Really good value for money, the quality is better than I expected as these were relatively cheaper than others I looked at. Easy to use and were perfect for my physio exercises after a bad ankle sprain. Very comfortable to use and do not dig in to skin the elasticity is just righ
we use these at work, we’re healthcare assistants and use these to stretch muscles, ie physio and frozen muscle soothing.
light enough to not hurt anyone, and even a resident used them once and it was fine for them. bit thin and slimy, but we wiped them over and one person used a bit of talc and it’s fine.
The Bands arrived incredibly quickly and work as intended.
The only downside is that the leaflet that came with them showing different exercises was in Russian only, but I got to try out Google Text Translate for the firt time.
It wouldhave been 5 stars if the instructions had other languages.
