Comparable to other bike shoes in cost. Comfortable. Enhances work out experience. No foot slipping. Although another cost in the expensive world f home exercise, anything that make the experience more fun and less of an annoyance makes you want the next ride.
I did a try before you buy and I kept them. I needed a new pair when I bought my peloton because my other shoes were 2 holed cleats. 41 is too small so I need 41.5 and the other peloton shoes don’t have half size options. I can’t compare them to the originals since this is my first pair, but I find them really comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Happy with them.
Shoes are great. The soles in them are not that comfortable, however. I would recommend getting some comfy soles when purchasing these shoes.
I originally ordered the shoes that come with the package Peloton deal but they were to small. Not wanting to wait I ordered these from Amazon. They are so much better than the other ones. I still went one size up but these are wider and softer than the other by far.
I had the original Peloton shoes and whilst they were excellent quality, I found them quite heavy and not very breathable. These are so much better-light weight, breathable and very comfortable. I have wide feet and bought a size up, and they fit perfectly. The only criticism is the packaging-they arrived as just the peloton box with the address label stuck on. The box just slides open pretty easily so I was relieved to see both shoes and the cleats still inside the box. I know they want to reduce packaging so maybe seal the box first?
Unsure why these are getting mixed reviews but my experience has been positive so far.
Yes they are light weight and can feel a little more unsecure then the original shoes however with the right fit and allowing them to bed in you won’t regret the purchase.
The shoe is high quality and extremely comfortable with my personal take being is I now need to put less effort into peddling allowing me to push harder for longer to my goals.
If your on the fence head to a peloton store and try them out first but I am positive you won’t regret the purchase your feet will thank you.
