An honest and tried opinion of these heated socks.
Got these yesterday and tried them today.
After charging the battery unit fully I put my hands into the socks and could feel the heat being generated in the same way that you would if putting your hand onto a warm radiator or heat source.
However, when wearing them on my feet I didn’t get the same feeling and was rather dubious, but thought that I should give them a fair trial.
I wore them this afternoon with a pair of wellington Boots for my wander around some local lakes, and it was a wet cold walk through mud and puddles.
Surprisingly, whilst my feet were not at all cold there was no sensation of them actually being warm, or of feeling the heat generated by the elements in the socks.
I should mention here that after heart surgeries and being on blood thinners my feet are never warm despite wearing thermal socks, sometimes two pair.
When I got home and took them off I just could not believe how warm my feet were to the actual touch, even though in my feet I didn’t have the sensation of them being warm. Odd sounding I know but trust me on this one.
My only gripe about them is that the power unit is very uncomfortable, I first used them with a pair of jeans on, and at my age (68) I am well past skinny ones, however the power unit was a bit of a nuisance and uncomfy.
Then on my walk with a pair of welly boots it wasn’t just uncomfortable, it was quite painful where the unit was pushing against my shin. I wear wide leg fisherman wellies not the tight fitted ” country set style” so it’s not as if the unit was squashed tight against my leg. I had to twist the leg part of the sock out of straight to find a position where the unit was against the outside of my calf to be half comfortable.
I really wanted to rate them 5 star but gave a 4star rating as the comfort issue of the power unit just lets them down a bit.
If my first time wearing them is anything to go by I would certainly recommend them to anyone who suffers with cold feet.
First time going for electric socks because my feet get very cold very quickly. I am loving this product. You can regulate the heat as well. Thick enough to retain the heat as well.
However maybe a pouch on the side for the power bank could be a welcome improveme

I spent a long time checking reviews of heated socks to try and find the best ones. I did think I was going to have to spend upwards of 70 for ones that had the least negative views and the most positive. However I couldn’t justify spending that on socks .. even to get warm feet so I started again and came across these. I wanted them for when I work at home and even though I wear furry indoor slipper boots (kind of like uggs but without the price tag) sometimes my toes would be cold. The first day I wore them I had them on for 8 hours on the low setting and my feet were really toasty all day. The power bar was down to 1 on one battery and 2 on the other (not sure how that worked, they were turned on at the same time) so there was still more juice left in the batteries. I washed them in the washing machine in the wash bag on a delicate setting and no harm came to them. The socks are nice and thick and very comfortable. You cannot feel the wires at all. I’ve only got slim legs and the socks are quite a snug fit on the leg, but it’s not uncomfortably and I didn’t notice after a couple of minutes. I’m a size 4 1/2 so they were ever so slightly big on the foot but not in a way that they bunch up. I assume they would easily stretch for larger feet. I’m not sure if I’ve got any walking boots that I would be able to wear them with outside as they are quite quick, I would probably have to buy some more a size larger to accommodate the socks. The experience of wearing them is very pleasant. It’s not like having a hot water bottle on your feet where you can really feel the hot heat in one place. It’s just like having nice thick warm socks on and the whole of your foot feels just cosy and warm. I can’t imagine ever having to use the high setting as the low setting is perfect. I really hope they continue to wash well and last me for a few years to come. I would (so far) absolutely recommend these socks.
You will not suffer from cold feet with these on.
I have a medical problem that results in me having freezing cold feet. I often pottered about my house with two pairs of thermal socks on and snow boots with the rest of my family in bare feet. That was – Until I bought these heated socks. The three levels of heat they provide is a very useful feature, as is the indication of how much life is left in the rechargeable batteries. They are not cheap, so I bought one pair to see what they are like. They are great, so I bought another pair so that one pair can always be on the go while the batteries for the other pair are charging. Now I can’t do without them!

Instructions not great how to change heating settings…found out havevto press lights twice to change heating settings..
The quality of the sock is good, the thickness is also very good. It’s just that the battery is not very easy. The battery can only be used for about 2 hours, just heated. The size of the sock is too big, it is not suitable for girls. I originally sold this sock, and later turned into my own, I had 45.
Very comfortable socks , got this as replacement when the other one on wash. This one also can be washed just need to remove battery pack and main socks can be washed.
This one includes battery packs, battery packs has on side and indicator to let outstanding battery level.
As a material it’s stretchy and quite comfortable. So far very happy with them. Hope will last me long time.
Good quality socks, slightly bigger to fit, but it does the job, warm up my feet very fast, perfect for outdoor camping. The battery last for hours, only small sized, very light, and can just put in the small pocket on the side. Good kit for the winter.
The socks are warm quickly. The weight is lighter than my expectation. Good idea to save energy in winter.
Easy to use and very comfortable. The heated elements make these perfect for keeping my feet warm during my long shift. They fit perfectly and the pocket for the battery packs is a good size and the battery packs themselves are small but carry a lot of charge. They charged up quickly via the supplied USB cable. I recommend them!
I like the idea that put rechargable battery along with the socks, it is quite innovative and make socks hot, but it was slightly bulky.
The product was delivered swiftly. I like the soft and comfortable material, and it’s much longer than I thought, which is a bonus for extra warmth! It seems a very decent gift to anyone!
