Mijn vorig is nu een 10-tal jaar toch stuk gegaan, maar ik heb onmiddellijk dit model opnieuw besteld, omdat het een horloge is dat perfect het uur en datum aangeeft, en via de zonne-energie hoeft je je geen zorgen te maken over een lege batterij. Ook de prijs is hl interessant.
Ich nutze die Uhr schon sehr lange und bin richtig happy. Die Haltbarkeit, die Funktion und die Qualitt ist super, viel besser als gedacht. Solar ist auch super. Lieferung war wie angekndigt. Meine nchste Uhr wird bestimmt wieder eine Solar-Uhr werden. Sehr zufrieden, kann die Uhr nur empfehlen.
Le reglage du bracelet est difficile et la notice (si on peut appeler notice ce confetti) uniquement en anglais n’aide pas.
Pour la montre elle-mme la notice est en franais mais en partie errone (la procedure indique pour le choix de la ville ne fonctionne pas comme indique) . Heureusement ce n’est pas ma premiere Casio et en tatonnant on finit par arriver s’en sortir.
NB: si l’on active en hiver le choix du bacsulement auto pour l’heure d’t l’heure pour Paris n’est pas la bonne il faut choisir Berlin !
En hiver faute de soleil le chargement peut facilement de faire en positionnant le cadran en face d’une ampoule Led ne chauffant pas

Ich habe mich wieder fr eine Casio Funkuhr mit Solarzellen entschieden, da sie sehr zuverlssig ist. Die letzte Casio Funkuhr mit Solarzellen in hnlicher Ausfhrung hatte ich vor 13 Jahren gekauft und sie hat mir Treue Dienste geleistet, bis mir das Armband Kaputt ging und ich sie vom Handgelenk verloren habe wrend der fahrt. Ich habe sie leider nicht wieder finden knnen was sehr schade war.
Nun denn habe ich mich wieder fr eine neue Casio entschieden und fr eine neuere Version und bin festen Glaubens, dass diese Uhr weitere 13 Jahre und lnger halten wird.
Ich kann sie nur wrmstens weiterempfehlen.
dico solo che lo porto persino in sauna e bagno turco, ogni tanto faccio in modo che il calore non sia troppo con dei getti d’acqua, in mare e sotto la doccia mai tolto dal polso nemmeno sulla sabbia al mare con mio nipote. un concentrato di tecnologia a prezzo accessibile, e poi.. bello da vedere.-
I had an older G-Shock and then updated by getting the Casio Mud watch. Wore it for a year but didn’t like it especially the lack of accuracy. Seen this one and loved the look but was not sure of the metal strap. Bought it and used the provided tool to remove links in the strap. Fantastic watch, looks great, nice weight and just feels natural to wear. Highly recommend it to anyone looking a great everyday watch.
Display ‘glass’ should be mineral glass, and not optical plastic, which can scratch more easily.
I’m trying to find a product to protect the display, for this reason. There doesn’t seem to be any out there though.
Wish instructions were in bigger writing being partially sighted I had to ask my son to set it up.

It doesn’t have lumpy buttons that get cought on shirt sleeves.
Smart watches are great if you like endless fiddling and charging and short lifecycle.

Bought as a gift for my husband to replace a much earlier model. Solar power is a good idea so don’t have hassle of changing battery. Dropped one star as hubby found it very difficult to get it set at right time. Otherwise he’s highly delighted.

Celle ci a des aiguilles mais aussi deux lucarnes avec un affichage digital qui me plaisent peu.
Mais par contre, la vitesse de mise jour est tonnante, l’heure est videmment prcise la seconde prs, ici l’nergie solaire recharge la batterie.
Des fonctions plus ou moins utiles (chronomtre au 1/100, compte rebours, rglage d’alarmes,..).
Une attention gentille ; la nuit souvent, en tournant simplement le poignet, l’cran s’claire. Et si a rate, de toute faon une touche sert aussi clairer l’cran.
Bref, l’esthtique ne me plat pas compltement, mais en regard d’une montre qu’il ne faudra remettre l’heure, et ce prix : la montre me parat trs recommandable.
In theory, and almost in practice, this is the perfect watch. Solar powered, radio controlled, it is totally autonomous and always accurate to the second. It even has an automatic backlight.
The downside? Trying to remember which of the four buttons to press in what sequence to activate all the extra features – stopwatch, countdown timer, alarms. It has a function indicator as a sub-dial at 9 o’clock to help make it easer, but I still struggle enormously. In truth I have no need of those functions and scarcely use them. Perhaps if you make regular use of a feature – such as the alarm – you’ll learn how to use it. If not, you’ll be consulting the user manual frequently.
In summary, the autonomy and accuracy is brilliant. The additional features are hard to use without memorising the button sequences.
I like the accuracy of the watch. Some of the writing on the face is very difficult to read. But overall I’m very pleased with it.
This watch is not as blue as the illustration. Other than that it is perfect. It even includes a tool for adjusting the length of the bracelet. Nicely thought out package. Arrived running and on time so the only setting up to do is to set your time zone, the watch will then load the time and date and also adjust for British Summertime. So no battery replacement worries, no time setting perfectio

Everything to like with nothing to dislike. Accuracy is of course 100% whilst bracelet link removal could not be simpler. Smart, stylish appearance, what more could I ask for.?
Watch is stylish, accurate and very well made.
The only issue I have with it is that it feels really light and almost toy like compared to other watches I’ve owned but I think this is more to do with the reduced weight of titanium then anything to do with quality.

They sent another watch before I had even had time to send them the faulty one
The replacement watch worked perfect straight out of the box
It really is a fantastic watch and for for me there is nothing to dislike

The watch is amazing. If the battery low will flash. All you need todo is place near a bright light source and it will charge with in a hour. Love it. And it looks really stylish
This works well I love the night light which comes on when you lift your hand.
The only problem is it needs enough charge to work

The Date is presented “MM DD”, which does bug me slightly. I haven’t found a way to change it.
The biggest issue is the documentation, which is quite poor. You can find all the bits eventually with the help of Google, but it is a bit convoluted. The Snooze alarm for example… I’m still trying to work out how I’m supposed to cancel it, or whether going into settings is the proper way.
The watch is 10bar waterproof, this meant nothing to me, but apparently means fine for swimming, showers, submersion, but not environs where the water will hit under pressure like high board diving, water sking, etc.
The backlight is amber, never did see that documented anywhere.
Nice watch, very happy. Affordable, decent daily slogger that can take the abuse having kids will bring.
A truly beautiful watch, not too cluttered and easy to see. Two weeks in and it’s as I expected but, when buying online, not always what you get. Wonderfully comfortable to wear and, so far, perfectly accurate.
Other reviews state that the watch came with medium charge and after exposure to light, went up to full charge. Mine, however, arrived on medium charge and has remained on medium charge regardless of where I have put it. The dial has not moved more than a whisker since I got it, unless, of course, I have been using other settings.
My only problem is a feeling of guilt. I already have a Casio MTD-1053D, you see, that has been a loyal piece of perfection for ten years. But I have had to replace the battery and adjust the time a couple of times a year. I will keep it as a back-up though (gulp).
A very handsome looking watch in a stainless steel case with a matching rugged polished stainless steel strap.
The Instructions can be difficult to read so go to Casio and download the User Manual that is printed in slightly larger type. Follow the instructions carefully from stage to stage. The set up should take less than 15 minutes and you have a watch that will last a lifetime without a battery or changing the set up. As soon as you have the watch running, place it in direct sunshine or under a bright desk lamp to bring it up to full charge. Thereafter it will maintain the charge as long as it is exposed to normal daylight. When entering a new country you can set the watch to local time and enjoy your holiday. The watch is equipped with a bright LED which automatically illuminates the watch face when it is moved in the dark. The watch automatically changes for Summer and Winter alterations and because it is radio controlled it is superbly accurate.
The strap is easily adjusted to fit different wrist sizes using a simple novel tool provided in the pack.
Only one GRUMBLE, the watch face is described as BLUE, but this is somewhat of a misnomer. You can see a slight blue but you have to exercise poetic licence to call it real blue! That said it looks smart, keeps accurate time and is a pleasure to wear. What more do you want from a watch without forking out over 1000!
So far so good Re time keeping and it looks very smart. Re the alarm, don’t bother buying this if you specifically want to use the alarm as you just wont hear it. Few reviews had stated this and its true. I also purchased the blue face and paid extra to do so. On reflection it’s rather a lot extra to pay for blue dial and wish had bought black dial and saved myself 30!
The light works well and all in all am very pleased with product which hopefully will last a long time.
The watch was very easy to set up and the atomic clock makes sure it always displays the correct time even when changing time zones.

An amazing watch, extremely light simple to adjust links. The instructions are clear and straight forward although I did use my iPad to view them. I had no problem changing to local time very satisfied with this purchase. Next day delivery was brilliant a first class service .
C’est la premire impression que j’ai eu lorsque j’ai vue la montre lgance habitu aux grosses g-shock , j’ai d’abords estim qu’elle tait un peu petite mais finalement non ! elle est discrte c’est tout , prise en main trs simple avec a notice et en quelques minutes a y est elle est prtes, mise l’heure simplissime , je trouve , un trs jolie fond bleu , j’avoue je l’aime dj.Elle est arriv moiti charge , je l’ais positionne sous un non toute l’aprs midi et vers 18h00 elle tait pleine , j’ai dmont 2 mailles sans problme sur le bracelet , avec le petit outil fourni , un jeux d’enfant . Cette montre est faite pour se faire oublier (radio guidage , recharge solaire,tanchit ) mais elle est trs jolie et je ne me lasserais pas de la regarder je pense . C’est ma quatrime Casio et je sais qu’avec ce fabricant la fiabilit sera au rendez vous.
Donc pour ceux qui veulent allier lgance et practicit je recommande vivement.

Une petite rayure sur le verre , pas gnante mais c’est vrai que c’est fragile quand mme . L’clairage assez faible quand mme mais pour lire l’heure (que les aiguilles ) dans le noir cela suffit largement , le son est faible mais tout fait audible , je ne vois que cela comme dfaut petit dfaut au bout de 3 ans ! Toujours aussi belle et toujours l’heure jamais en rade !!! N’est-ce pas ce que on lui demande ?? …super montre !
Great watch. Really love it. No batteries. Keeps spot on accurate time.
Negatives – fiddly to find different time zones. Alarm is very weak sound. Hardly perceptible to human ear.
Easy to read both the time and day/date, even with poor eyesight.
Update 2022. Still use everyday. Extremely accurate timepiece even when outside the radio tranitter range. Only downside is the glass can be scratched. But I guess all watches are like that.
I did some research before I bought so this is the current version advertised on the Casio website.
I just needed to set the Timezone to London and watched as both the digital and analogue settings adjusted themselves..
Watch arrived charged up to level 2 so all the functions worked
My previous Casio was a much cheaper watch and you needed the manual every time summer time changed to figure out how to change both the analogue and digital times so I was pleasantly surprised that both adjusted.
The manual is very small but it is available as a pdf online.
There are a number of locations worldwide with the radio signals including UK, America, Germany and Japan you would need to change the Timezones so it can adjust to synchronize with the local location.
Looks to be a quality watch with all the features I require.
What an excellent watch well made looks cool, and once set up that’s it all is automatic now fantastic.
the one ive ordered didnt had a holographic sticker and was light/cheap like plastic watch, ive had one in hand before so im sure this was 100% fake
ew verof my old watch that has just packed up after twelve or more years.shame istill cannot read mannual as the type is too small . thats old age for you.
Meine Kriterien zur Entscheidung waren:
1. Funkuhr mit Datumsanzeige
2. Zeitzoneneinstellung
3. Beleuchtung
4. Gute Ablesbarkeit auch bei Nacht
Die Uhr ist sehr schn verpackt und sie sieht sehr wertig aus. Das blaue Ziffernblatt gefllt mir persnlich sehr und die Ablesbarkeit der Uhr ist fr mich auch ohne Brille selbst in der Nacht kein Problem.Die Zeiger sind mit einer nachleuchtenden Beschichtung versehen und leuchten die ganze Nacht ber ausreichend nach. Das zustzliche LED Licht brauche ich eigentlich nicht wirklich (deswegen bei mir auch nicht auf Automatik eingestellt), die orange leuchtende LED ist aber sehr hell, sodass damit die Uhrzeit vllig problemlos abgelesen werden kann.
Die untere Digitalanzeige zeigt Datum und Sekunden an, auch hier is die Anzeigegre sehr angenehm frs ablesen.
Die Umstellung auf andere Weltzeiten ist wie bei Casio gewohnt sehr einfach einzustellen, auch diesbezglich sind meine Erwartungen mehr als erfllt worden. Die anderen Funktionen wie Timer, Alarmzeiten etc. sind fr mich eher nicht relevant, funktionierten bei Tests aber bestens.
Die Solarladefunktion kann ich bisher noch nicht wirklich bewerten, da ich die Uhr seit ca. einer Woche trage. Die Ladeanzeige steht konstant im mittleren Bereich.
Eine Sache muss ich bei dieser Uhr aber besonders hervorheben, bisher musste ich jede Uhr von der Armbandlnge her einstellen. Alle bisherigen Uhren erforderten dazu Spezialwerkzeug und ich liess das daher immer im Uhrengeschft fr einige Euros erledigen.
Mit dieser Uhr wird ein kleines Kunststoffwerkzeug mitgeliefert, mit dem einzelne Glieder im Handumdrehen entfernt werden knnen. Die Handhabung ist dabei unglaublich einfach, das kleine Werkzeug muss nur von innen in eine am Glied vorgesehene ffnung eingesteckt werden und schon trennt sich das Armband auf. Die Krzung um zwei Glieder im Armband hat nicht mal eine Minute gedauert. Sowas nenne ich innovativ und man spart sich langes Fummeln bzw. den Gang zum Uhrmacher. Das hat mich wirklich begeistert.
Ich kann die Uhr ohne Einschrnkung weiterempfehlen, sie ist wirklich schn, sehr leicht, gut zu bedienen und im Preis-, Leistungsverhltnis aus mich sehr gut.
Wenn man auf sehr hohem Niveau jammern mchte, wre einzig die Umstellbarkeit auf deutsche Datumsanzeige (die Uhr zeigt den Wochentag mit drei Buchstaben auf englisch an) und deutsches Datumsformat anzufhren. Da ich selbst sehr oft im englischsprachigen Ausland bin, strt mich das allerdings bei der Uhr berhaupt nicht. Andere knnten sich aber ber diese fehlende Option rgern und ich denke, dass Casio diese Mglichkeit der Sprachumstellung in der Uhrensoftware auch sicher realisieren knnte.
Fr mich aber klare 5 Sterne und eine ehrliche Kaufempfehlung fr dieses Produkt.
Nachtrag nach einem Jahr Gebrauch:
Das ist bisher die beste Funkuhr welche ich von Casio hatte. Die Oberflche sieht immer noch sehr gut aus, die Batterieanzeige zeigt immer volle Ladung an. Bisher absolut kein Problem und immer noch eine groe Freude mit der Armbanduhr.
Leider kann ich keinen zustzlichen Stern vergeben, kann die Kaufempfehlung aber auch nach einem Jahr noch besten Gewissens abgeben!
