This earpiece has a nice design with touch controls that make it very easy and simple to use. It is sturdily made and the sound quality is excellent. Unfortunately the shape isnt the most comfortable for me as i found the loop fiddly to fit on my ear.

Very well made and is comfortable to wear. Fantastic while commuting as I like to keep on tab on my surroundings. The voice clarity is great and so is the sound. Bluetooth setup is a breeze and is excellent value so would be happy to recommend.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI cannot hold my phone for very long these days and was unaware that you could get these hands free kits for such a low price (20) with such good sound quality and comfort, it is really light and does not hurt at all unlike I had feared.

I do a lot of online group meetings now and rather than disturb the household I can also use this and even speaking quite lowly everybody can hear me and understand me easily, others might take this for granted but this really has been life changing for me and makes this an easy recommendation.

I’m actually quite impressed with this Nokia Solo Bud. I’ve tried other single ear Bluetooth headsets over the years, but just haven’t got on with then. I’d resigned to using standard 2 ear Bluetooth headsets for my work laptop and phone, however they have been a bit hit and miss still.

This headset works perfectly out if the box. The first thing you’ll notice is how small it is. I anticipated it would be 3 or 4 times the size, but it’s actually tiny.

The buttons on this are simple. There’s a power on/off/function button, plus volume up and down.

You get a selection of different rubbers to put on it for the best for for you. There’s also a plastic ear hook, however I found that this isn’t needed.

This will connect to multiple devices, so my laptop and work phone are both connected. What I also like is that it will tell you if it’s disconnected and also easily reconnect if you walk back into range. I wasn’t getting this happen when using my music headphones.

The only slight niggle is with the micro USB charging port. Come on Nokia, everyone uses usb-c these days. Luckily I have a micro usb cable already on my desk, otherwise this would be quite an inconvenience.

Overall, this is definitely well recommended and perfectly meets my needs.

    Excellent audio, design and fi

It’s nice to still be able to get these old style earpieces. It works well and pairs with my phone seamlessly. It’s soft and comfortable to wear and the sound quality is clear.

I’ve been through a number of these bluetooth mono in ear headsets, and must say this is the best one of them yet.
Placing this on your ear is easy with good comfort, easily able to last an hour long call without discomfort. Unlike many others, there’s no hint of wobble and no need to readjust with your hand to stop the thing falling off your ear.
The sound quality like most of these is pretty bad for music – tinny/muddy and a bit distorted at high volumes. However that’s the same for just about everyone of these in this price range.
For speech though, it works pretty well and I’ve had no problems with that, and it performs as well or better than all the others I’ve had in this price range.
The biggest plus with this headset isn’t the incoming sound though, it’s what you don’t hear… it’s the outgoing sound quality. I’ve had other people listening for me whilst I tested, and in a blind test out of about 4 other budget headsets of this style, I was assured this was by far the clearest of them all in terms of voice, not muffled, not too loud, not too quite, decent block of background noise – in fact pretty damn perfect I was told.
As a bonus (but also like many of this sort), it is able to pair to two devices at once.
So overall for 20, I’d say this is definitely my pick of mono bluetooth headsets, and the new favourite benchmark which I will be comparing all others against in future. Highly recommended!

    can comfo

Best overall quality I've come across out of this type of budget heade

These kinds of hands free devices do still have their uses, being able to play music, handle calls and in its form factor, it looks ok too.

If you’re wanting a set of ear buds though, this isn’t the device for you as it’s a single ear device that doesn’t go into the ear canal itself.

Sound quality is something that’s important to me for both calling and music, this headset is very clear and the high/lows and mids are all more than acceptable. When using this, as it’s only a single ear device, you can still have a conversation with someone as well as listen to your music.

When it comes down to it, this device is useful enough that it’s going to be kept in my backpack as an alternative option from my normal earbuds.

I can recommend this quite happily but remember, being a single ear headset, it isn’t for everyone despite being able to do everything any other earbuds can do(other than provide stereo sound)
