This is easy to set up and use.
It’s a bit heavy but I’d expect that, if it were light it would move around.
Can adjust the resistance and it has straps although I didn’t like these.
Good for working from home at a desk and good for people who need to exercise their legs . I’d recommend this if it’s something you’re looking at buying.

This was an easy mini peddle “bike” to put together I was expecting it to be a bit more fiddly so pleasantly suprised. Just need to attach the feet and the pedals using the washers, screws nuts bolts and tools provided and the resistant stretch bands just clip on.
The resistance ropes have alot of stretch in them so are easy on the arms but are good to start off with can add knots in to tighten them a bit the more you get used to them. The handles are padded and cushioned for compfort.
The mini bike is really easy to pedal has a tension dial to make the pedaling harder or easier.
There is a digital display it’s not very bright so you need good light to be able to see it. It automatically activates as you start to pedal and then after no movement for a while it will turn back off.
The mini bike quite large in size but still suitable for home use. Probably not a good workout for somone who does mor advance workouts but brilliant for a beginner. A good way to get the body moving.

I got this for my dad who just had a triple bypass so can’t really move his upper body too much.
This has really helped him keep mobile and keep his muscles.
    Extremely well made and great!

The pedal exerciser arrived safely, and it comes neatly packed inside a medium sized box.

The assembly was very simple and easy to do; you just attach the front and rear legs with the nuts and bolts, screw in the pedals, attach the hoops to the pedals, attach the tension ropes if required, and insert the included battery into the display (display just pulls out). The instructions were easy to follow, and illustrations were provided for each stage.

The overall quality is generally pretty good as it seems well made, its nice and sturdy, it’s got rubber feet and also weighs a lot so it doesn’t move around when using it, and the only thing ive found to be a bit poor is the display which is rather small and hard to see when I’m using the exerciser.

The display turns on when you start pedalling and automatically turns off a short while after you stop. The speed you are pedalling is always shown and it also displays one of five other modes which you can choose by pressing the mode button. Unfortunately it seems you can cant change the units displayed so you are forced to view your speed in Kph and distance in Km. The display is also not backlit so its hard to see when under a dark desk.

Its very easy to use, you just start pedalling and you can choose how much resistance you want by turning the dial. It goes from barely any resistance to strong enough that I struggle to turn the pedals without putting a lot of effort in. Even though the exerciser grips well to my carpet, it still manages to be pushed backwards if I try to pedal when its set on the toughest resistance.

The noise level is very acceptable and it sounds a bit similar to a tower fan on medium setting when your just pedalling around 25Kph, obviously the faster you pedal the louder it gets. Even though it weighs a fair amount its got a nice large handle which makes it easy to pick up and move around. The width of the exerciser at its widest point measures 55cm across so it should fit under most desks no problem.

Ive gone from sitting at a desk all day doing nothing, to pedalling for a good portion of each day. You don’t really notice either if you’re just pedalling away slowly so this is a fantastic device for your health and it feels like I’m cheating a bit just sitting on a nice comfy chair exercising away. The tension ropes are a nice bonus if you also want to give your arms a bit of a workout and they quickly detach if you don’t.

Overall, I think this is great if you’d like an exercise bike but don’t have the room for a full-size version or you just want to work out a bit while your sitting at your desk or watching tv. It works really well, the quality is good, and at around 50 or less I think its reasonable value for money. It’s a product I’m happy to recommend and I feel four star is appropriate for it, buy with confidence!

Good quality, easy to use, and a great way to help stay in shape while sitting!!

My Dad is 83 years old, and his stamina has really dropped since the pandemic. Before he was fit and healthy, but having stayed at home for nearly 2 years, his stamina dropped dramatically and so I have been looking for some way for him to build it up again from home.

For under 50 this is a really nice bit of kit, it allows him to sit at the dining room table and not only stretch his legs, he can also give his arms a decent work out. It’s easy to setup and relatively small, and for him a very reasonably priced bit of exorcise equipment.

This is a surprisingly heavy and robust bit of keep fit equipment for the money. It doesn’t take long to assemble and once in situ (in our case under a desk – to be used while doing PC work) it is very stable and doesn’t move about. It has a good range of resistance levels, and the cycle mechanism/action is smooth. The LED readout seems a bit plasticky and cheap compared to the rest of the unit (and no backlight) but it works ok (if you have good eyesight). The resistance bands seem a bit if an afterthought: they don’t offer much resistance (but that’s relative I suppose). All in all though, this is a good seated exercise bike for the money, and seems built to last.

Easy to use and works well, it’s a bit on the heavy side but feels strong and sturdy as well it feel like it is good quality plus I’m 5,4 in height and have no issues using it sitting on my bed.

    Easy to use.

Mini Exercise Bike is a great bike for me. I put it under my desk and use it every day. It’s a lifesaver for when I’m feeling lazy! The screen is easy to read and the resistance settings are adjustable, so it’s perfect for any level of exerciser. The LCD display is also very helpful because you can see your progress as you pedal. I also like that there are 3 different ways to pedal so it doesn’t get boring quickly!
I really like this mini exercise bike for home use. It is perfect for any office environment or anyone looking for an easy way to get in some cardio after a long day of work.

Straightforward to assemble. Attach each stabiliser bar with two supplied bolts, nuts, washers, and attach the pedals, resistance bands and pedal straps. Do tighten up the nuts really well to the bolts using the supplied spanner tool.

The resistance ropes are really weak. To me I think they are pointless due to this. They attach via carabiners to the front stabiliser bar, and so can be replaced with separately purchased higher resistance bands/tension ropes and handles.

I would have preferred a higher range of cycle resistance. The highest resistance setting is not challenging. For others they may find the range perfect or providing too many resistance levels.

In use I find it is smooth to pedal, rather quiet and the mini exercise bike remains stable. I tested it on a hard surface floor.

The display does require adequate light to read it and does not have a backlit function. It does provide a range of useful information and one of the settings allows for all the information to be repeatedly cycled through. An on/off button or switch is also missing but it does turn off after a period of inactivity.

Currently the price at the time of review is 41.38 and a 5% discount voucher is available taking it down to 39.31. I think this makes it a very good value for money piece of exercise equipment for a fairly gentle cycle at the same time as working or doing leisure activities such as watching TV, streaming something, or while listening to music. I don’t think this sort of product is meant for a vigorous all out workout such as a spin class. The equipment is quite lightweight and easy to move around. Additionally it can be positioned to exercise part of the upper body via placing each hand on a pedal and pedalling away. I’ll award it 4.5/5 and this becomes 5/5 on Amazon.

This is perfect for someone who works from home like me. I sit at a desk everyday and don’t get many steps in but this machine is perfect for multitasking getting some exercise in whilst working! Very easy to set up and use and perfect for under a desk. Amazing quality and had really improved my ankle and calf strength. Highly recommend this awesome product.

On its low-medium settings this is pretty easy to do and doesn’t cause any muscle stress beyond what you would expect on an easy flat bike ride. Going from mid to high settings it does get your muscles working and at the highest setting, it doesn’t take long before my legs start to ache.

In terms of features, it’s not really anything special but when under a desk, it’s convenient as you can happily pedal away getting a workout while you are working.

This would be good for someone to build up strength in their legs for a long cycling event.

I quite like this product. It takes less space than standard exercise bike and I can move it from place to place, even if it weights a bit..
The mini bike came well packed in box and I had to assemble few parts together to make it all up running, but it wasn’t that complicated.
Bike has small display screen but it doesn’t lit up so I need to look close to see what’s on it. It shows progress of our bike ride, calories we burned, etc.
The bike feels good quality and works well especially when sitting without anything restricting my movements. The side handles help to keep the bike in place as, if used on carpet, it moves a bit so with the handles I can pull it back a bit.
Bike has a tension control knob using which we can adjust how hard the work out we want it to be.
I like the handle on top of the bike which allows me easily move the bike from place to place, it’s convenient.
Now, during winter, we spend more time at home as its cold outdoors so using mini bike can help keep up with daily exercises even when watching TV instead of eating snacks.
I think the price is okay.

This mini exercise bike is amazing as you can do it while you’re working at home on your computer as it can fit under a desk it makes you sweat and is amazing for a form of exercise if you can’t get outside of the house

Easy to set up with spanner and bolts included, although it is quite heavy. Have taken it to work under the desk. The pedals and unit are robust and strong. I don’t think it makes me sweat but it helps keep me moving whilst sitting at my desk. The pedals are supposed to be non-slip but I found my feet do slip off it quite a bit. The straps were rubbish so I did not use them.

There is an LED counter which will show you how many calories and rotations you have done. It is compact so does not take up too much room but my desk is low and my knees sometimes hit the top. Needs AAA battery for the display. There is a tension control knob but even on the high setting it wasn’t too difficult.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’m 40 and have an immune disease that left me loosing a lot of weight quickly but my legs are still very chubby and full of fluid. I also struggle to excessive but this I found very easy. I can sit on sofa and use whilst watching tv

The machine is so easy to use and stays put. Even on wooden floor. The resistance bands I’ve taken off as they get in the way. After a few days I’ve reduced swelling in my knees and bottom og legs look way more defined. I’m doing 2x 30 min sessions a day.

    I really love this machine

    In all fantastic

I have an exercise bike but don’t use it often as I find it gives me a sore bottom! This helps as you’re able to use it while sitting in a comfy chair.
I did try this while sitting at my desk but that didn’t work out too well due to using a chair on wheels – as I cycled I moved backwards so had to hold on to the edge of my desk. My knees also hit the underside of the desk.
Using it while sitting on the sofa worked well – watching TV and exercising, it helped pass the time rather than sitting on my bike staring at a wall.
It is portable but heavier than expected so I’m not sure it is suitable for seniors.
The display isn’t back lit, so it’s difficult to see from a sitting position – you do have to stop and go a little closer to look.

More comfortable than an exercise bike

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe unit is easy to assemble which took less time than removing the packing some of which is sellotaped.

The assembly instructions / user guide is nice and easy to understand.

Just four bolts for the two tubular stands, attach the pedals (which are well identified for left and right and clockwise and anticlockwise thread). A spanner tool is provided.

I did not bother with the pedal straps (also marked L & R).

The two arm exercise bungee ropes just clip on.

Lastly insert the provided AAA battery for the digital display.

The tension control has a stepped click action and in use offers even resistance through the rotation of the pedals and is pretty silent (especially if you have the TV on).

I did find if I didn’t position my feet centrally on the pedals my ankles would hit the rear tubular stand but other than that it all works well.

Suited I guess for us older folks and will allow some exercise without going out into the sub zero temperatures we have at the moment.

Hopefully it will help keep me fit during the Winter months especially as it is so easy to use.

This is ideal for home use.

Quite compact and a heavy, but if you have help to set up, can be useful.

Takes quite a while to set up but once done, easy to use.

    Arrived well packaged.

Used for post stroke recovery for legs and arms.
Cheaper than a physical therapy visit.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a great exercise bike if you just want to exercise your feet and not have a whole bike. It is heavy and looks and feels good quality. It works well. It has good pressure and works under different speeds.
