dock and have a mute button, so no need to fumble around on your laptop if someone walks in or you need to sneeze etc.
I’ve been poorly all week, so haven’t opened them until now because I needed more time to explore them and get to grips with them. They were worth waiting for, and I’m really pleased they’ll make my participation in upcoming tutorials much easier. Would recommend!

Good for those meetings to be wire free
This headset is really comfortable on my head and it needs to be when I am in long meetings or workshops. It’s nicely padded and the packaging is nice that it contains its own bag for storage.
The sound is loud and clear. People could also hear me via the mic in meetings which was crucial! The mute button is also straightforward and not fiddly like the old headset I had.
I was surprised that the headset at such a reasonable price felt so solid and well constructed. It looks good and It even has a nice stand for charging. This is a good value headset that suits me perfectly for work meetings. Highly recommended.

I already use a Vonztek mono headset, so was keen to try this stereo one with charging stand. I’m pleased to say, I’m not at all disappointed.
This is currently on offer for 39.99 via a discount voucher on Amazon. The headset itself is well made and feels sturdy. The ear pads are comfortable to wear and sit nicely on top of your ears. This is important as the audio is nice and clear, including music. However, it doesn’t feel like your ears are enclosed, as bigger headsets can make it feel. You can therefore feel comfortable talking, whilst hearing all the conversation clearly.
This connects perfectly to my phone, however the important thing here is the included dongle. Our work laptops have restrictions on, preventing Bluetooth connections. With the dongle, it’s easy to connect to the laptops to make teams calls, etc.
The charging stand is easy to use, with the headset sitting on top of it. Everything fits I side the storage bag when not in use; for example, when travelling.
Overall, this is an impressive stereo headset for the price. With the dual connection, you can make mobile and laptop based teams calls via the one headset. I can also comfortably enjoy music whilst I’m working, without colleagues realising.
