Comfortable to wear works fine ambient temperature seems inaccurate could be because it is not syncing with mobile device as it should the battery lasts about six days which is not great my last fitness band lasted much longer overall though happy with its clear display
Its hard to know just how acurate these type of watches really are
The blood pressure reading is 20% lower than the one the doctor took using the old fashion method of cuff and count, but as long as you are aware of that, then you can take the readings with the pinch of salt required.
As for the steps, who really knows how accrate this watch is.
I find the sleep function interesting as it shows the amount of deep sleep and light sleep.
The app is easy to use and over all I really like this watch, I find its good for moral, its also light and easy to wear.
Overall I’m happy with this purchase and wear this watch every day
The watch is smart and easy to wear. Having a heart problem I was anxious to checked the blood pressure readings with my professional cuff monitor readings and they were exactly the same as my professional cuff monitor, which pleasantly surprised me. I had a slight query regarding the watch and the supplier was quick to sort the query out for me. I think this is an excellent product and fully recommend it.
For its price I like the watch , Hr and sleep function seem pretty accurate, strep count is a bit off but then most Seem to be. I like the app

Very convenient. You’ll get alerted by messages and phone calls. Name appears on screen for phone call notification, and the message itself appears for message notification. It also tracks your health, and you can customize lay out. The color is nice.
What I love about this smart watch is its color and design. Of course the convenience and the light feeling when wearing it. I avail this for health purposes. I can easily track my daily steps and other vital signs. Super useful!
