Gad a problen of it originaly falling off but, got contacted by customer service and they sent me new updated holders for wents and they just work perfectly. Definetly recommend!
I bought this mobile phone holder which is of excellent quality and very well made, I had an issue with it so contacted the seller who gave me 1st class customer service, been prompt, helpful and sent a replacement out immediately, I highly recommend this company.
Very impressed so far. Arrived very quick and I had no problems with the setup.
Seems to be very sturdy with no movement on the rough roads and stuck very well to the windscreen – two things I’ve had problems with in the past with lesser quality mounts.
I bought car holder which became unstuck from the black base. I contacted the company and they’ve been incredibly helpful giving different options to support the use of the product. They have been friendly and patient considering I’m the type of person that if something doesn’t work I either try giving it a whack or meltdown 🙂 10/10 experience all round – by the way the product is fully back working without said meltdown too 🙂

When my product arrived, I was unable to attach the car holder to my dashboard. I contacted the customer services team who asked for a photo of my dashboard and sent two replacement products, the new design holding firm so far.

The most important thing about this kit. Easy to install and very stable. I thought it would wobble and shake but it didn’t. An excellent buy, I’m happy.

Very happy with the product, had a small issue when the item arrived but contacted Vanmass and the problem was solved straight away
I used this on the small front side triangular window of our Zafira and keeps the phone out of line of sight but still easy to see. Only thing with my older phone as it can’t sit on base rest as have to lift it up so can adjust volume etc but just compress left and right arms and seems fine. Newer larger phones seem to be more suited to sitting on the base section. But all good so far. Excellent customer service from day 1.

Excellent piece of kit. Sturdy, functional and easy to use and install. You’re probably thinking it’s abit pricy compared to others, and you’re right – but what you’re paying for is quality. I have the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and it’s a big phone – this holds it with ease and strength. I’ve driven thousands of miles and not once has the phone come loose, unstuck or caused me to worry.

Some reviews weren’t great and people said it didn’t stay on dash, but if you follow instructions it is so sturdy. I used the additional disc as my dash is not smooth. It fixed perfectly, and the suction pad is super strong and secure.
The mechanism to hold your phone seems really durable and holds the phone well.

Using for close to 3 years without any issues.
Excellent product quality but to my surprise a key fastening component cracked. Emailed customer service who promptly sent a replacement.

It probably depends on your actual vehicle for how easy it is to position, bit in my case it took nearly an hour to figure out the best compromise.
Once I found the best spot it’s stayed there and I’m happy with it.

I have 2 of these now they are the best snd I’ve tried a few but as i have a new car with lighter trims I thought the silver one would look better. It’s a slightly smaller snd sleeker version but still has amazing adhesive qualities but can still be repositioned. This one came with the disc for the dash shock I’ve not had to use but is a welcome addition. All in all a great phone holder with plenty of positional options snd stocks well to whichever surface you choose.
Robust build , looks good , was easy to fit and has great back up if you ever needed it , highly recommended .

It’s been a couple of weeks since I started using this holder and the product quality is good. My dashboard pad is only 3/4th fixed to the dashboard, but still, it holds the mobile well.

I bought this item and found that it would not stick to my car dashboard (A3 2014) as the dash is a high gloss plastic. Honestly, I am reviewing this in the first hour of getting hold of the device/product, but trust me, haven’t had a feel like this for any of the phone holders ever before. Feels like rock solid, with very durable quality. Hope it lives up to the first look and feel in the car too
I purchased this for my father and although there was an issue with the first item delivered VANMASS went out of their way to replace the faulty item with an updated mount. The customer service was fantastic and the replacement part of very high quality. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Finally bought a phone holder after years of just listening to directions and deciding it would be easier to see as well as hear directions.
Used the VANMASS Car Phone Holder suction pad mounted on top of the dash, easy to install, very secure and easy to see when driving.
I did find it was so secure that it was a little difficult to remove and refit in my van, otherwise excellect product.
Bought for using in my campervan as normally sat nav on ,y phone I need. Great quality product.
Had the product for a while but a key part got cracked. Email vanmass and they quickly sent a replacement to me. Amazing service.

The holder was easy to fit onto the dashboard using sticky pad. It is easy to adjust to suit different iPhone models. Easy to slot iPhone into holder and to remove.
Suction power is great, it looks good and holds my phone firmly, but the actual phone holder part is a bit too loose even though I’ve tightened the nut behind it as much as I can. This allows my phone to drop down sometimes unfortunately. Other than that, good product.

Loving the top build quality and looking as if it would survive a bomb.
Now I did exactly what it advised in preparation before applying the suction pad to a clean and dry flat surface. Bummer it feel off the dash, so I’m down to using the vent clip instead. A shame but it didn’t suck.

Used this with an Iphone 12 promax and it held it in place without any issue. Very durable product as I have it for over two years now. On top of that, top notch customer service unlike no other. Would definitely buy and recommend products from Vanmass.
Could not get it to stick to the dashboard for love nor money. It fell onto the floor, gathered rubbish on the sticky bit, and is now unusable. UPDATE: the vendors saw the one star review, made enquiries of me, and promptly sent me two new units. The replacement works brilliantly. Great customer service. Thank you.
This phone mount is perfect! It can be adjusted any way needed, was easy to install and holds/supports my phone well. The only downside I have is that the disc that comes with it for extra suction didn’t stick to my dashboard and so couldn’t be used. Although this hasn’t had an impact so much as the standard suction works great. I’d definitely recommend
The Vanmus team got in touch with me and offered me a new one. The new one came and I tried to fit it to my friends car and it still didn’t fit properly. I have used both holders and have filled the instructions. Anyway I’ve been issued a full refund. And Krista was great customer service!
Bought this for a friend of mine who just got her new car and she asked for this one specifically. The suction cup is perfect but the attachments don’t hold very well. She’s using it’s in the air conditioning vents and that seems to be the only way you can use it.
Looking forward to using it on my journey to see my son at Uni. Lots of new roads that my car satnav isn’t programmed with and occasionally takes me on a wild goose chase so I use Google maps for a more reliable route.
The grabbers holding phone in place seem OK too. If I encounter any problems when I use product I will add to this review.
I’ve completed the journey travelling about 300 miles. I’m pretty pleased with this phone holder. I actually used the suction holder, I didn’t think it would stay coz dash has faux leather texture. It held throughout journey. I can remove from dash and store away and it will still stay on dash when I re-apply to dash. The extendable arm can move to suit you. I wear verifocals so it was good I could position to get maximum vision to see the map.
I’m very fussy and I would recommend this product.
