A love that these forks are colour coded, so each person can have their own.
Sturdy, even when extended.
I would describe this as a set of cheap and cheerful toasting forks. They have stainless steel prongs and a pale wooden handle. They can be extended and retracted in the same way as a car/radio aerial (for those old enough to remember such things). When fully extended, they measure aproximately 32 inches (81cm) in total, and when fully closed, they are about 12 inches (30.5cm). They can be pulled out to any length in between.
They feel very light in my hand and at the longest length, the fork is a little ‘bendy’ but the two prongs mean it is still sturdy enough to hold a sausage or marshmallow securely. If you were to toast something heavier, you might need to retract the fork slightly.
The forks are colour coded so you can see whose is whose. I was a little disappointed with this, as the colours shown on the Amazon website were nice and bright (purple. blue, pink, yellow), but the ones I received were slightly less interesting: black, white, brown and orange. But they still do the job.
The prongs of the forks are rounded, which is a good safety feature, but means that you need to take care when securing something onto them for toasting. In addition, the forks needed to have cooled down before you can fully retract them.
But really, for this price you can’t complain. They look good, do the job and can be re-used. I am very pleased with them.
The BBQ Extendable Forks set seems very good quality, stainless steel stick seems durable, wooden handles and extending length which is up 32 inches are robust and keep your hand and clothes away and safe from heat.
Very convenient and handy to use, remain stable at the desired place, just put meats on it and there you go!
It’s also very easy to clean after use. They are good size, very sturdy.
We have just used it once due to the current weather, hope they will last long time.
These extendable toasting forks are lovely. They have comfortable wooden handles, are lightweight and also strong.
The forks are perfect for roasting marshmallows, bread, etc over and open fire. They extend quite a significant amount making them the perfect option if you are using them with children as it ensures any child is well away from the fire. The handles are wooden so they don’t heat up either They are also really easy to clean and store.

The product seems high quality and pretty durable, the stainless steel won’t go rusty, so I reckon they will last for quite a long time.
I have tried them once when BBQ, they were pretty handy, easy to wash after use, and easy to store away as they don’t really take up too much space. One thing I really like is, every stick has got a different color on the wooden handle, it makes people remember which stick you have been using, won’t get messed up. And the stick is extendable which is a very impressive design, feel so safe to use, the length is quite alright.
What I also would like to point out is, as they’re really sharp, when kids are using , they need to be under adult’s supervision.
Overall very pleased with this product, would recommend.
These extendable forks have been great for roasting marshmallows over our fire pit and they are very easy to use. I like the size and shape of them and that they are lightweight and comfortable for us to hold. The forks extend easily and are a fab length! Perfect for using over an open fire anyway. They are safe and I’ve not had any issues with using them. I find the forks easy to clean and I like that they are all identifiable thanks to the different colours on them so we know who’s is who’s. The forks are well made, strong and sturdy so I feel they’ll be durable to last a long time. I think they are ever so handy and helpful as well as being versatile! The value for money is very good and I happily recommend them. I really like them!

The extension handles are great for not getting too close to the flames, especially for mallows.

Two pronged forks on telescopic rods ( a bit like a car aerial ) on wooden handles.
Not the sturdiest of solutions and I think when that have been in close proximity to a flame they may tarnish and possibly fail to function correctly. But this is only an assumption as I haven’t been able to try them yet this winter.
Nonetheless they are relatively inexpensive and a novel idea.
I can see us around the camp fire toasting marshmallows out more likely stabbing a sausage on the barbecue.
These U-shaped forks are very good to use during bbqs.They have good material and can be washed very easily.They can be used for meat,sausages,potatoes,marshmallows and many other things.They are very safe to use by adults but also by children.There are 4 pieces in the package and I think they are worth it.
A good solid pack of 4 forks that remind me of holidays in Lapland where we first saw these.
They are extendable so good for packing when camping but extend to a safe length for not getting burnt when in use. Nice wooden handles that stay cool too.
A good safety feature is that the points of the fork are blunt making them safer for kids.
The selling point of these BBQ fors is being extendable from 11.8inch to 32inch. This feature keeps your hands far away from the fire. You can relaxedly turn the meat or veg over without worrying about your fingers being burnt. In addition to that, the forks have wooden handles which is comfortable and safe to hold. They are made from stainlesss steel which is rustproof and strong. Two prongs allow the food staying securely on the fork, which is easier for the children to use. It feels fairly sturdy.
These have wooden handles and metal extendable poles. They are a great idea to allow younger children to toast a marshmallow without getting close to the fire- however the metal does get very hot so care still needs to be taken. The extending section works well currently but I’m not sure how long they will work for- other extending poles I have used that look very similar have broken easily- and thats without application of heat to make the tubes expand and contract.
I got these extendable forks because my daughter loves toasting marshmallows. It means my daughter doesn’t have to get to close to the fire.

Have used items like this for not just marshmallows but veg and other stuff like fruit too.
These seem to be good and long enough for what I required them for. Like the fact they have different coloured end bits on them means you can leave your fork down and know which is yours right away. Others I’ve had haven’t had the colours on. Right price for them too I think.
These are excellent, really handy and work a treat with marshmallows. The extendable length is brilliant.
Although meant for use with barbecues, I have given these an outing in front of my wood burning stove. Rekindled memories of toasting bread using similar forks with my Mum, although the extendable handles ensure you can keep your hands well away from the flames, which I didn’t have when I was young. Toast in the morning and marshmallows this evening. Free cooking if you have a fire going anyway and good fun as part of a gathering. They come in a slip case for storage.
We lit the firepit on Boxing Day and drank some mulled wine while toasting marshmallows using these extendable forks by CUQOO. These forks are telescopic and extend from about twelve to thirty-two inches — the shorter you use them the stronger they are so take care and judge the weight of what you are toasting. With light items such as marshmallows they are fine to use fully extended, but with sausages and other meat items a shorter length may be needed to prevent bending. These forks are made from decent 304 stainless steel but the wooden handles mean they can’t be cleaned in the dishwasher after use. The forks have rounded tines, rather than sharp points, but should still be used with care when children are involved. Currently around eight pounds for a pack of four forks from Amazon — or slightly better value as an eight pack — these forks are decent value at about two pounds apiece, but they are not really heavy duty so take care when using — four stars.
This a simple idea, make the toasting fork extendable, and to a limited degree that does mean you have a more easily carried set of forks, and the resulting extended fork places you further from the fire.
Compared to a Victorian era toasting fork, these are a down a prong, but do have longer by twice – reach, but are down to the telescoping tubing not as robust.
That’s okay as long as your chosen product to heat in the flames is not too heavy, say a marshmallow or a meat ball…
At a fraction under 2 each, these are then good value, and for younger uses keeps hands further away from the fire.

I recently tried the CUQOO premium 4-pack BBQ extendable forks for marshmallows, meat & more and I have to say, I’m really impressed! They are really easy to use and are much safer than wooden kabab sticks.

These extendable forks are suprisingly sturdy when pulled out to full length they dont sag or lean at all. They have wooden handles which are comfortable to hold and are made of stainless steel making them perfectly hygenic for food. Being dishwasher safe is also very convenient. The actual fork bit is big enough for larger items like jumbo sausages or those giant size marshmallows , they extend a long way so you can toast or bbq safely. Folded down they are lightweight and dont take up much space so are perfect for taking outdoors camping , caravaning or even just bbq in the garden. Wooden handle, easy to carry and hold during BBQ. It is not packed in a paper box per the photo but just a plastic clear bag. Same functionality as described. The fork handle is extendable but it looks weak after extension. Suggest to use bigger size tube so it can be stronger and rigid. The tip is not sharp so it is relatively safe to use and store.
Handy extendable forks that extend from just under a foot to up to thirty two inches allowing safer toasting of marshmallows on a fire or similar. Unlike the item photos, but matching the description, you get four and not five forks, each with a different colour ring, The forks are easy to extend and compact and the handles are wooden and comfortable to hold. These are perfect for those extra large marshmallows that my kids love to have toasted. We have a barbecue and we used to use wooden kebab sticks, but the kids were a bit worried as it was quite hot close to the barbecue! This is extendable and they are also colour-coded. The best thing about them is that they are not sharp!! They still stab a marshmallow with no problem at all, but they also now can’t be a danger to the children! (Or at least they are much less of a danger than if they were pointed). I’m really pleased with them. They’re great.
These are going to be excellent in the summer for toasting marshmallows around my fire pit. The length of the telescopic forks will mean the children can safely do their own without fear of burning.
They feel quite strong and hopefully will last.
