I must warn gently as they may break if you try to just pull them out and worked my way all the way round the toggle until I could see it was no longer caught under the thumb extension. Then as I said before practice and practice some more, I guarantee you will love these items as much as I do. Pick which aim ring suits you best as they come soft too hard.
