    Distinti saluti

    Einfach super. schnell.und lautlos.

I received one of these with a multi tool purchase. I had it for several years, but at my new house I bought a Makita 36v weed cutter and started eyeing a full size blower as well. At the same time, I noticed my senior mother using a full sized electric blower with an extension cord to clear the patio and felt like she could use this little guy for the same job and not have any tripping hazards or heavy equipment. I gave my original to her and she loves it’s convenience. Cobwebs, dust, small leaves are all easily cleared. But I still am debating the full sized, and began noticing all the little quick jobs I’d use this for and ended up buying this again just 2 months later. I never really acknowledged the times I’d grab this to blow dust and debris from things, quickly clean up the garage floor, blow dust off the cars, etc I a, still eyeing the full sized blower, but am very glad to have replaced this little guy.

It does get fairly loud but not really on par with a large electric blower. Sometimes I find my shirt gets sucked into the intake (right handed), it might be nice to have that redirected with a removable piece or if it were on the other side. It’s not really something I used for long sustained blowing, so I find the battery life with a 5ah battery more than enough. To be honest, I’ve found portability and ease of use with Makita tools much more valuable than beast mode power. The vacuum attachment and longer nozzle look interesting but I really hate paying for something so simple, especially when I’m paying a premium over other tool brands already. Bare tool for Makita often means not even a spare piece of cardboard inside the package.

I have a petrol (Makita) blower which is excellent for big cleaning jobs. This tool is brilliant for those smaller jobs like cleaning leaves and debris from the workshop and garage.

Surprised how powerful this is for a small hand held blower.
I bought this and the Makita 191G09-6 long tube extension to blow dry leaves and pine cones off my gravel path, and it does it with ease. The longer tube means you don’t have to bend down to blow things on the ground.
Also bought the Makita 123241-2 dust bag for when used in suction mode. The short tube can be fitted to the air intake, and with the dust bag fitted to the air outlet it can be used to hoover things up.
My only criticism is that regardless of what attachments you fit where, it won’t stand upright when putting it battery side down on a work surface and tips forwards and to the side, so it could have been made to balance better.

Good value blower compared to say Milwaukee. Powerful and compact design.

I am a carpenter and use it in work to clear sawdust created when woodworking. Great for clearing debris when re-roofing a building. Blowing out clippings from rebar ties before concreting. It does also work as a vacuum for getting in tight spaces.

Good for the workshop cleaning, but not that good for outdoors in the garden.

A decent gadget for quickly blasting dust and all off various tools, clearing decking from debris and general building work tidying up.

Pretty much hopeless as a leaf blower unless the long spout can be fitted, haven’t checked though.

The downsides are that it seems to cut off power intermittently on the lower 2 settings even on a full battery and that it is very loud.

Btw the recommended bag add-on doesn’t fit this blower.

This is ideal for many things, I use it for the leafs, clearing gutters out (brilliant for that) drying the car after a wash, cleaning hoover filters out. I use a 3amp battery and will last a fair while.
I only use it as a blower.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis is an amazing wee tool, however I wish I had read the reviews first as the dust bag advertised with it is not compatible with this item.
It is quite a powerful blower but as we are waiting for the replacement bag, we haven’t used the vac yet.
The bag needed is part number 1232412 and NOT 1228520 as advertised.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI really like this blower. I got it to clear my loose stones driveway from leaves. although it does have the power to blow the stones around, it doesn’t empty my drive of stones, like other more powerful blowers. I also use it to clear my van and again, its not overpowered and don’t end up blowing stuff into the cabin.

If you wanting something for quick dusting or light weight needs like clearing a gravel driveway this was a cheap solution for me as I have existing Makita tools and use the same batteries.

It also lasts a while on my 3.0ah batteries.

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersProduct is sound for blowing the leaves or sawdust away from work pieces for it’s size as I have numerous other 18 volt LXT Makita tools so batteries & chargers that are needed is not a problem.
Supplied dust bag (Makita 122852-0 Dust Bag) does not fit, I will use it as a spare for my Makita chop saw.
If you want to use it as a vacuum then purchase the Makita 123241-2 Dust Bag that is listed on Amazon @ 14.99 as that’s the actual one in the picture listing that does fit.

Makita, is a nice brand although a bit expensive; therefore, you expect the best performance and in fact I was expecting a higher air flow than it actually has. I would buy it anyway but would certainly look into the models with better air flow.
