I really like the watch but unfortunately the Fold over clasp failed even though I was not wearing that often. It is very disappointing for a big brand product has got a faulty clasp. I thought i was the only one had this issue but seems like everyone had the same problem. The website doesn’t even let you register the watch for the warranty and it’s really annoying. I hope the customer service team get back to me with a solution for this.

happy with my watch, but not with the hugo boss on line warranty service. i went on line to register my 2 year warranty but cant register my watch.even after 2 email`s to them, so a bit disappointed with no answer from them.
Item arrived next day as promised, which considering the time of year was good. Everything is as described and appears to be a quality product at a very competitive price.
