The changing light is nice and it’s a very quiet diffuser. My only issue is that it’s a bit of a pain to fill up every night and you get drips of water everywhere in the process of attaching the tank to the controls. I would also say that because you are filling it with so much water that any scent you put in doesn’t last long at all. On the plus side, it has helped with my baby’s noisy nose and the amount of water you put in does mean it lasts a good 12 hours. I’m definitely happy with the purchase!
Silent. Worked fine for 5 months then became warped. Does not fit together anymore. A bit messy as it relies on suction to keep closed but tends to leak while transporting it between tap and room. Would’ve gotten 5 star if had still been working. The plastic inner section seems to have warped and the two sections don’t fit into each other anymore. Silent so great in that aspect.
Update: Contacted Frida supported. Was told I was being sent a replacement by the UK supplier. Over 3 weeks later and a few emails checking progress – support stopped replying. Replacement has not yet arrived. Pathetic customer service.
Update Oct 2022: Frida support eventually got back to me after me complaining about the random no details email updates continuously stating it’s in progress sent by one of their support staff and turns out almost 4 weeks later they needed my mobile number. With a promise to rectify. The replacement arrived today. So bumped up to 4 stars for the genuine though delayed effort to replace the product.

This is a great humidifier. It’s really easy to set up and get going. It isnt complicated to use which is a bonus. I love the nightlight function and that you can add essential oils (although I haven’t tried with oils yet). It’s a tiny bit noisier than I’d expected.
Such a great product! Not noisy, love the fact that it is a night light as well and it changes colours. It stays on all night, you can add on scents and it is a great 3 in 1 – humidifier, night light and diffuser. We pretty much used it every night since it arrived, either in our room (where the baby still sleeps in) or in my eldest daughter’s room. Can’t live without it now! Definitely worth the money, easy to assemble and easy to clean!
I use this in my triplets bedroom, 2 out of 3 babies have an asthma diagnosis. It so handy to use, we put a special aromatherapy blend in the water tank too and I leave it on before they go up to bed. I have found it brilliant and it also eases my anxiety’s as I’m doing something proactive to help. If I have a baby in the room with me when coughing is bad, I leave it on, it’s so quiet and a really calming night light too. Highly recommended from all of us!!

I loved how this product made me get rid of all my 3 individual products! Saves so much space and has been used not just for baby but for myself and partner when we have been sick. Improves quality of air and helps baby settle during the night.
This was super easy to use and to set up, the instructions were super clear and it came with a “quick set up” guide in pictures. Good output of steam and not too loud
Very useful that you can change the amount of mist that comes thorugh and Great addition that essential oils can be added in too. The light brightness is just right. Great value for money and good quality product!

This product is amazing! My daughter has not slept in her own room for months as she wakes up coughing or congested. We have used this for a few nights now and she has had a much better sleep. It is also very quiet and very easy to use. The instructions even have pictures which are easy to follow! The nightlight is an added bonus! I definitely recommend this product!
I added some eucalyptus essential oil to help with the sleeping and the fact it triples as a nightlight is an added bonus!
