Bought this for my wife when her old one went wonky, she uses it daily when walking dogs or just exercising, she says it does everything and more than her old one ,very pleased with it.
Have been using this for 2 days now. Have no complaints to make and have already seen a good mental improvement in having viability in my steps, active minutes and sleep. I am already considering upgrading to one of their smart watch options in a few months.
I love my new FitBit. The battery lasts a lot longer and has more features than my previous HR Inspire version – the water lock is brilliant! Service was great, arrived within 24 hours. Very happy, thank you!
Bought this to replace a fitbit watch when the screen lifted and led display was damaged.
This has most of the features although is not as responsive and takes a double tap to activate. The battery life is not as long as the blurb indicates but OK.
The sleep score function is handy although doesn’t seem to give a fully detailed assessment of sleep patterns
All in all a good replacement though for the price.
Works well, holds charge for a fortnight! Seems to measure steps and track exercise well. It’s a little limited compared to some fancier bigger smart watches but the smaller size is much more comfortable and combined with the phone app it does all that it says very well – and holds charge so well. Haven’t managed to get it to detect WhatsApp messages but other than that no problems. I have very sensitive skin for allergies but keeping it on quite loose for months night and day no problems so far .
It’s good but some features are difficult to get working. Sleep forint track unless I manually set it when I go to bed. Heart beat again on and off.
It is worn correctly before anyonrs suggests its not. Tried the firbit forum’s and all suggest it’d the way its worn.
Plus steps are one step add .5 so more than you did.
Fitness tracking is great food tracking is awkward to update what you have eaten. Doesn’t recognise normal food.
One thing I didn’t like was the strap, so have changed it for a fabric one.
Fits great on my wrist, screen is clear, can’t tell I am wearing it.
If you carry some weight around your wrist then the sensors on the side will switch the screen on, not good for when you are sleeping. I have switched the Auto Wake off but still switches o
I never thought I’d be one of those people to buy a fitbit but on a whim, I did. I love it! Honestly the best thing I’ve bought this year. It tells me everything I need to know and has really motivated me on my staying fit journey. I’m more aware of when I’m not moving especially in these times where everyone office based works from home.
I also got 6 months premium free, which was amazing. I’ve been really using the features such as the free workouts.
Dont even think about it and just buy one. They’re actually life changing.
Bought this to replace my ancient Alta as the battery started needing charging every day. The battery charge on this watch lasts 10 days so is great. Also I couldn’t see my Alta in bright sunlight but can see this one. I like the lilac numbers.
I just wanted a reliable watch which could encourage me to move more and keep an eye on my steps and heart rate . I recently started exercising more and pleased to see my heart rate stats improving. The watch does so much more, most of it wasted on me. So it does what I need and feels comfortable and is reliable and I like it.
A nice sleek smart watch compared to my aged original Versa which served me well since 2018. This doesn’t show quite as much on your wrist, but along with the fitbit app is a useful to keep on top of steps, exercise, food intake etc.
Light and not obtrusive, it’s easy to wear. The bpm reading seems to conform to another device I use. It doesn’t always pick up the step I do on a step device in my gym. It’s fine and I’d recommend it wholeheartedly if it were a bit cheaper.
The battery life on my Alta was not so good after it’s 6 years or so. I didn’t want to pay mega bucks and this is perfect. Can see the display outdoors and it measures my heart rate and gives more detailed sleep information. Very please as it was on a prime day offer .
Really love this , the strap is so comfortable, I’ve got the pink one it’s a very gentle pink , love the idea aswel the give you one half of a strap incase one brakes, the screen on the watch is clear to read
This was an upgrade from the inspire 2 , the inspire 3 is good in daylight as I can now see the time , I use it whilst wild swimming and it records distance fairly accurately on the app , meets my needs and good price
I bought this after watching the Secret Genius of Modern Living (presented by Hannah Fry) on iplayer. Before this I was skeptical about how a watch could measure pulse rate and oxygen levels. It was interesting to find that a brisk walk was of more benefit to me than a session on my bicycle. It registers my distance and time when swimming but not my heart rate. I have not recorded my food and water intake. A useful tool for anyone.
Good time to decide on an upgrade – I got a really good deal on Amazon Prime Day.
You can see the screen better on the watch, the numbers show up a lot clearer.
Battery life is also really good!
Really pleased.
This, together with the FitBit app is exactly what I wanted. It’s efficient and unobtrusive and looks good too.
I bought this when my previous Fitbit wouldn’t charge. I wanted something smaller and not as bulky on my wrist. Only need a basic watch and this does the job nicely.
This is Better than i though it would be, Gives me piece of mind, i have had a few health problems and now i know if i need to seek help, keeps track of all important parts we need to know about.
Bought this as a birthday gift to replace an Inspire 2 that had face cracked (apparently a common fault with Fitbit). She prefers the updated features of this and it wasn’t too expensive, compared with Apple watches and the like, so good all round. Hope it lasts longer then the Inspire 2 though.
Have found the Inspire 3 to have all the functions I need. Comfortable to wear. Rather addictive never off my arm. The sleep pattern readings are useful and of course tracking all other activity. I would recommend this product. Have bought one for a friend.
Much better than previous models, the battery lasts longer than a week and there is a clear interface that can be read outside whilst sunny.
I like how it looks, but the accuracy of counting steps needs to be improved.
Interesting heart rate I have according to the fit bit. I was worried about it until I read up on what it should be between
I like the sleep app but not sure it’s as accurate
Nice and slim line glad I got it in black
This is the fifth activity tracker/watch I have bought for my wife and is by far the best yet. She can read it in direct sunlight, wear it all day without noticing and most importantly she loves the orange coloured strap! In all honesty it works faultlessly and is well worth every penny.
I like how compact and minimal the design is. Although it isn’t the best for step count due to it thinking certain arm movements are steps, the bpm seems to be fairly accurate so combined with the gps from your phone it will messure your walks or run data pretty well. I imagine it’s good value for money as FitBit do have experience in developing decent products, and I’m sure this model will be using the same algorithms as the more expensive ones for data collection.
Also you can receive texts if it’s connected to your phone, which is useful if you have a Job where you can’t have your phone on you all the time. Just means you can see any urgent messages from people which is pretty handy!
Would recommend for people who want to track their exorcise, diet and weight, but don’t want to spend loads.
Sucks the straps are compatible with the previous models. Also, the aftermarket strap options seem limited.
I have found it useful to push my exercise a bit more. Only problem I have had is I can’t receive message or call notifications but apart from that I would recommend it.
Good value compared with some of the newer models and it has all the functionality I require, except I am disappointed it does not estimate height gained (which my previous Charge 2 device used to do). This is important to me as a keen walker. A lot of the functionality does not work with my persistent AF (irregular heart beat) but it records my exercise well and keeps me motivated. I find its estimate of my sat O2 levels reassuring, given my inefficient heart.
Lots of useful feature and more accurate than other products I’ve tried
It recalls my sleep pattern and also the amount of steps I walk each day
Bought this fitbit to make me more aware of the steps/calories each day. Loads of great features that you can choose and set for your own preference. Wanted this design as it is slimmer than some of the others. Very happy with i
do not like tiny screen. Have to strain to read the text. Use it only for sleep, heart and walking tracking.
he sp02 and heart monitor isn’t to accurate , but generally its not bad for the money, i like the sleep tracking its finally made me go to bed earlier to get more than 5 hours sleep.
Bought as a present for my wife. She was keen to improve her fitness, loose some weight etc
This Fitbit is good, smaller than others in the range, and doesnt look to big on wrist. Reports data on calories, active minutes, sleep etc. After a few days, she was comfortable with it. Now uses it daily to monitor calories, active minutes. The Sleep data is not very accurate > It only logs Deep Sleep acurately
Fitbit only sell 3 Bands, but private sellers offer various other types. Changing them is “Fiddly” and needs practice. Overall a good purchase, given its costs and data produced
i bought this for my son to help him wake up in the mornings – the vibrating slient alarm is very effective for me. he could not use it at first because the 3 had compatibility issues with a Samsung Fold… he tells me they are fixed now. However check efore you buy.
That said, the battery life is amazing and though I am no athlete I feel naked without my Inspire 2 keeping an eye on my stats.
Also be aware that Google bought Fitbit a while back and is now killing off a lot of its features in order to push their own line of fitness trackers. Typical modern corporate monopolist bs. I’d worry about current Fitbit trackers getting bricked altogether sometime in the future.
I wanted to be able to track my basic progress wrt to heart rate, recovery times, etc. etc. I wasn’t really interested in a Smart Watch … I find those physically too big when working out with free weights and weight machines.
My main criteria was it had to :
1/ Be comfortable and non restrictive when working out
2/ show the time (clearly)
3/ have a mobile app to track progress/show history
4/ track/show heart rate
5/ track sleep pattern
6/ long battery life between charges
This Fitbit Inspire 3 met all my requirement and a lot more – it is really comfortable and definitely doesn’t get in the way while working out… and I hardly notice I am wearing it at night.
I find navigating around the actual Fitbit very easy – swipe left/right, up/down and tap for action… my only minor observation is only about 60% of the shiny 1 inch front display is actually used/functional – I would imagine the physical size of the Fitbit is due to the battery size, just a shame they couldn’t have utilised the physical size to increase the display size of the screen… but it’s not a bit problem for me.
Overall, I find the Fitbit Inspire 3 absolutely perfect – does exactly what I need (and A LOT more), great mobile app for tracking/showing history, comfortable to wear, waterproof for swimming and a long battery life between charges.
At 69.99 (January 2023), I would say that is good value and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for decent activity tracker (remembering, this is NOT a ‘Smart Watch’, this is a a activity tracker only).
I bought this as a replacement for the Inspire HR and its an improvement and more accurate. It still does not seem to get it right over when I am asleep at night or awake. I also find there is now so much detail on the screen and it is so fine, it can be difficult to read with my aging eyesight.
Basic functions are ok – steps sleep etc. But options such as alarms, reminders to move, notifications & exercise are all limited to being set on the watch. It’s a small screen and it’s difficult to see what’s what – I specifically chose this Fitbit for it’s size. The functions could do with being on the watch and the app. I am not likely to buy another Fitbit because of this
Does everything I want it to. I will add that it’s a replacement for the Fitbit I got just over a year ago. The battery life on that one diminished to the point where it was unusable. I googled it and discovered that most Fitbits become like this in a 1-2 yr lifespan. The company don’t offer a refund. I’d therefore recommend this product with the proviso that it’ll last two years tops.
excellent device, easy to follow set up and further instructions
very happy with the watch! not so with the delivery which says it was put through my letterbox, when it was left on the doorstep even though I was in at the time!
Loved that it knew I was swimming but now it doesn’t always know it puts me down as walking or bike and the lengths don’t always add up as the same love that it lets me know about my sleep patterns
Excellent product! I like it because I can see information on the wrist band as well as the app
Does what’s described. Very useful tool for tracking health and fitness. Helpful to give you a boost to do a few more steps, eat a little more healthily, and push a little bit more when doing sport.
Onto 3rd fitbit. This is 1st one Ive had with colour display. Excellent features, comfortable, stays charged longer than older versions. Sleep quality, heart rate as well as steps etc. Love i
Generally a good item but one or two small issues. I would recommend.
Recently I bought Fitbit inspire 3 to replace my old Fitbit inspire 2, which I was unable to charge anymore.
Fitbit inspire 3 is much better than inspire 2. The display is much more easily readable. Have new features. And the most important thing is that the type of charging is better.
I absolutely love my Fitbit Inspire 3! It’s the perfect activity tracker for someone who wants to stay motivated and track their daily activity. The tracker itself is sleek and stylish, and it’s comfortable to wear all day long. I love being able to track my steps, distance travelled, and calories burned, and the Inspire 3 even has a feature that allows me to track my sleep, which has been really helpful for me to understand my sleep patterns and work on getting a better night’s rest. I’ve also found the motivational reminders and challenges from the Fitbit app to be really helpful in keeping me motivated to stay active. Overall, I would highly recommend the Fitbit Inspire 3 to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish activity tracker.
The mobile app is great, easy to follow. The sleep tracker is good to see how much sleep you actually get. Meditation and relaxation app very good. The fitbit is Comfortable to wear.
Has some glitches. Inspire 3 seems to intermittently lose hours walked and steps taken. Frustrating. The actual device however has a brighter display and swipes to various settings much easie
Bought this to replace a Samsung galaxy watch 3 as the battery life was shocking on that. Even with moderate use the battery is lasting 10 days and it’s still only down to 10%, so with little use you’ll probably get 2 weeks out of it. The Fitbit app is great even without signing up to the free trial- I haven’t done this as the monthly payment after the free period is ridiculous. (Currently 7.99/month)
The watch receives texts/call notifications, etc. You can choose which apps you want to be notified by in the app. Watch faces can be changed, etc but only to ones built into the app.
My wife has the Inspire 2 and this is a big improvement over that model, namely the new screen which is much easier to read. A great, if not slightly basic ‘smart’ watch at a decent price.
I really like the Inspire 3. I have used a fitbit for many years and this does everything the charge 2 did. I do have problems synching to my mobile and have to turn bluetooth on and off again. The display is small, but i knew that before i purchase and so need my glasses to read anything but thr time!
