I do not have a good record with dishwashers. This is our 4th! We use them at most 8-9 times a week. Regularly using the cleaning bottles etc. Zanussi lasted 2 years, as did the Beko, the 3rd a Bosch lasted 6 years. That one I purchased a 5 year warranty!
This dishwasher is near identical internally to my prior one, but a lot dearer by almost 250. Again I purchased the Bosch 5 year warranty.
It is very quiet, the cutlery draw is so much better than having the cutlery basket, this feature seeming to add the extra cost. There is a shower attachment to use when washing large items, you remove the upper
main tray, and the attachment fits onto the exposed outlet . Not used it yet, but a great idea. This model has lots of practical options, so do recommend.
In all we totally love dishwashers for their practicality, but just don’t understand why we’ve been unlucky with them all failing on electrical faults! No other household appliances has been so unreliable!
I do wish Bosch offered the 5 year warranty for free, as it shows a company’s confidence in their products. Still got the unit cheaper on Amazon, the savings paid about 60% of the warranty cos
