I loved using this flash for the first time at a wedding at the weekend! It really does give that retro, direct flash look, plus it looks cool on the camera!
The dial at the back of the flash is really easy to use, once you know your distance and have set your camera settings you can set each wheel accordingly. I used this on a Nikon z6ii and it worked with no issues.
I like the fact that it has a charger that comes with it so you’re not having to buy new batteries for it all the time. Although I didn’t use it for hours and hours, I didn’t have any issue with it going out of battery and it fired every single time I clicked the shutter.
The feel of the flash itself is great, feels good quality and feels like it won’t get damaged with repeated folding and unfolding. It comes in a good quality box with cleaning cloth, charging cable and instruction manual.
Overall I highly recommend if you’re wanting a fun creative flash to add to your gear!
I love it’s simple controls, so easy to dial up or down based on your last exposure, the dials on the back caam be used almost as a light meter to help but tbh you’ll end up manually just clicking up or down but it’s brilliance is In it’s simplicity, the retro look is fantastic and gets lots of attention and comments, but don’t be fooled hy thinking it’s a gimmick, the battery is a beast, lasts me for well over a days wedding shooting and this has kit subjects meters away, I have had rounded (like the dish) flash pattern on the occasional shot hence 4 stars and not 5 but looks wise and function wise I prefer this over more expensive complicated flash units, and the battery is very impressive.
Works just as advertised! Functions perfectly with my Sony and manual film cameras from back in the day! If the surface of the hot shoe is metal, make sure you tape it off or something so it can fire with the shutter!
Il prodotto rispetta le aspettative, ma mi sembrato che lo scatolo del flash fosse stato gi aperto in quanto mancava la plastica di chiusura e i cavi non erano ben raggruppati. Ho avuto l’impressione che fosse stato usato!

Using it with my retro Fujifilm X100s is great when at weddings.

It is rechargeable. Major plus. It’s GN14 so it’s not a full on mega flash but it’s usable. Manual settings so learn your distances.

Saw this flash on YT and loved the film body style. It makes me feel like the photos I take are from 1970s. The flash is actually powerful since it’s a direct flash, so you shouldn’t be worried about how strong it is.
This is excellent flash that offers beautiful light and most importantly works with vintage film cameras.
However, If you use telephoto lens as your portrait lens this flash cannot be used since half of the image turns black as lens creates shadow.
With lens 50mm and down this is excellent flash. It gives out gorgeous beauty dish like light. If you photograph people this flash is conversation starter.
