Is Formula Pro Advanced safe?Yes, it is safe and accurate, offering a hygienic alternative to traditional bottle making. Powder: This will be kept dry and free of human contact. Powder is simply poured from the tin into the clean, dry container. This is stored in a way that does not promote bacteria. Water: Pre-boiled, cooled water is added to the water tank. The water should be replaced every 24 hours to ensure it remains fresh. Monthly, the internal workings of the machine can be descaled to prevent bacteria from having time to grow. Formula preparation: The water mixes in the funnel with the powder before passing into the bottle. The funnel is cleaned in warm soapy water and air-dried every 4 bottles to prevent any build-up. This is our 2nd baby brezza (we moved from the US to the UK so needed a new one for baby number 2). This machine is amazing. It is a total lifesaver. No mixing, no measuring, no having to heat up water. Friends of ours have the machine by the “other” brand and say that our brezza is WAY better. But you HAVE to remember to clean the funnel every 4th use when it tells you to or it can build up powder. Cleaning the funnel takes less than 30 seconds. The machine needs hand-washing once a month. Don’t make the same mistake as us and put the parts in the dishwasher 🙂 Brezza are very helpful with replacement parts if you do make this mistake.

Really works as it is, saving our life. Instant food maker. However, have to clean the funnel approximately after every 5th food making and it won’t work until we clean it first. Overall 5+++++
Tiredness can kill… I saved 3 hours of my sleep every night with this amazing mixer. It’s not cheap but this money is totally worth to spend. Believe me, it changed my life.
This is easily the BEST prep machine ever, I have used other prep machines in the past and this is by far the best one yet! The machine is so easy to set up & makes perfect temperature bottles in seconds! Would definitely recommend!!
Amazing product, works perfectly and is faster than using ready to drink formula… a bit expensive but having twins is a life saver! No need to warm up, the temperature is just perfect and no lumps in the milk, it comes perfectly mixed. I highly recomand this especially for twin and multiple babies mums!
If you are bottle feeding, or breast and bottle hybrid feeding, then give this machine some serious thought. I originally read some bad reviews about it, I think people were put off by the brand name or because it’s a brand they’d not heard of before but don’t be fooled, this is a magic timesaving machine.
The top hopper takes a LOT of powder, not quite a full Aptamil box but nearly. Make sure you set your dosage/formula mix correctly at first use, you do this once and only once unless you change formula. It’s as easy as looking up a number on the Baby Brezza website that matches your exact formula make.
From then on all you need to do is top up the water reservoir on the back and clean the funnel every 4 or 5 feeds. It reminds you on the screen when to clean the funnel, they recommend getting a spare one so you’ve always got one clean but don’t bother, it’s literally a 10 second job to remove and clean, another 10 seconds to dry and put it back in place.
You can pick one of three temperatures, we started on the middle temp but baby now prefers lowest temp. You can select the amount on the screen, it’s annoying you can’t go up and down with the selection you just keep pressing it until it loops back around to the lowest value.
For those wondering how long it takes, unlike some other manufactures where you have to do a shot of hot water followed by a shake and then top up the bottle with warm/cool water. This does it all in one go. It does the shot of hot water as it’s mixing the powder in, then it tops up with the correct amount of warm water afterwards to get it to the right temp and volume. The volume you select will always been slightly lower than the final volume because you select liquid volume and the powder adds to this volume. For example if you want set it to 210ml you’ll end up with a bottle with around 230ml in. You get used to this and adjust the numbers accordingly.
My wife and I have been using this exclusively for 6 months since breast feeding didn’t work and expressing came to an end. Wouldn’t change it for the world, if it broke I’d probably just buy another on next day delivery it’s that important in our lives.
Our only complaint, and it’s a little thing but annoying, is that we wish the water reservoir was bigger, like at least twice the size, or even better have an option to plumb it in.
You’ll get 4-5 big bottles out of the reservoir but they’ve put it on the rear rather than front or side and it’s in a dark smoked plastic so it’s quite hard to see at a glance when it’s low. Again the machine warns when water is low and it’s easy to change but a bigger tank and located on the side would have been better.
This has been a lifesaver for us. Easy to put together and use. Makes the perfect baby bottle – to the temperature your baby likes. Easy to clean and dismantle. I wouldn’t be without this now!
