Love this little camera, perfect for recording my sporty child
However I have lost the manual.
Does anyone have one they could share please?
Ease of use and not bad quality. Also makes a cracking webcam for podcast.
I bought this for my Go Pro because I was planning on taking pictures in the sea and didn’t want to lose it…this thing really floats and is bright enough. You connect it to your camera and your camera floats. It’s comfortable and easy to put on and take off, and I wear it on my wrist to prevent accidentally dropping the camera when I’m climbing, walking, or distracted because I’m a little distracted.
Bright color and fine durable fabric make a fine floating strap for underwater camera.
Worked well for my phone. I have not complaints on it. Would definitely advise on using it if you’re bringing your phone near water, saved me from almost losing mine while swimming in the ocean. Super convenient to have.
I love the fact this strap has a strap that you can hook on the equipment, and a detachable clip to remove it easily. This is great when you are doing any water activities to prevent your equipment from falling into the water. Nothing negative to say about it!
I am an avid kayaker and I am always taking pictures with my iphone, water and phones don’t mix. I have used a tether but that gets wrapped around my paddle and caught on things so having my phone with a floating strap will make getting that picture before I lose the chance because I have the phone free and accessible not hung with the tether.
I have a day long kayak trip planned this weekend and can’t wait to get all those pictures without any worry!
This review is for the Floating Wrist Strap only.
My spouse and I have waterproof hand-held radios that we use while kayaking or on paddle boards. It’s been hard to find a float strap rated to float one of those: our lightest handset is 253g, and many float straps have a weight limit of 250g.
This one is the first one I encountered that had a higher limit (300g), that wasn’t built for much larger objects (e.g. binoculars). I figured it would be worth a shot. I tested it in a shallow lake, and the handset floated!
The yellow is highly visible, and it has a quick-release binding that allows removal of the strap for use away from the water.
I can’t speak to long-term durability yet, but the stitching looks reasonably well done and there are no obvious flaws on initial examination.
As it meets our needs and isn’t expensive, I have ordered a second one for our other handset.
This wrist strap floaty works good to keep your cell or anything else from sinking. I attached this to a cell phone waterproof pouch for added flotation protection. Those two pieces together were enough to keep my Note 20 floating. No complaints.
Is suitable for any type of water sport or activity. I know different ways of using this at the water park ate my son as well as paddle boarding with my friend at the lake and any other family trips then involve bodies of water.
For starters, I am deathly afraid of losing my GoPro Hero 10 so the more floating contraptions I can secure to it when in water (no matter the body type) the less anxiety ridden I am. I got this to attach to my floating hand grip as I didn’t trust the handle would actually keep my GoPro+ the floaty case afloat on its own. I still can’t say for certain if it was the wrist strap, the floating handle, OR the floaty case BUT, I can confirm my GoPro was living its best buoyant life in the Atlantic Ocean over the weekend.
The wrist strap was super comfortable to wear in the water and didn’t feel heavy when wet. It was easy to attach to the handle grip as well. 10/10 recommend for anyone planning on being in the ocean (especially!) with their GoPro!
Fits perfect. Floats in the water so I’m not afraid to loose my camera.
