This is so easy to wear.
I love the fact that I can wear this, pop my keys into it, a couple of coins into it, and an energy bar, and run, no worries of loosing anything, no worries of anything getting wet, but most of all, no uncomfortable waist because all of those things go into this, using the size adjusters and the push clip, I can put this so it sits nicely round my waist, and it doesn’t move, it doesn’t twist around, it just stays where I put it, and keeps my stuff dry, what’s not to like.
Now I have ended up out in some heavy rain wearing this, caught out as I was running/jogging, or at least trying too(injury recovery).
Now the manufacture of this is great, the materials are nice, stretchy, soft, and really good in wet weather. All of the stitching is good, straight, strong, and well done.
I really like the reflective additions to the belt, they work perfectly, and help me feel safer, and that I’m seen when I need to be, they add a lot of visibility.
This belt is nice and light weight, and that’s always a good thing in my book, also the fact that if I choose to I can fit my phone in the belt, due to the extra material on the rear side of the belt that will fold out if you fill it with something wider, it works really well.
Surprised at actually how much you can fit in. It fits well and it comfortable to wear.
I like this running belt. It is made of a soft, waterproof material (untested fully as of yet as I am giving it to my running husband as a Christmas present) which is also stretchy so that it fits really well round your waist and you can get it nice and tight, which I imagine is quite important so it doesn’t move up and down as you’re running.
At first I thought the belt was going to be too narrow to fit a phone in as it looks really slim on first inspections but it is just the way it folds in on itself. It actually fits my larger than average phone perfectly.
It has 2 pockets on the front, and an earphone hole in one of them. It also has reflective strips along it. It is quite expensive but it seems to be well made and if you are looking for a slim fitting smaller running belt this would be great.
Running Reflective Belt
==================
I got these for the missus since she is always complaining about going on jogs and runs when she doesn’t have a pocket for the door keys. This little belt actually opens up to allow phones too. I’m not too sure about the hole for the headphones though – we stopped buying the old type headphones (with the 3.5mm jack plug) years ago, and most new phones have stopped even providing a headphone jack. Missus is happy with the product saying it’s comfortable to use and she can finally take her keys with her. Currently selling for 15.99
This running belt is like the Tardis, looks pretty compact but is able to hold quite a fair few items and is bigger than it actually looks.
The material is of a stretchy type and whilst won’t hold a lot of items, will have no problem with items such as keys, mid sized phone, money, credit cards etc.
it is lightweight and is a good addition / gift for any runner who may find an item like this useful.
It is a bit pricey for what it is but not excessively at the current price of 13.99 though if you can get it under 10 then is well worth it in my opinion.
The colour is great, sleek black with reflective aspects on it. The zips are good and easily operated, the pockets are of a decent size but just enough to squeeze a modern phone in, certainly not a pro max though so look for a bigger one if you have these phones. The fit is excellent the stretchy material fits tight and there’s no movement at all once its fitted correctly which is what you’re after so you don’t even notice it when you run in it. Its a good piece of kit to add to your running stuff and is handy for keys, small snack or doggy bags if your walking the dog.
I got the single pocket version and I’m glad I did – it still only just about fits my (albeit chubby Pixel 7 Pro) phone.
Build and materials are otherwise fine; the zip seems OK – it always seems to be the zip that goes on these things for me – but time will tell; it’s not YKK.
The elastic belt is readily adjustable and holds position well, even when doing more dynamic HITT sessions.
I’m not a massive fan of the white on black lettering; I still have absolutely no idea what word or words it’s trying to spell out, but it does look a bit bling for me. I’m going for a ruin, I’m not trying to dress like Ali G.
Basically, overall its perfectly functional if you don’t mind inserting ‘innit’ every other word while you’re wearing it.
Truly slimline. Ideal for keys, lip balm and a debit card.
Easy to fit and fasten.
Reflective strip works well and gives good visibility at night.
Slim and small, yet still robust and waterproof.
A hardly there waist/belt bag.
All pretty slim including the buckle, which hold up quite securely.
Good size for phone, card/cash and keys.
Would be nice to have flashing lights, in addition to the reflective strips.
Slightly pricey at 16.
This is small, compact and stretchy. Easy to use and able to contain all my needed stuff. Good quality but a little expensive for me.
I usually use another brand of running belt thats all fabric elesticated construction with pockets all around, i wont mention the brand . So i was a bit hesistant to try a belt with a clasp system for fear it may rub.
My fears were unfounded however as it was quite comfortable with two decent sized pockets at the front ( my test run was 10.5K for reference ) , one pocket can hold a larger format Iphone although its a bit tight.
Another nice touch is the ability to adjust the waist band for size and security, i cant do this with my fabric belt as it has to be ordered to size and when it gets a old it tends to get baggy. All in all a pretty good running bel
When I saw the belt I thought, how shall a phone go in there?
It is actually folded on the back, so only the ends of the pockets are small like a wide belt, but the middle part is a bigger bag.
The material seems to be a (two layer plastic & rubber?) watertight type, so that its likely tight as long as it doesnt wear a hole.
The zip is interesting made, its a real zip inside but it has lips on the outside. As long as the lips are not damaged they look actually tight. Would I put now an expensive not water resistand phone in it? No, when you open the zip in the rain to get the phone out, then is the water inside the bag … and stays there ….
The bag has a hole looking like a + symbol, there shall the cable go out to earphones or headset. With a jack no problem, but a USB C is a challenge. Thats all not cool, because that hole is open to the inside and in rain the inside gets wet through here.
Bad idea. It supposed to have an outside cover so it would be always tight, better using bluetooth earbuds for example…
Washing by hand per attached paper label.
Mine is gray, the images dont show that gray. It looks allright.
The strap is elastic, which is fime around the belly. The adjustable lenght has some limits.
I see people hanging their belly bags cross over the shoulder, but this one is a bit tight for that, straps too short for me.
So, when empty good around the belly, and when stuff with edges in it you may see some pressing marks on your skin after a while. Unlike other bally bags this one has the goods on the inside, not in an outside bag. Thats allright for small items like a car key knob, but a small camera? Maybe be not.
