FAQ: Why does the light keep flashing and the phone cannot be charged?
1. Make sure your device supports the wireless charging function described above.
2. Check if you are using the adapter in our package or the 18W QC 3.0 fast adapter for charging.
3. Check if the phone is charged with the case, check your device case for metal foreign objects, magnetic and metal accessories will make the LED blink and prevent charging. If yes, please take off the protective case and try to charge.
4. If you are using an ordinary 5V charger, the light will flash slowly when the product is in standby.
FAQ: Does my phone have a case that can be charged wirelessly?
1. Do not use thick shells larger than 2MM, not suitable for other anti-fall thick shells.
2. If you are an iphone 12Pro Max/13 promax series mobile phone, please do not use a mobile phone case larger than 2MM to achieve the best charging effect.
FAQ: My phone is an iPhone 13/12 series, but it cannot be charged?
1. If your iPhone cannot be charged, it may be caused by the IOS version (especially IOS 14.3). Please try restarting your phone to resolve this issue.
2. Please place your device correctly in the charging area, try to lay it horizontally or remove the phone case.
FAQ: The phone disconnects automatically after charging for a while, how can I solve this problem?
1. This may be caused by unstable voltage, please do not use computer or other devices to power wireless charging, please use the charging cable and fast charger in our box. (Using 5V or computer power supply may cause the mobile phone case/watch/earphone to be unable to be charged and to be disconnected)
2. Try restarting the phone/try restarting the wireless charging product.
Was great for 2 months then all of a sudden the phone charger part stopped working, yet the watch charger still works!? Customer support has been good and the charger was replaced quickly.
Have purchased 3 of these chargers and they work really well. The third purchase arrived without a cable and when I contacted the company they responded quickly and sorted the matter in a few days. Great customer service.

Wow absolutely love this, I often forget to charge my Apple Watch so now it’s so much easier, my phone goes on the charger and my watch for the night, charges quite quickly. The charger is light and doesn’t take up much room. I would definitely recommend this.
Honestly I was not expecting much from this item however it has exceeded all of my expectations. It charges all of my 3 items in one go, does it well and appears to be well built. I cannot comment on the longevity of the product, however first impressions are brilliant.
Very well built and put together. Charges all our I phones no problem and also the Apple I watch. Only issue is wit the AirPods. A little bit hit an miss but on the whole for the price very good item.
It is great for charging all three of my devices, it is fit for purpose, my only issue with this is that it is quite light and not very sturdy.

I had three sets of chargers, and cables. What a mess! This handy little device reduced it all to one cable, one charger. The nightlight function, the glowing blue lights lets you know when it’s charging, charged or not placed correctly.
I like this charging station because it has one cable for three devices.I can use it it with lighting useful when it gets dark or without or when I don’t need the lighting.In my opinion,I am very satisfied an I would recommended it .

Was looking a wireless charging dock for my iPhone 15 pro and Apple Watch, took a chance with this one and it works perfectly. Apple Watch connects no problem, the iPhone although it doesn’t sit perfectly flat on the charging pad thanks to its camera being massive still chargers. You can also turn off the light by pressing the button on the part meant for charging AirPods.
Will be taking it on holiday as it’s really light and not bulky at all
A great product for charging my 3 Apple items, iphone, iwatch and AirPods all at the same time. Whereas before I used 3 individual charging devices this single product not only saves space on my office desk at home but also saves plug space on the floor in the multi socket extension as well as the number of cables running from the socket extension to my desk. It also keeps all my items in the same place so helps knowing where they all are when coming to pick them up for going out. AirPods charge even with a rubber protector around the case and the phone in its case charges ok in portrait, however I think the case is slightly too thick for charging in landscape as I have to remove the case to charge, although this is not a problem for the very few times I actually use the phone in landscape whilst charging.
This is so easy to use just plug in and stand it up or leave it flat, to put your phone on charge you can charge too phones at a time or even just use it for the i watch or ear buds but most of all you can charge phone watch buds over night get up in the morning hay presto all done.
I do know this product comes in white and is a good price and its a good reliable charger.would recommend

I’ve found this charger really useful, previously my Apple Watch would constant fall off my bedside table using the cable charger but I love using this docking station. I haven’t noticed any difference in charging times compared to my normal chargers, and works with the case on your phone too.

This charger is brilliant, especially for the money you’re paying. It charges very quickly (even when all 3 devices charge simultaneously). The best thing about this charger is it’s able to fold down to make it far easier to pack when traveling. I would recommend this charger to anyone.

It has made life easy with a single device for all 3 Apple products. The only drawback I felt is the stand should have had different elevations of phone support, and a rigid support for the phones. This would have been a plus feature from what it providing for the price.

I was so sceptical to buy this 3in1 charger at the first place. But, when I received the product, it changed my perspective immediately. It works amazingly with my Apple watch and AirPods. Fast charging and I don’t have messy wire anymore. However, it didn’t work very well with my 13mini. To me, it’s not charging my phone fast enough as it charges my other two devices. But overall, I love this product and am happy to give it 5 stars. It comes with a 3-pin plug and it’s working!

Good value charging station that comes in ~20% of the Apple official version, which isn’t even made by Apple (it’s a Belkin product). One thing to bear in mind is that charging stations charge very slowly. The best use of this product is to place your items on the charger before bed (or at least for a few hours), and pick them up in the morning / later. If that’s what you’re after it’s 5*. If you need something quicker get a 20w single charger. If you want to browse while you charge, get a long cable.
I have purchased many charging solutions for Apple devices and came across this product while moving to my new home office. The compact product uses minimal wires and meets all the device charging needs in one unit. I read many reviews that mentioned it didn’t have an adaptor, so I was surprised to find one in the box. I tried all combinations of power connections but found the one supplied fully charged my Apple Watch from 3% in 1.5 hours. Other combinations took longer; I don’t intend to use this product for travelling. Perfect for my home office desk needs.

After having a problem with the previous fast charging station, this one works perfectly. The adjustable phone charging panel is great so you can securely lean your phone on it. It is charging well even with the case on. The watch and earphone charge are also very good. Will def recommend.

Great docking station.
My watch stays in place is thankfully always charged now. I find the night light very useful and all round an excellent product that just works and works and works.
I have an Iphone 13 pro my biggest criticism is that the camera position means that sometimes it doesnt sit properly on the charging pad. I found that raising the pad to the higher notch position prevented it from pivoting off the pad accidentally during the night and not charging. I think this has more to do with my cover than this charging pad but I cannot say with full certainty. Essentially I cannot say that the phone pad is halo lock because it doesnt lock to the pad . This could be better but that said for the price you wont find better, buy!

Set up to charge iPhone 14 pro max, Apple Watch Series 3 and Apple ear buds 2nd gen, all worked beautifully. Had heard of some parts not working but so far this has been ok and is good value.

Easy way to charge your phone, AirPods and iwatch all at once! Charges fast too. Nice blue light too. The only minus is the blue light doesn’t go off and that can be an issue when charging at night for people who like their rooms completely pitch black at night.

Delighted with the charger, it’s a space saver & it looks great ,it has a blue light that comes on when charging ,which can be switched off , it also folds down so you can take on anywhere with you. It charges your phone, watch & wireless pods , i’m very happy with the charger .

Great charger. I don’t have any pods so can’t comment on them but it charges phone and watch perfectly. Nice looking,nice and compact,the fact it folds up is a great bonus for when travelling.
Worked straight out the box simply plugged in and added my devices. Very pleased as I was constantly swapping plugs and loosing the watch down the side of the bed before. This is compact and folds flat so I can take it with me on travels. Charges in good time doesn’t overheat my gadgets very pleased

Only flaw is AirPods won’t charge. Despite description stating AirPods 2 being compatible, found that this is in fact not true. Not been able to make airpods connect or charge.

This is a very nice charging station, it looks great and is very sturdy. It works great. I have had similar ones to this I the past, but this one is much better than any others I have had.
This product is perfect for my daughter to charge her devices on without too many cables and wires. It can sit on her desk and she can charge he phone whilst being on a call with her friends. Her earbuds can sit and charge at the same time keeping everything together in one place. Love it!

Very smart contemporary style, easy to use and set up. Flashing led on base is irritating on a bedside table but can be switched off.
The charger when plugged in to the mains is making ticking noises which can be heard from a distance, even when one of the devices is being charged.
Also the Apple watch charger gets really hot during charging the watch which does not take place when the original Apple watch charger is being used, this is not good for the battery so it’s better stay away from this product.
Great reasonably priced wireless charger works great on all devices looks good too. Can charge phone in various positions comes withe the watch charger pre installed unlike others. No need for messing about with cables just plug in and go.
I love this charger I tested it while phone was on low battery and listening to Spotify at the same time.it charged the phone quickly while listening to music I also had my I watch charging with no issues I will definitely be buying another one.
