I bought this scooter 4 months ago and as my first e-scooter I am very happy with it. I have had a problem with it though. It died on me while out and about so contacted the seller through Amazon and their responses were very quick and helpful. They sent me a new battery. No quibble and as it was within the 6 month warranty, it was free of charge. Very happy with the customer service.
Stopped taking charge after very little use.would not recommend complete waist of money.
Love this scooter. Great all-round will be upgrading to a bigger engine in the future, got me hooked.
EDIT 3MONTHS AFTER BUYING. Erro code has started appearing E50 and when it does the scooter stops working. Amazon are not willing to help with the refund saying it will take up to 4 weeks to process but I was promised a refund into my Amazon account the day before by customer service and now they are saying they won’t do that very bad customer service
Scooter is easy to assemble, good studiness, don’t know about the battery life because the scooter stopped charging and not working two weeks after I bought it. Trying to contact you to fix it or exchange, but can’t get your contact. Please assist me because my son is very worried.
I returned this scooter as it was faulty and didn’t charge and was wondering how long it would be now until I get my refund so I can order a new scoote
Now first off, it does come with a little bag that goes on the front, i don’t use it as i don’t see a point in it, but i can see how someone would want it to pop in their valuables when going around…just not me. So on to the more important bit, performance.
So this comes flattened, you might think that means it takes ages to put together, however i was up and ready within around 10mins. The handlebars pop onto the main bar and screw on, then it just needs plugging in for a full charge before it’s first use.
It has all the usual, brakes (these are disc brakes so they WILL stop when you tell them to) the thumb accelerator (kind of like with a quad bike) and a motor that can pull a full sized man up a hill with breeze.
Then you get all the extras like the app controls that allow you to see the speed and battery level on screen, but also to lock it stopping anyone from riding it without you unlocking it (although they could just pick it up if they wanted to).
All this and add on chunky tyres and a luxury look and you end up with a top end scooter that looks and feels the part, hence why i’m so enamoured with it.
