Bought this for my 10y/o as I had previously purchased a cheaper one that was not fit for purpose.

I’m too old by several decades to be dreaming of a career in the footballing sector. This bit of a kit is a lot of fun though. Some years back I used to enjoy a lunchtime kick about in a storage area at work (not appreciating that the sounds of a bouncing ball would be reverberating all around the premises) with a colleague. I convinced my colleague that if he practiced keepy-uppies for half an hour a day he would eventually become world class. He could be heard banging his little ball about for his allotted half an hour a day long after I’d grown tired with the whole business. Imagine what he could have achieved if he had had access to the dual speed football rebounder. Brilliant! As that bloke off the Fast Show used to say.
This ‘Rebounder’ is the type of thing you see in the background of footage when football players are training. It is a simple trampette like tool that sits at an angle, rather than flat. This allows a player to bounce the ball off the trampette and try to control the rebound. It is great for testing your volley and control skills. Football Flick’s ‘Rebounder’ comes packed flat and is easy to open and close. This means that you can store it between uses.
Rather than just having one rebound level, there are actually at least six as you have two sides and different width settings. This alters the height and speed of the rebound that you will receive. If you set this up with some goals in the back garden, it will get hours and hours of use. You can play a version of heads and volleys even when your friends are not around. The frame is solid and the spring elements are well attached. It works well for home, but could also be used for a team training session and should last a season easily.
I honestly expected this to be a cheap plastic frame and was pleasantly surprised at the weight of the frame and the durability/sturdiness of the netting and rebound material.
This is excellent for children and adults alike to practice their skills.
