Good exercise looks good and easy and great to use
The review below states that the dial doesn’t turn properly. You have to have it facing the right way with the label power facing yourself. And the dial will turn as it should, clearly they didn’t try before leaving a review.
But apart from that it gives you whole upper body a good work out. Try different positions and don’t do a strength you can’t handle to prove a point, work up to what you want to achieve and do what you can handle. Overall if you stick with it you will see results.
