These offer great support for your knees.
Currently I only need one for my right knee. But having two means I can swap and change when needed or if one is getting washed.
There are comfy.
Not too tight.
Not loose, seem to stay where you want them to.

These supports are not really of medical grade, and shouldn’t take the place of proper medical diagnosis. However, I just wanted something to give me a little more support, and they are ideal for that. I ordered size M and had worried that I should have ordered L, but the medium size seemed to fit perfectly.
They do give some support, and I feel more secure and confident when wearing one on my left knee, which has given me a lot of probalems over the years. I have worn one three or four times so far, nd been quite pleased. They don’t slip down, or bunch up, yet they are not so tight as to cause any discomfort. I have washed one, and it doesn’t seem to have lost its shape at all.
I would recommend these to anyone just requiring a little more support.
