Frustratingly slow. Takes an age to start up and performance is poor. I only user it for browsing the net and for emails, even so everything loads slowly. It’s only a budget tablet so perhaps my expectations were too high. I regret not spending more and buying a more recognised brand
Update. Offered updated tablet at no extra charge. Customer Service first class. Just received the new tab. Crystal clear display and much more responsive. It totally meets my needs and is excellent value for money.

Tablet is light and feels nice to the touch. Good battery life considering normal everyday use and holds charge. Apps works like a standard android device but also has extra feature of camera. Customer service is quickly responsive as I had a few questions and customer service representative Lona was very helpful in answering my questions. I used tablet with a universal case and had no problems using it.
This item was very bad, took a long time to start and was updating the same apps over and over. Did not work properly at all. Would NOT recommend.

Got this for my 13 year old cousin. She is delighted with it.
Pretty quick, can speed up most used applications on settings.
Can’t seem to get Netflix to work, same with Rumble, won’t let me download these apps.
Apart from that, I’m very pleased with the tabs performance.
Only had one small problem with downloading Netflix app but a quick call to customer services resolved the issue. Would buy Blackview product again.
The customer service I received upon contacting the manufacturer of this tablet was outstanding, they got back to me very quickly and immediately assisted me with my queries, Jessie was very polite and friendly and replied to each of my emails in good time, I feel that everything I stated was addressed and solved promptly and any instructions given to me were very easy to navigate. I purchased this tablet for Christmas for my son and its a great tablet and my son is able to easily navigate it and use it for his games and watching videos on YouTube, it runs smoothly with no issues, but unfortunately my son dropped the device causing the screen to be damaged but once I contacted blackveiw directly they were brilliant at assisting me with this. Highly recommended!

Got it for my Husband who is not the biggest tekno man…he’s doing okay with it..nice clear screen and easy to use.
This is great for just that, the screen works even in bright situations, the sound is nice and clear although most of the time I have headphones on over Bluetooth which again is a very stable connection and no matter how many apps I install it never seems to stutter.
The battery is very reasonable and means that even with a day of travel I’ve not had to charge it with streaming and working.
Charging is done via a USB C cable which is also included and if you use the included charger it ls fast too.
Overall a great all rounder that shows off its very decent specs through faultless working.

I got this tablet for a specific purpose and it meets all needs. Its easy to set up and use with great customer service if needed. If you’re looking for a decent price tablet this will do the job adequately well and loadedall the latest apps needed. It’s not the most expensive product but for the money I can’t complain.
Tablet is easy to use and a breeze to set up. Had an issue with a memory card, but Blackview customer service have been amazing and supported me in finding a solution. Very pleased overall and would recommend the company.

All in all after the Tab 6 I was expecting much more than I got in the Tab 7 and whilst it will do what I require (I do not use very memory hungry games) and so will not be returned, it has blotted Blackview’s copy book with me. I cannot recommend the Tab 7 ( the 10 inch tablet) and it makes me wary about buying any other Blackview products despite being happy with the Tab 6.

A replacement has been offered without being requested so I have changed my rating to account for the excellent customer service. I may update my comments further once the replacement has been received and the unit assessed but at the moment I am impressed by the customer service so have changed my rating to 5 stars
Further update – received a 10 inch tab 12 as a replacement for the unimpressive Tab 7 – I am very happy, much more responsive and quicker to start up. Excellent customer service and now an excellent budget priced tablet. The Tab 12 even has sim card facilities, not that I have used it yet, but the Tab 12 is streets ahead of the Tab 7 and I am very happy with the unit so the 5 star rating now matches the unit in terms of value for money as well as the excellent customer service.
I use the tablet for on line shopping and on line banking. It performs speedily and efficiently and I have not encountered any problems.

I love how easy to use this tablet is. With the extendable RAM, it provides fast running speeds and very responsive action. The battery is very good, certainly big enough to last all day streaming videos, which is why I got it. The screen is high quality, and good depth of colour. Well worth buying

The tablet is decent for the price, didn’t want to spend too much as it was going to be used by a child as well. Was quite difficult to find a protective case for this model. Also had to raise the ram to maximum to speed it up a bit more as it was a bit laggy before that, by default it is set to 1.5gb virtual ram rather than the full 2gb. In the end satisfied with the buy.
I waited until Black Friday to order this tablet for my dad. He has cracked the screen on his current one. It will cost more than the tablet to fix the screen so I told him just to wait until deals on Black Friday. I got this tablet at an amazingly affordable price. It is a faster and better performing tablet compared to his old one but is still over 40 cheaper. It is good that it has Android 12 rather than the older 11 system. I basically set it up for him so he can watch his YouTube channels. Nice bright screen resolution. Sound is loud and clear. I have advised him to use Bluetooth speaker for better sound. My dad is very pleased with his new tablet and even more so at the amazing price.
Great looking tablet but noticed Google play had not been certified. I reported The issue to the manufacturers Who promptly helped me to get a refund . Thanks to Germany my Blackview customer services rep for super service.
The Blackview Tab 7 is a good quality tablet at a fair price. It’s 10″ in size which is the ideal size in my opinion, it has a nice crisp screen with good colours and 1280×800 pixels. It has a good sized battery with 6580mAh of power and it has 5GB of RAM, 64GB of memory, expandable TF storage up to 1TB, a quad-core processor and a high quality camera array.
Price doesn’t break the bank and comes in much cheaper than high street branded counterparts and the device is smooth and responsive to use. I mainly use it for streaming, light gaming and day to day use and so far have yet to encounter any problems.
Overall very pleased and would recommend the tablet.
Honestly don’t know,if I was one of the unlucky one to get rubbish version of this tablet,based on other good reviews,but the one I’ve got is unbelievably slow,just running simple tasks like opening settings and YouTube takes ages and it just keeps freezing and coming up with error message. It’s 100% does not have 3gb ram.So it definitely is going back for refund. If you want to stop your child from using tablet definitely go for this one,if you would like a more or less working tablet, look elsewhere,as this blackview tablet can only be used as coaster.
Update. Customer service of the seller have been in touch and have provided me with different solutions how to resolve my issue with this tablet. All I can say this technology is for certain budget,so don’t expect miracles like I did, but their customer service is second to none and will go out of their way to help you if you do encounter any issues
