Usage Notice
- Please connect Bluetooth from “Phomemo” APP.
- No paper alert: take the paper roll out, then long press the power button for 10 seconds until you see green light flashes 2 times. After that, put that paper into the machine again to print normally.
- The printed content is easy to shift without the paper holder.

Tips for Better Printing
- Charge the machine regularly. When the power is low, the printouts will be blurred.
- Moisten a cotton swab with alcohol, and gently wipe the print head regularly to clean dust.
- Select high-pixel photos to print instead of blurred pictures.
- Reduce the noise of pictures before printing for better effects.

After I received my item, it was not working, I reached out to them right away. less than 24 hours they were sending me a new one. When the second one came, it also was not working and I reached out to them a second time thinking I wouldn’t get an answer. They answered me within 24 hours and we’re helping me figure out what the actual problem was. Now I have an item that works and they were absolutely hands-down, the best customer service I have ever had.
It prints pictures really well, very cute and handy. However, they could have written more clearly that the pictures are not printed on sticker rolls, the printing papers are like the receipt papers. They do give you a bunch of stickers in addition to the printer and the rolls of paper (I bought 3). Overall very satisfied with it, easy to navigate in the Phomemo app as well
My kids loves it. Great idea and I was happy that it comes with three different papers, unfortunately just one paper is too thick to put in but otherwise it is pretty good product.
Teen daughter loves this. Easy to use the app and connect. Picture quality isn’t in 4K obviously but we got it to instantly print cute little sticker pics that she will use for plenty I’m sure. Will be using for scrapbooking as this printer has now opened up a bew hobby for her. IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE COVER PICTURED (it does state this in the description, originally I hadn’t read this but realised before it was gifted, so bought the one we wanted. It’s a white square shape with the colour of your choice on it) Got free paper rolls with our purchase which will be handy.

Great gift idea to use for labelling/journals. Printed images out and they are brilliant although black and white, would definitely recommend to anyone, so easy and the app is great to use!!!
Good quality for the price my daughter is super happy easy to use
Great product. I read quite a lot of Web novels and have a lot of screenshots with quotes I like or dialogues I find funny etc. And I can finally put them to good use with this, making a scrapbook of sorts.
One downside is the width of the roll, which is 53mm, and the most common used ones seem to be 57mm. So it’s a bit harder to find one specific for this printer.
The only other downside so far is that I can’t seem to access the pics saved onto my phone, even tho I’ve set up the permissions and everything. The only way I can get around it is to use the printer’s Web app to login to Google and acces my saved pics there. A bit of a hassle, but at least there is a solution.

Ich bin damit sehr zufrieden. Sehr schneller Versand. Passt auch in jede Tasche. Papier, Hlle und Zubehr kann man auch nach kaufen. Phomemo printer paper kann ich auch dafr empfehlen.
My 2 year old loves printing out little pictures and I use it for labels. We’ll worth the money.
