The charger port went out, and I was able to email them and they sent a replacement part for free!
I contacted the company about the battery and they took care of the problem right away. Within one week I had a new battery I am very satisfied how they handle my situation I would buy from them again

We ordered this scooter for our 6 year old for Christmas. He rode it 15/20 times during the Winter. It stopped working. The company contacted me and after numerous emails of them wanting videos and us not being able to send the videos to them, they sent us a new scooter. The best gift ever. He uses every single day. The battery last long, the wheels lights up when rolling, and in case you run out of battery you can use as normal scooter. Well made and easy to drive. My son is 4 years old and this is by far his favorite.
Our grandson received this scooter for his 5th birthday. It quickly became his favorite gift.
It it’s pretty fast my 3 years old son it took him probably half an hour to get used to to make the turns and ride it comfortable

UPDATE—- Received a message with instructions on how to fix the scooter. Followed those instructions and it works like a champ!
Bought this for my 4 year old son, it worked well the first few times he used it then for some reason it stopped working. It powers on and the lights work but when he pushes the accelerator nothing happens. He’s only had it since Christmas and has used it a handful of times.
My son loves this scooter and the first one we purchased for Christmas, suddenly stopped working. The company seen this review and emailed me and sent another replacement scooter, with no hassle. I appreciate this company for making this purchase right and for making my scooter loving son, happy again.
My 7-year-old grandson loves to ride this scooter. I had purchased him a 2-wheeled electric scooter and he was intimidated by it. On this scooter, he was riding confidently in minutes.
Update- The company has said they will send us a replacement.
Original- My son has dwarfism and this was a great option for walks. He received it for Christmas and it has already stopped working. We are very disappointed because it was such a nice scooter for him to use.
The back wheel broke off already and customer service reached out with replacement.. It is great to feel resolved!

The speed, build quality, battery life. Are all perfect for my 5 year old. She has a great time on it, and it even does well pulling itself over some more difficult terrain.
My one concern (and it would be a big one if I was more responsible), is the effectiveness of the brake. When going down a slight slope, it could be dangerous and we’ve had a couple of close calls.
Highly recommended for a slightly older or more coordinated child than mine.

This is meant for older kids who have balance very good but fast u have to step on the button to activate the self drive smart and the brakes works good

Was a Christmas gift “from Santa” for my 5 y old boy. He used a standard 3 wheel scooter before so he has some experience already. Was a bit afraid to move to a 2 wheels (and electric). The instructions are clear, mounting is super easy. The start was a bit scary for my son so I had to first ask him try it on without the electric ON. Once he got used to it, I ran near him until he got the handle of it. Now he’s just crazy about it and he’s using with electric and without so very happy with it, sturdy and well built. Good introduction until when he’s 7-8 years old.

At first, the motor was not working. I contacted support and was advised to remove a brake plug inside the deck. It worked great after that. Fun scooter, one of the very few electric scooters available for kids. Customer service genuinely wants the customers to be happy, they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
