Bought to replace an old adapter that had given up the ghost. The USB ports and the two pin sockets underneath are a bonus. I tried a USB and it seemed a bit slow. Fine for overnight charging of bike lights, Garmin or Fitbit, probably not so good for a fast charge of phone or IPad- that’s based on just one charging session.
Bought this to tidy up some plugs and usb devices where I was running out of sockets. Seems to work really well, usb devices charge quickly and there is a bonus in that you can connect shaver/2 pin plugs directly.
I live in quite an old house and don’t have many sockets in some of our rooms. Some of which only have 1 socket, awkwardly placed in the corners. Unlike other extension sockets of this type, it is offset to one side which allows you to use it these corner sockets. If it is offset to the correct side. Luckily I did have a socket that I could use this one, which is one of our smallest rooms and desperately needed more socket space. It’s a shame you can’t slide the 3 pin plug over to make it universal to all corner sockets, or have a right and left option available.
The extension socket works well with no issues and provide 2x 3-pin plugs, 3x USB A and 1x 2 pin plug to be used. This should cover a good variety of plug needs!
This is very reasonably priced for what you get as it is good quality, I highly recommend.
It changes usbs! It accepts normal plugs, it accepts 2 pin plugs, not just one type! And they are underneath the UK sockets! Pure genius!
Just one thing missing out of all this, no support leg at the back, so the 2ed plug can end up wiggling the socket loose.

Took this away on a recent hotel trip to use as a USB charger, which it did perfectly. Charged our devices with no issues at all.
Seems sturdy and well built.
19.99 at time of writing may be a little steep, but it does the job so I guess you can’t complain.
Very pleased with this adaptor. It is smart looking and compact and saves the mess of having extension leads with the added bonus of usb sockets for charging items.

This is a decent quality plug that works well and expands a single socket to 2 mains sockets and 3 USB ports. It worked great in my caravan, however the USB ports are only low power output so not suitable for power hungry devices.
This is not a bad adapter which plugs into a normal UK socket outlet and has a 13 Amp fuse.
The USB ports also seem to work fine.
My only concern is the two 2 pin sockets which accept shaver type plugs are also protected by the 13 Amp fuse rather than a 1 Amp fuse found in a normal shaver plug adapter.
Replacing the 13 Amp fuse with a 3 Amp fuse may be a good idea or not to use the two pin sockets.
There are just not enough plugs any more and with loads of things having usb connections this frees up some space.
Brought to go on hubs side of the bed this means his alarm clock, phone charger and tablet charger are all charging on the spare usb ports freeing up the plugs for things that can only be used on plug. It’s tidied his side of the bed up loads.

This product seems to be very well built and perhaps a little too well made! The 2 pin socket protection flaps seem to be rather stiff and it requires a fair amount of force to insert a 2 pin plug into each socket on the item I have received. Two pin plugs are held rather firmly in place and it additionally requires some force to remove one from either of these sockets. In fact I had to remove the item from the wall to be able to insert and remove my two pin plugs. Things may get easier with using the bottom two 2 pin sockets through continued use but I do not know whether this will be the case. The issue does not occur with the USB sockets and the two 3 pin sockets.
Everything functions as it should do with this product in regards to supplying power to devices. The product is compact and came in a box without any instructions. The packaging box does state the important information such as the maximum wattage and voltages.
A useful product to have where you have just the one socket and would like to have be able to plug additional items in but also have them surge protected.
One negative is with the design of the product. The product obviously has to be plugged into a main socket and the 3 pins to do this is on the right-hand side. This limits where the product can be used because there may not be the space to the left for the item. I did consider whether having the rear plug rotate by 180 degrees would be a solution to have the product go more to the right. This would block the right socket in a double socket but would be fine if placed in that right socket or within a single socket with space to the right-hand side. Possibly a T shaped extension would be ideal, apart from the issue of them not normally coming with 2 pin sockets. As a T shaped extension is normally only multiple 3 pin plug sockets and USB sockets.
Another negative is there is no indicator light that the surge protection is correctly functioning.
No information appears to be stated as to the quality of the surge protection.
It would be good if a future version has individual on/off switches/buttons for the different sockets.
This product has its uses. It can be very handy and helpful to have; as long as the surrounding area and the location of the socket it will be inserted into is suitable.
Great space saver. I found this very handy when used in a hostel for a few night’s. it made sharing the plug sockets easier. i could use this without taking up the other socket leaving it free for other’s. also really liked the 3 USB port’s. i used it for my ipad and phone at the same time and it seemed to handle them both just fine.
so yeah, good for travelling and saves space.
I love this extension, giving me one extra plug and 3 USBs. It’s perfect for my small workspace and works well. It’s a very sturdy item, so glad I ordered it.

There is one part of the kitchen that’s always got devices plugged in but I had to have a big extension lead which took up a lot of room.
Now I’m able to plug this into mu one double socket, meaning now I can use 3 UK 3pin sockets, plus all the other adapters/sockets too.

With a lot of homes these days you tend to like plug sockets especially with the amount of USB cables there is these days this socket adapter is excellent turns a single socket into a double socket and also having 3USB ports to the top makes this a real top contender definitely purchase again 10 out of 10 for me
I have sockets at home that have usb option in them but with more and more items using usb now these plugs are amazing.
Your getting far more out one socket and I find it very handy because my daughter uses a nightlight and I need to charge her communication device whilst she’s sleeping so this is perfect.
I ordered this adapter because the outlets in my house are very outdated and I wanted to have a more modern looking setup. The product is absolutely gorgeous and goes well with the new appliances that I just got! And it’s also surge protected, so it’s much safer!

1. The multiplug comes, nestled safely in a branded card presentation box and also in an opaque plastic bag, inside, with details/instructions printed.
2. This multiplug cleverly gives you two three pin sockets, two two pin sockets underneath and three usb charging points on the top – all from plugging it into a single three pin socket.
3. This has solved a problem for me. I was going to get an electrician to change a single socket, in my bedroom, to a usb double socket. With this multiplug I can charge phones and tablets, two electric toothbrushes underneath and have two three pin sockets over for hairdryers and the like.
4. The appliance is surge protected, has a built-in 13 amp fuse and is a made from a flame-retardant material.
5. The current price of 16.99 is good value for money. in my opinion. I think it is a brilliant gadget – if I had paid for my single socket to be changed, it would have been an awful lot more.
I really needed this adapter plug and the extra USB ports. So this adapter is made from quality materials and feels durable. You just plug it in and use it amd I’ve got no issues at all it’s very useful.
So long as you’ve done the measurements and expect that this will extend a socket out to the left and you’re not concerned about the extra depth it adds even without anything plugged in then this can help prevent trailing wires and wasted extension leads. We’ve got a twin socket in the corner and find ourselves unplugging the air freshener to swap with outside lights and laptop/phone chargers depending on where people are sat. This only adds an extra socket but does give us 3 USB ports on top, useful for our fairy lights and phone chargers without taking up a whole plug.
Seems solid enough, although if you have a realllly heavy plug I wouldn’t put it in the far socket as the only thing holding it up are the pins into the main plug.
I don’t have any shavers that I intend to plug in downstairs, but I do like the idea of the two sockets underneath – this would be perfect for travelling perhaps (within the UK of course, or with the use of an adapter) or in the bedroom to charge those bathroom devices that you can’t plug in anywhere else.
I use this for behind my bed and it is great as I can now use it to charge my phone and lights without taking all the plug sockets. Great value for money.
Clever multi plug device. Not only does it give me the option to run 3 usb cables but gives me additional mains socket outlets. Light enough to pop in a case/bag when traveling would highly recommend

I didn’t even know that these kind of all in one plug adapters existed. This multi plug adapter can use up to 7 devices at once. This is a 7 in 1 plug adapter with 2x uk outlets, 2x two pin outlets and 3x usb ports.
This is the ideal adapter you need at home or work to plug in several devices and plugs.
I was struggling in the bedroom because needed so plug so many things at once such as my nightlamp, ring light, wifi, two phones and clock. It was so messy and difficult for me to plug everything into one socket. But this plug adapter is so nice and useful. I have plugged everything in now and its so tidy and have lots of space left.
The best thing is that it has such a clever design. Its already small build but I was worried that it will cover the second plug because we have 2 next to each other but this one doesn’t cover the second plug.
I have charged my phone and it was quite fast.
A plug adapter with usb ports is so essential nowadays because many things operate and charge via usb now. So no need to buy or keep extra adapters at home.

I really like it that this plug adapter is cable free so its not messy and doesn’t take any space. The plug adapter is already compact designed so it is convenient to take out when you are travelling due to its size and no cable.
Its a must have and definitely recommend if you have lots of devices to plug in or charge at once.
This is perfect for me as I have a single socket behind my dishwasher and need to also plug my outdoor socket plug in but it is the type with a breaker on so it is big, this is exactly the solution I needed, granted I won’t be able to use the inbuilt USB socket but all the other adaptors I’ve tried do not work due to my breaker plug being too big, it gets 5 stars from me, great adaptor.
