    I’m pretty impressed by this thing. The highest setting is good for hand issues with arthritis (for strength building) but when I’m bored, I use it on a low setting to occupy my hands at my desk.

    This grip strength device does what it says on the tin. It is sturdy and doesn’t seem likely to fall apart or break.
