The seats are good quality, and as expected are robust and look good but the aggravation actually getting the seats after paying for them – no I don’t need that in my life.
The date of promised delivery on the Amazon site at time of ordering the seats bore no resemblance to the actual arrival and acquisition of the seats. I had a text message promising me delivery and waited all day with no arrival. I had to chase the seats which incredibly hadn’t arrived at the delivery company depot. They couldn’t find them on their system. Eventually the seats did arrive at the depot. I personally travelled the 80 mile round trip to go and collect them just to get them because the delivery of them was so late. Would I use the company selling them again – no. They advertised goods for sale that they did not have in stock, and created an automatic false delivery text date which was on a ‘wish list’ and never was going to happen. The customer service from the delivery company were very good. I chose to collect the seats because I needed them and felt very let down by the company selling them.
