What happens when I use up all the ink from my subscription box?

When your subscription box cartridges run low, we automatically mail you a new set of cartridges. Ink, shipping, and recycling are all included with your monthly fee.​

When does billing start and how does it work?

The Subscription Box comes with £10 Instant Ink starter credit. Once your credit has ended, you will be charged each month at the end of the billing cycle.

Does the Subscription Box only work with Instant Ink

Yes, the subscription box will only work with an active Instant ink subscription. If you decide to cancel your subscription, then you will need to go back to using traditional ink cartridges. ​

Can I cancel my subscription?
