Excellent quality 925 sterling silver 5.5mm curb chain with 18K gold plating. This chain is very well made with a sturdy clasp and it’s stamped 925 on the chain. I can’t fault the quality of this necklace in any way, it doesn’t sit as well on me because I ordered the wrong length for my weight. It hangs beautifully on my sister as there’s more length on her. I dropped a star because it’s poorly presented, this really needs to come in a decent jewellery gift box. At 54.99 I think it’s reasonably priced, so I imagine the streamline packaging is to keep the price down. If I was buying this as a gift I’d be put off by the packaging.

Wow…. the picture honestly does it no justice, the chain is BEAUTIFUL. Just stunning. It’s really a scathing indictment of the kind of society we live in when people can receive such a beautiful A1 product, yet complain about the packaging. Idk maybe I’m just different but I didn’t pay for the packaging, as I’m not wearing the packaging… All in all, I’m in love. 5.5 mm was the perfect thickness and perfect look to go with my pendant. A1 product.. 5 stars for sure!!

I really love this chain. It is big enough to make an impression and bright and shiny. The feel of it is expensive but packaging really lets it down. I have been asked several times where I got it – I do wear it a lot.

The links are flat, less heavy than they might look at first glance, but the chain is still a fairly healthy weight, at 14 grams or a fraction over. It’s wide and pretty, with a different finish to each side, and stands out when worn.
Is it worth the current 49.99? I’m not sure. It certainly isn’t a bargain. There’s only about 8.50-worth of silver in there and the chain is poorly presented in a simple envelope. You’d certainly want to re-package it, if giving it as a gift. If you particularly like it (and it really is rather attractive), then go ahead and buy. Otherwise, take a good look at other options before deciding.

Its simple yet elegant and will add that touch of class to any outfit. It’s stamped .925 and is nickel free, non toxic and corrosion resistant and has a spring clasp to open and close the necklace

It’s a diamond cut curb chain with a good quality closing mechanism that looks modern.
The 18k Gold finish is superb, it’s also stamped 925 but the packaging it comes in isn’t the best, so if you were to gift this as a present, best to buy your own box so it is more presentable.
But I think it’s a well made chain , quite eye catching.

The Sterling silver necklace by Amberta sits nice and flat when worn. The clasp and closure feel good quality, and the clasp has The 925 Sterling Silver stamp mark. It also comes with a certification card in the gift envelope. I personally think that the necklace would have been better presented in a gift box, As the necklace is very elegant and would have added that finishing touch for a perfect gift.

I got this 50-centimetre curb chain for my daughter, she wanted one for her locket and this seemed perfect, it is a good length and is very well made, no sharp edges to catch on clothes and is 18k gold plated, this chain is very shiny and looks more expensive than it is.
All the parts are diamond cut with the catch also being great quality, it looks very nice on my daughter and does not look cheap, as it is well made it also won’t break easily and should last years, so really a great chain for the price, so five stars is easy to give here.

This chain arrives in a little envelope which is a bit underwhelming. You open it up by ripping through the product sticker which again cheapens the packaging.
Inside you have an authentication card and the necklace is inside a little plastic bag. Again a little underwhelming.
But when you take the necklace out and examine it that’s when the Wow! factor kicks in.
It feels weighty and really sparkles. Everything is hallmarked. It’s a very bright and shiny silver colour due to the solid silver being coated with another silver overlay. I expect that will tarnish in time to expose the usual colour of solid silver.
Due to the nature of curb chains the links do twist with wear and don’t lay flat all the time. It’s best to lay all the links flat on your neck to make sure the necklace isn’t twisted when you initially do it up. The clasp is secure and it doesn’t feel heavy on.
The price is substantial but the necklace looks expensive and you get a lot of silver for your money.
Designed in Italy but made in Germany.
I’ve tried to catch the sparkles in my video as it’s absolutely beautiful in real life. Due to the fact it’s solid silver means it’s suitable for everyday wear and not just for special occasions.
If this is for a gift I’d recommend laying it out on a velvet jewellery display card in a nicer box to achieve the Wow! factor it so deserves. If it’s for yourself, enjoy as it’s so stunning. I hope my photos helped

Good quality basic chain, the large links make this very visible so that it works alone or stacked – very secure clasp and feels well made.
