He seems to love them and if he’s happy then there is something right because he is rarely happy about anything. I tried them for about 30 seconds and then remembered that i have had 2 children and will never be skipping again.
Well I never thought I’d have to set up a skipping rope but hey here we are. Bit fiddly at first but once down works really well. I will get some more exercise this year. Seems to be of a good quailty and well priced for what it does. Happy with it.
These are great, they work brilliant. Although i do have one small issue, the setup is not so easy. It is not so easy swapping between weights and a rope.
Having spent my childhood just using rope for jump rope this skipping rope has really taken it to another level! It counts the skips for you and actually records it so each time you can check if you hit your pb! The handles are brilliant with the grips. The only thing i did find the rope part a little stiff at first but the material relaxed more once it had been used.
A solidly made skipping rope. Well finished with comfortable to hold handles. Fairly easy to set up, but I did have to go through the instructions a few times before I got everything working. After that it’s fairly straightforward.
Worth noting I did find some rust on the additional weights. I’m pretty sure this is a one off from the one I received. It did wipe off from the weights and I haven’t seen rust since. Not sure how it happened, but it doe seem to be a one off.
As for the rest of the features, I do like the option of switching between a rope or the weighted balls. The jump rope can be awkward to use in close quarters, so having the weighted ends are ideal when indoors. The led screen is also a nice feature that helps me track my fitness and help me reach my daily goals.
The additional bag for keeping everything in is also a nice bonus.
At the time of writing the jump rope costs 20 which given all the features, does make sense. If you wanted something more complicated to really get the best out of your workouts, this is an idea tool to add to your exercise regiment.
I really like that you have the two options of how you use this skipping rope. I’ve always felt a bit nervous of tripping up on an actual skipping rope (I’m fairly likely to – not the greatest coordination or balance!) so having the weighted ends instead feels much safer and also saves me smashing lights/pictures off the wall, etc.
It’s simple to use and track your progress with how much you’re doing, but I just tend to track it on my fitness watch anyway, but great to have the option.

These are absolutely brilliant to keep fit in the comfort of your own home, I can use it without worry as I have low ceilings and would be hitting lights and furniture all over the place if I used the rope but I just pop in the weighted ends and I can do it anywhere at all, absolutely brilliant, very simple to use and track your progress, great for the price

I got this for my son who is into fitness and wanted a skipping rope, this one seemed perfect as it has a counter built in as well as other features. When you get it you need to put the rope through the holders, and put in the battery for the digital displays, there is a small screwdriver provided for putting in the batteries and a case to put it all in.
The rope is of excellent quality and is made from steel, I think, but is covered with plastic, my son is using this rope and likes it, so I am glad I got this, in terms of price it is not bad value for what you get, this is well made and will last for a long time, so I am happy with the price, so I do recommend this and give it five stars.
Currently priced at 19.99. I am really pleased with this as trying to get a bit fitter, tone and lose weight but don’t want to go to a gym. This was east to put together and even came with a battery in it and a spare. Easy to swap and change the ropes. Easy to set my weight. Easy to use! I really like that I can use handle ropes instead of just the long rope – I’d never seen that before. Very pleased overall.
This electronic skiupping rope is great in aiding and tracking workouts and is very easy to use and to programme. The rope is a decent length and the counter and timer really does help when working out and setting goals. The rope also came with a miniscrewdriver to aid assembly and a spare battery too. Overall a great piece of kit, and one I would certainly recommend!
Good quality skipping rope and i like that it comes with a spare battery and a screwdriver. It is a little pricey for a skipping rope but fun to use and with digital screen you can keep track of your number of jumps and calories burned.

Use the handles, there isn’t a rope, the screen will tell you how many jumps you make and how long it’s taken you.
The magnetic control counts up or down to set the goal. It tells how long you have been skipping and how many calories you have consumed and burnt. The LCD is on one of the handles, easy to see. Built-in magnetic control based on the weight you set. It has a memory function that will save the last data.
The price is about what I would expect to pay for this kind of skipping rope.

Surprised at the amount of self assembly required but I appreciate that the length of “rope” needs to match the person.
It comes complete with everything needed including the battery that powers the digital display and your own personal aims.
Good quality weighty skipping rope but allow time to understand how to set it up.
I was genuinely impressed with this as it’s a well considered kit. As it comes with every thing you need even a spare battery and even a little screwdriver to fit it.
It has the option to use a standard rope or it has two short ropes with weighted balls so you can work out where you haven’t got the room to use a rope.
The handles have removable end caps and it comes with weights to put in side which gives a better feel. On the one handle it has a display that can show various data from time rotations etc.
Once you have finished you can then put it in the included soft bag.
I can recommend it.
This is a really smart skipping rope with several different functions , it is a 2in1 and if required a smart jump rope if the 3m long rope is not needed just using the two weighted handles or a jumping rope , both ways still record everything counting jumps and calories used .I will use the two handles mostly indoors now winter is here and the rope in dry weather outside . The 3m rope can be quickly added or taken off without the need for tools . There as clearly been a lot of thought gone into the design of these skipping ropes and for the quality and price I think they are a good buy .
This is awesome!! Can workout inside without worrying about hitting things and still doubles up as a traditional rope! Great addition for anyone who likes to exercise at home.
These are great skipping rope especially because u cannot skip. Amazing LCD digital screen to count for you. Great addition to add to my fitness routine. Highly recommend!
