Very comfortable mattress.
Nice and firm but not hard. Left it for 3 days before use. Had three sleeps on it so far and slept very well. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
Unfortunately, this mattress was not for me, but I have received fabulous customer service and they have offered me a full refund and I can also keep the mattress in the spare room for guests. Thank you UMI

The mattress is comfy. Nicely made and packed very well. Was delivered promptly, as promised. It is not very hard but not too soft either.
Wasn’t sure about this as it is a cheaper mattress than we have bought previously but wow! This is a great and supportive mattress. Bought for my 8yr old son who was disappointed it wasn’t as bouncy as his old one, but the top is nice and soft and it will hopefully last him many years
Quite surprised really, I’ve always purchased a traditional shop bought mattress and seeing the price and trusting Amazon and their quality of Umi stuff I gave it a shot. My last mattress was well over 1000 and this one is better, more comfortable, we sleep well, wake refreshed. Pretty blummin amazing. I’d advise you to be confident in this purchase, it’s a great product. Hope this helps.

Quality mattress similar to more expensive brands. The comfort and firmness was perfect for my back and spine. 5***
I’ve previously only used memory foam but this combination means that you don’t get large dips in the mattress. It’s firmer than I expected but that’s been great for my back. I have two slipped discs and this is definitely worth it just for that.
This was a replacement of my old mattress that needed a change due to its age and I can only say I wish to have changed this earlier ! The quality is really great for what you pay for this and is super comfortable, Highly recommended !
This mattress seems like it is well made and is comfortable to lie on, love the gel layer but it was too short. Courier collected and Amazon immediately refunded and seller sent an email apologising.
It is also very comfortable not to hard and not too soft just right.
I would say its medium firm, very comfortable and soft to lie on. Well impressed with the quality and good value for money. Daughter very happy and sleep well on it. Would definitely recommend

This mattress come with vacuum packaging
and it’s very thick .This mattress does not collapse when lying down and not like spring mattress cause you very pain .

I could not get a full size one in through the limited space and this was a perfect solution. Opening the package was easy and I’m now waiting the recommended expansion time before trying it. It really does look good and feels supportive so fingers crossed…..
Came folded 3 months later it sill has creases in it, 18 months later still has the creases and starting to sag at waist level.
