Neat and well made extension lead with USB charging sockets. Very smart little switch to turn it on and off.
Not much to say really. It’s plain but neat and subtle. You plug stuff in and it works. The USB sockets charge my mobile devices and don’t seem any slower (or quicker) than normal chargers
All in all good value
This product is functionally very good. It is very similar to another extension cord I own, with four plugs, 2 USB A and 1 USB C port. The 2m lead is especially thick, so should be difficult to damage. Surge protection is included, meaning this will automatically switch off if there is an overload. The quality is high, and the material feels well build and durable. A small criticism of this product is that the switch is too small, feels fragile and easy to knock from off to on.
Great value works great and good quality charges phone good well using it for normal plug too .brilliant product .should of purchased two now
Extension lead with USB slots. Quality looks good, as described on Amazon.
The power strip arrived safely, and it comes neatly packed inside a well-presented retail box, nice enough to be given as a gift. It features four plug sockets, two USB Type-A ports, a single USB Type-C port, and it comes with a lengthy 2m power cable attached.
The overall quality of the strip is very good and it’s a smart looking unit. The plastics are excellent, it feels nice and solid, the sockets and ports all grip plugs firmly which helps add to the quality feel, and both the cable and plug are good quality too. It can be mounted to the wall vertically or horizontally and there are 8 rubber feet which grip well to smooth surfaces, although Ive already lost one.
The total power output of the strip is 3250w and it’s got all the basic safety features except surge protection. The Type-A ports output 18w (5V3A, 9V2A, and 12V1.5A), the Type-C outputs 20w (5V3A, 9V2.2A, and 12V1.57A), and the total USB output is 5V3.1A. While the Type-C port doesn’t support the maximum 25w that my phone allows it still charges it fast enough that I hardly notice the difference anyway and its nice I don’t have to waste a mains socket with an additional charging plug.
Overall, for looks and quality I think this is one of the best power strips I have come across and for less than 15 I think it represents good value for money as its much better than the cheaper brands out there.
I hadn’t heard of oraimo till recently but ive since had a handful of their products and they always seem to be made to a higher standard than similar priced products. For this reason, it’s a product I am very happy to recommend, and I feel it’s well deserving of the full five stars!
I’ve never seemed to have enough plugs in my life, there is always something extra to charge.
With this extension lead I can actually plug things in!
What makes it perfect for me as this also has the USB slots along the edge so my phone charger doesn’t have to take up a valuable plug socket.
Well made feeling.
It seems that there is no room in my house which has enough sockets. The exception is my utility room which I had renovated last year and I deliberately over catered and now have just enough!
So extension cables like this are a fact of life. This one appears to be well built and it sports four three pin outlets, one usb c and two usb A outlets. It is a switched cable but the individual components are not switched so if you flick the switch to off all the sockets are off. I would prefer individual switches but I guess that would put the price up. This is around 12.50 at the time of this review and therefore very good value for money.
Our boys emptied the house of extension leads when they headed off to university, so I am always on the lookout for replacements.
This one has four normal plug sockets on this extension lead, which is great, but what makes it really useful is the addition of three fast-charging USB sockets. There are two USB A ports and one USB C port, which means you can actually power up to seven devices at the same time.
The extension cord itself is two metres long, which isn’t the longest, but should long enough for most situations. And there are holes in the back so you can hang it from screws in the wall if you want (screws not provided).
The extension lead itself feels quite nice and sturdy and has a power switch and a white LED light to show it’s on. The cable is also nice and thick.
Overall, a good quality product that I’m happy to recommend. And I will be hiding it from the boys when they’re home for the holidays!
This is an extension lead with a cable length of 6.6ft it has four sockets for items with plugs and one USB C and two USB A ports which for this day and age is very useful. It has an indicator light to show that you have power and a small (see pic) switch to switch power off and if the power overloads it will automatically switch off. On the back you have two holes to fix on the wall as well. The switch is small and on the fragile side .
Extremely good build quality. Very durable and robust extension. Cables and all components are premium quality. 2 metres lead length which is adequate for most jobs. This also has the usual circular holes cutout on the rear so it can be wall mounted if desired.
I like the inclusion of a power switch. The fast charging USB ports are a great bonus especially as there is a type C input which is becoming the standard for most new phones and devices enabling super fast charging. This extension allows you to charge/plug in 7 devices which is absolutely fantastic. Great product highly recommended.
7 in 1 Surge Protection extension lead from Oraimo. It’s a versatile product which comes with a 2 metre extension lead which has a power switch and LED indicator showing the power status.
It has 4 standard 3 pin plug power socket outlets, 2x USB A ports and 1x USB C Port. I tried my USB C to USB C. Charging lead for my Google Pixel 6 Pro and it supports Fast Charging.
Though it’s a little pricey, the quality is excellent and it feels very well built and durable. I’m using this for my computer desk setup and I’m really pleased with the performance.
Currently priced at 13.99 which is good value for what you receive. 4 way extension lead plus x3 USB ports. Easy to use. Good functionality.
good 4 way extension with 2 usb-a and 1 usb-c connector. usb connectors can potentially free up 3 sockets so maybe a fan in the summer and heater in the winter along with laptop, monitor, no problems with the spaing between the sockets for my use but if you do have bulky plugs you might make 1 socket redundant, but that can be said for a lot of other extension leads too.
It came fitted with a 13 amp fuse. can be wall mounted with 2 slots cut out with options for vertial or horizontal mounting.
Has surge protection but not something I can test, it has one on/off button, for the price, other extensions on the market have on/off per socket.
Sturdy, well made, cable long enough, many sockets also usb slots which I find very useful. Would recommend
This was what I needed. With everyone finally getting on the same page, and USBc become the new normal, having it now added to extension leads is great.
I have a trip coming up and I’ll actually be taking this with me in my bag so I an use the one power socket allocated to me on the ferry and be able to use and charge multiple devices over night.
I think at this time that all complaints should be adding USBc to their products.
It was well packaged and I must say, I’m liking the green, it would really stand out at a physical shop! Good job marketing team.
It’s also well made but one thing to check before you throw the packing into the card recycling bin, there are little rubber screw covers on the underneath that work also as spacers between the floor or wall (if hanging). Two of mine had fallen off during transit.
Make sure to check you have them all before you dispose of the packaging.
They pop back in easy enough (I added a little superglue as a exstra precaution).
All in all, great product.
A standard 4-gang extension lead, with a 2 metre flex, with the addition of two USB-A ports and a USB-C PD port. Its value is in those extra ports, because if you only need the four standard sockets you can get cheaper utility products elsewhere. In my case the USB ports have been a real plus as I had two USB mains plugs in use which can now go directly to USB ports, freeing up two sockets.
There is one master power switch, for all sockets and ports, which makes this idea for my twinkly lights set-up in the living room
This seems to be a really well made extension, It does have a good quality long thick lead , It is really handy as so many things nowadays run via USB and it is nice to see it has a USB-C as well, It has a little ON/OFF switch which is handy , TBH i cannot fault it at all and is used everyday for powering my stereo and lamp along with some usb lights and it is handy to recharge my mobile and pad when needed.
Does what an extension lead should do, comes with a 2 meter cable.
Can plug in any devices – and use the usb or usb c socket to plug leads in direct.
Works at it should – and no complaints while we have been using it.
I would recommend this to others.
This is one of those does-what-it-says-it-does things, and it does it well.
A well-made, 2m long, 4-way extension lead with 2x USB-A and 1x USB-C sockets.
The USB-C socket provides fast charging to my Pixel 7 Pro phone.
The power sockets work well.
I think it’s reasonable value for money.
When I initially looked at the price of this 4 way extension lead, it was yikes, that’s not cheap, I reconsidered when I compared it to other similar specification leads. It is well made, well presented in the box it arrives in; it has a white LED to show it is switched on. Nice touch with the USB charging ports, that saves occupying one of the plug sockets. All in all, I am happy with this extension and if I needed another this brand would be in contention.
When I see a card with a warranty, for some reason, I value the product straight away as high quality.
For me, this little card means they are confident in their product and not fooling around.
It means that the safety of it is a fact for at least 2 years (unless you misuse it)
Has a power on/off button, meaning you can just turn it off during the night if you want with simply one click.
It has 4 sockets and 3 USB positions. The cable is long and thick so it should easily support the main if all sockets are in use.
No issues and no overheating so far.
Recommending.
It is good to see power extensions now including various USB options as this one does but once again the spacing on the four mains sockets only allows for the standard UK plug side by side. These days what is frequently being plugged in is a power transformer which is a more chunky affair and this means that the next available socket is immediately made unavailable. At the time of review, this was retailing at 17 which is expensive for a four-way extension but I note it has been reduced in price from what it was being marketed at previously. On the upside, if it is truly supportive of 3250W then there is not going to be any issues of overloading it with appliances that have a high Amp requirement which makes it much safer to use.
This extension lead is built quite well. Everything seems solid and the cable is quite chunky. It has a handy power on/off switch so you don’t have to go to a socket. This is especially handy if the socket is buried somewhere behind furniture. Quite like that, it has both USB A and C charging ports. It is priced a bit higher than similar ones though.
I have made it one of my missions to have one of these extensions in all of the most used sockets in the house and shed!
This extension with its 4 gang of sockets and double USB sockets and even a USB “c” socket for your phone!
In all, a very handy extension socket at a reasonable price!
Excellent quality extension lead with 4 sockets , 2 usb and 1 PD port .
Has a on/off switch on plug .
Excellent produc
This extension lead is very well made, with a sealed plug and good strong cable, although I’d have preferred a longer power cable but that’s just my personal preference, with 3 standard socket’s pluse the usb outlets there is plenty for most people’s needs, you can fit this to a wall. At 19.99 at the time of review I believe this is value for money and I’d definitely recommend this lead
Great packaging you don’t get a lot of information on the box but the extension cord is quite stylish and clean looking when you take it out of the box
I like that it allows for sockets to be used and you also have two USB plugs and a c connector and a good point for me is that I can switch the extension cord off by the plugs rather than the main plug socket which is quite good
Very happy with the length of the cable and I like that you can hang the wall socket on a wall using the versatile fixings on the back of the extension cord brilliant
Overall very impressed that it’s quite versatile easily use it does have a slightly higher price point of 20 but happy to use i
I do travel a great deal and have learned that often hotels do not put the desk anywhere near a plug socket. This can be very frustrating. I got this board to include in my case so that I have a lead that I can use across the room to plug my laptop etc. into to charge and work from.
It is a nice quality piece of kit, robust and quite heavy, with a molded plug attached to the cable. As well as 4 UK sockets there are two USB sockets and a USB C socket. I travel with my iPhone and iPad as well as a laptop so this should allow me to plug everything in without needing additional adapters etc.
It is perhaps a little expensive, compared to some other 4-way boards that I have, but as I need it to be reliable and safe for travel and the automatic shut off is welcome. I feel happy with the price as a resul
This 4-way extension lead feels well-made and very sturdy so will last well.
You have 4 well-spaced 3-Pin plug sockets, and these were fine for putting square plugs in that were a little bulky but I could still get access to the one next to it.
While on the end you have 2 USB and 1 USB-C ports which is great for charging devices or powering your USB devices. It has wall mounting screw holes at the back so you can put it on the wall plus a power indicator light next to the power switch. It’s a shame the switch just turns it all on/off especially when you consider the price.
Overall, for 26.99 its very expensive for a standard extension lead as that price puts it in the mid-range individually switched one or around the price of smart extension leads. So, unless it has a big discount is not the best value for money.
It’s a decent plug but you can fit the plugs in upside down which is a poor design (you still need to put ground in I’m just saying that it is possible to put them in wrong because they were not wide enough) they work well enough and the cable is nice and thick which means it will help prevent it from heating up too much and potentially starting a fire. All of the plugs and ports work well and it’s overal a decent extension cord.
This is a good 4 way switched extension lead with the addition of a usb C and 2 usbA sockets. You can fast charge off the usb C at 20w or split the power if you plug in more than one phone. It is highly rated for the 4 sockets so you can safely boil a kettle or plug in a fan heater.
It all seems well out together and although expensive is reasonably priced.
