I made a mistake when I first bought them and spreaded the seeds directly into the lawn. Only few single plants survived. Second time, I sawn them in the containers. Will plant them out when they grow a bit.
Mixed it with topsoil an horticultural sand after scarifying lawn and just a few weeks later the clover is coming up strongly. No need to feed your lawn using this . Drought tolerant band diminishes white grub population too. Looking forward to having a green lawn all summer.
Hate mowing the lawn but the bald patches got covered quickly with the clover, this is perfect, it grows in a few weeks, just hoping it naturally takes over from the grass, I should have took all the grass up and started from scratch but it’s looking good so fa

Fed up with lawn weeds and persistent failure to make anything of it by reseeding with grass seed which is always eaten by birds, and grass that looks awful in dry weather, I have invested in these which were no problem to sow – this amount was not enough, and I found another source which sold a kilo for far less price than a kilo of this stuff would have been. Will probably update this review in time, but until then there is no cause for complaint and therefore no justification for less than 4 stars, 4 stars only because in comparison to the source on a well-known auction site, this stuff is VERY expensive for the quantity purchased. I’m sure the seeds are as they should be, and viable.
