Optical Connection
1.Must set Audio output format to “PCM” on TV.
2. Insert optical cable with correct direction( cable cross section is trapezoidal) both soundbar and TV, plug both ends of the cable tightly, you can hear a clicking sound.
3.Select optical input via short press “Optical” of soundbar remote control;
4.Select sound output for optical connection, such as “optical” for Samsung TV;
HDMI ARC connection, TV and soundbar will be on/off synchronously.

2.Select ARC input via short press “ARC/COA” of soundbar remote control;
3.Select relative sound output for HDMI ARC, such as “receiver” for Samsung TV;
4.HDMI cable is no less than HDMI 2.0 version,poor HDMI cable will be no sound or poor sound.
Memorized Function After Turn Off
1.After Turn off the soundbar, input source (bluetooth, optical, HDMI ARC, coaxial, Aux) and Sound mode ( Music, movie, news, game, party) will be memorized.
2.After Turn off soundbar, the manual setting (Treble +/-, Bass +/-) will be memorized.
3.After turn off soundbar, if the soundbar volume is no more than level 20, the volume will be memorized;if the volume is more than level 20, the volume will be set back to level 20.

This is a surprisingly good sound bar.I paid 72 for it on lightning deal and wasn’t expecting much.But it surprised me.Generally excellent sound quality on the movie and music setting However the news/dialogue setting needs work as it sounded very unrealistic.The bass and treble also have 10 settings and I usually had the bass at about minus 3 on movie setting as it could be a bit overpowering/intrusive.Works well with music though with the good bass.Although the woofer tended to lose it’s clarity when the volume was cranked up high and loud and it does go loud.Doesn’t connect to pc through usb ,it is for sticks only.This was disappointing for me as it is my preferred connection to pc.Worked ok on the TV using arc with the TV turning it on and off with volume control with the TV remote.Although it went silent a few times seemingly losing arc connection.Optical was fine.Bluetooth connected flawlessly.Remote is ok but the buttons are too small for big fingers and hard to read.Overall though it’s a decent sounding bar for the money and easily matches a older Samsung d450 that I have and easily surpases it on the bass.Just a shame I couldn’t get it to connect to my pc through usb.
I brought this for my partner TV and he loves it the sound is so much better you choose different sounds for movies TV gaming definitely was worth getting
Looked at lots of different options before choosing this model. Easy to install. Much better quality and sound than I expected for the price; and I like good quality sound at higher volumes (with no distortion). Mainly using in my home office to play music via Bluetooth from my ‘phone and to listen to music videos from my main PC rather than from my previous cheap speakers. Initially noticed that the sub-woofer seemed ‘heavy’ on the Base, but I adjusted the Sound Effect settings on my ‘phone and it was fine. But within a few days of purchasing, the seller sent an email offering a free software upgrade to help reduce the base/provide better sound. I replied and they sent an email and it was installed in a few minutes, so now I can return to my phone’s original settings. Overall, really nice quality; very happy so far!
Decent cable lengths, optical and arc connections work as expected and sound is rich and deep. Amazing value for money.
A compact soundbar with a lot of punch with the subwoofer (wired). I like my deep bass and for the price, this doesn’t disappoint. After a lot of searching I’m glad I purchased this brand .
This soundbar is amazing value for money.
It offers a powerful 160w sound with punchy base and crystal clear mid range and treble with no distortion even at top volume.
Exceptional value for money this soundbar from Heymell is up there performing with the bigger brand names.
