This is a sturdy weightlifting belt. It’s comfortable and durable. I have a friend who does weightlifting and she was delighted with this so it’s suitable for both men and women. I can’t fault the quality or the price they’ve used high quality materials and the stitching quality is excellent.

I’ve tried belts for my squat and Crossfit workouts that clamp snaps, deform belt shapes and have weak velcro cling, all of which seriously impact my routine. Fortunately, this Murgs belt provides unmatched comfort and durability for a justified price. The material is brilliant and will not change shape during use, and the design is convenient to carry with me to the gym.
I like how it doesn’t come undone without my action. It has a wide range of easily adjustable compression, enabling me to adjust the support based on the lift and weight I’m about to move. And it perfectly grips my lower back and abdomen’s core with the right amount of tension to help my posture while allowing movement.
Overall, it’s great for heavy lifting workouts because it provides firmer support while remaining very simple to put on and take off.
It doesn’t look like much from the photo but I promise you you are getting the real deal, the stitching is really good and it feels very sturdy, in terms of size you will be fine with xl what you see is XXL, it provides back and front support more than adequate.

I like the colour and the quality. Seems easy to use but I wish it would be wider on the back side. The price is a little expensive for me as well.
Needed something secure for my heavy Squats and Crossfit workouts because the belt I previously had didn’t stay shut. This however is brilliant. I’ve never used a belt with this sort of mechanism to lock it but I wouldn’t go back, it’s incredible.
I got this for my son who has started weightlifting a few months ago and is getting more obsessed so this review is mainly his words.
He’s 6ft 1 and about 11 stone so not a big guy yet but he said this belt was super comfortable for the whole time he wore it, it didn’t leave a sweaty patch underneath so was breathable.
He’s quite skinny but this belt fastened tight enough to stay put and he said it never moved an inch no matter what he did so the fit was amazing.
He also said it wasn’t too wide as another he tried kind of pressed into his thighs while doing squats and this one was super comfortable.
For a lad who doesn’t enthuse about much at all, I felt this belt got the highest praise from him!
The stitching is strong on the velcro so will get a lot of use. The bar that the strap goes through to tighten it is knurled for extra grip.
When it’s new it is quite stiff but I’m sure with use it will soften and this will be a great addition to my accessories.
Keeps my midsection/core tight when doing squats, dead lifts and over head pressing so does exactly what you want it to.
After a couple of times using it, the one thing I would possibly knock it down half a star for is that the knurled bar that grips the strap is wider than the belt itself and sticks out either side so I can dig into your ribs or lower part of your stomach, quite painful when that does happen.
Overall this is an excellent lifting belt and offered at a good price.
I would score it 4.5 but I can’t score half marks on Amazon so I rounded it up to 5.

I liked it and it fit good but the edges are a bit sharp feel it digging into me but it is really good. Had to take it off because my back started hurt not because of the product but because my back is finished. Good material but feel like the smell of sweat will stick to it and can’t wash it because of the metal part it’ll hit the glass and you know. but overall its good definitely using it everyday for a fact but ones my back heals.
I like this belt . I like it because it has high quality material used . It is strong , durable and long lasting belt . I think that it will last for ever . It has strong nylon thread used . It is not soft or bendable . It is a bargain price item . I like its Velcro belt that is long and can be adjusted according to need. I like it .

Got this not for weightlifting but for back support nonetheless. I don’t lift weights but heavy stuff daily in my business and i really needed this.Great rounded support, hook and loop is very strong and to be honest it’s not easy to take it off. Does not irritate or dig in. Easy to wear and for sure offers great support.

What a superb quality belt.
I’ve been using leather belts like … forever. This is my first fabric one and my goodness what a difference. Superb comfort, I find myself now keeping it on for all my sets/exercises as opposed to just squats and rows. It’s really comfortable and gives you that feeling of safety all the time.
I was also pleasantly surprised at the generous sizing. You should of course choose the size which equates with your average upper hip circumference, but you’ll have no problems with off season training if you gain a few extra pounds. The velcro fastening is strong and retainer loop is stainless steel. Quality stitching throughout as well.
I’m converted. Haven’t touched my old leather belt since Amazon kindly send me this for review. Great product, no hesitation – 5 Stars on quality and price.

The hook and loop fastening system is strong and stable.
Wearing it is comfortable. More importantly it does provide a great level of support.
Lightweight and easier to transport than a thick leather belt. The hook and loop system allows for a more refined fit over a leather single/double prong buckle or lever fastening belts. There are though benefits to having a leather powerlifting or weightlifting belt. But this Murgs belt is very useful to own and use.

This is a good quality weight belt , it feels really secure and comfortable when fastened due to the really long velcro fastening, you can pull it really tight and it feels really supportive.
It’s a simple design belt that’s quick and easy to put on and take off which is great, the metal buckle is strong and durable too.
The belt feels comfortable to wear but also feels really strong and durable , the materials are tough and it offers that protection to your lower back when lifting dumbbells, free weights and other exercises.
This weight belt is a good option for back support which is essential for lifting heavy weights to protect your lumbar spine , it’s very quick to put on and take off , I like the design.
I’ve had many lifting belts for powerlifting, CrossFit and general lifting and this belt is definitely one of the best I’ve tried. The Velcro part is super long and makes it feel extra supportive and when you pull it off after a PB and you feel a bad ass for it. Also has the little latch bit to lock it in place even if you have a strong core to brace against it, it will not come undone without your say so!

Ordered this weight lifting belt for the gym to help with lower back support. Its simple yet effective. Made from strong durable thick material and extreamly light weight, the belt fits comfortably and sits in position even when doing squats. The belt includes strong velcro to adjust to the correct sizing. The belt folds up and can be compacted into your gym bag unlike othsr leather belts I have used previously.

This belt is really good and it has a strong locking mechanism. With it being 4″ it offers support but also manoeuvrability, The nylon feels tough. I used this during cleans and it felt good. I went for the xl but wish I’d gone a size up really, still usable though.
This belt is well made. I’m very happy with the robustness of it. The Velcro is super strong. Unfortunately I can’t get as much ‘length’ of contact on the Velcro as I’d like as the fit of the belt is surprisingly small.

By far the most comfortable belt I’ve worn! As a smaller athlete, the thinner 4″ width fits me so much better than other belts. Very supportive in all the right places and the self locking buckle makes sure the belt doesn’t come loose during those heavier lifts. Highly recommend!
Ordered this belt as soon as it came out after trying some products from this brand before and as usual, I was not dissapointed.
True to size and looks smart. Ideal for heavy lifting felt much stronger and tighter at higher percentages but also very easy to get on and off making it a great belt for workouts which combine cardio with weights! Will be recommending to friends at the gym!

This new 4 inch style is amazing.
So comfy, when adjusting the belt it doesn’t dig in, sits nice on that section. When lifting you just feel so compact and supported.
I’ve used the murgs 5″ belt before, but needed wearing in in order to feel comfy with it. Absolutely not the case with 4″.

I absolutely love my lifting belt, I use it for olympic lifts and heavy squats and pulls and it stays really secure in all of it and doesn’t get in the way of a close bar path. No issues with Velcro popping open and it’s very comfortable! Would definitely recommend.
