I love the way you can change the rgb to have different effects to match your style of build. These were a bit pricey but worth it. 64gb of ram. More than enough
Fast RAM. Reliable brand so they last a very long time hence why I always buy this model.
Speeds are as advertised as long as you enable XMP in your bios.
RGB is a plus if you are bothered about this.
Will buy again when needed.
Kit that offers great RGB lighting control via iCUE Software. This does make the kit a little more pricy than others and draws a little more power but will greatly improve the aesthetics of any build while still providing fast and affordable RAM.
So the ram itself is great, this was my third set of Vengeance ram and it has always worked perfectly. It’s well-priced for the speed and actually looks surprisingly good, I had 6 RGB fans in my tower and I can say that these RGB sticks actually made a great improvement visually.
I’ve never had any technical issues either across the multiple sets I’ve owned, however, my most recent order arrived with a regular stick of vengeance (non-rgb). Not only that, the replacement they sent was ‘Lost in transit’ which is strange. Now I need to return these regular vengeance sticks and will have to try ordering for a 3rd time. Just something to be aware of if you order in June, something seems off.
No complaints easy installation and works just fine upgraded from 16gb to 32gb and its made an surprising change in performance for me so would definitely recommend!
I decided to bit the bullet and upgrade the RAM in my Lenovo Legion T5 gaming tower and was very happy with the results. The stock RAM that came with the T5 was boring and had no RGB or flair. Swapped the 2 sticks my machine came with out for the 4 sticks I purchased and I’m very happy. The machine is snappy and looks great.
Perfect product at a really great price. Don’t forget to install your icue software to control the colours.
I’ve been upgrading my PC – which despite still having a hefty CPU was in need of some tweaking. I’d wanted to double the amount of RAM for some time but the original Corsair RED LED RAM hasn’t been widely available for ages, so this was the next best thing.
Easy to install, runs perfectly and actually looks good next to the original red LED RAM. Price is very reasonable too.
One of the most annoying thing about this RGB ram is the RGB stays on when you PC is in sleep mode! I couldn’t find anyway to turn it off! So it forces you to shut down your PC because they are so bright especially if you have a PC in a bedroom!
Absolutley love colour changing PC components Still got them since I purchased them a while back
Great price for pacl of 4 sticks of corsair vengeance ddr4 ram at 8GB each total of 32GB happy
If you’re building a gaming PC and don’t want to spend a fortune but still want good performance, Corsair Vengeance RAM has always been my go to.
The RGB looks great, I’ve never had a stick fail (even ones that I got way back in 2013).
Will continue to buy again and again with each upgrade.
If you order the right part, As in the RAM instead of the light component thingys, they do exactly what they do on the tin.
Took a couple of minutes to open the computer case and install into the RAM slots.. Booted up and all synched with the other Corsair RGB’s that I had already installed in the PC..
What can I say? My Tuf Gaming MoBo was already O/C’ed to 3200mhz and this addition to my 16gb just needed plugging in. Right away Davinci Resolve took advantage of the extra memory and WOW what a difference it’s made to rendering, and just workflow in general has sped up by a half! Just shows how slow things run when you exceed your RAM.
I think my Topaz software, LR, DPP is all going to run better now.
You will love these!
Gaming need atleast 16gb of RAM Nowadays
If you edit video’s like me? I would say this is perfect but if you have extra money? I would get 32gb of RAM which will help you in the long run.
I will be upgrading from 16gb to 32gb of RAM!
First time ever buying pc parts… Pretty simple to put them in… Just line it up then you will hear it slot into place…Don’t push it in too hard tho.
Watch youtube video’s about how to put Ram in to help you = If you are not sure.
The money is worth it but like I say… If you have a extra 20 or 50 then get the 32gb of RAM.
Merry Christmas
I am not a fan of iCUE but other than that corsair internal products are good. I have a PSU from them and this ram. The packaging is lovely and the colour is nice too. Cant recommend their peripherals but I do love their internal products. Would recommend these!
It is a very fast cheap ram sticks, would recommend.
So i bought these to upgrade the original 8GB that was in my PC along with the other Corsair 8GB Stick i had previously bought.
Now i had a similar issue with these as with the other Corsair stick i bought whereas once they were installed constant BSOD and again took a lot of fiddling in BIOS to sort it, since being sorted they have ran flawlessly with my only issue now being my case fans are no longer lighting up, not sure if theyre just conflicting or if i need a stronger PSU to run it all
What’s there to say really?
Superbly performing DDR4 Ram.
If you’re a gamer and want both performance and looks, then these are the RAM kits for you!
If you’re new to overclocked RAM, then don’t forget you need to enter your BIOS (press DEL key when booting up) after installing your RAM and look for the setting labelled “XMP”. Enable an XMP profile and your RAM will be running at the full 3200Mhz this kit is rated for.
The RGB can be controlled using the iCUE software, which is a doddle, I just set mine up how I like and then uninstall iCUE to save on system resources.
Absolutely no issues with this RAM myself, I have 4 sticks totally 32Gb currently installed and would thoroughly recommend!
This RAM is great it will work well whether you’re using an AMD or Intel System. Take a look at the video for a closer look at the product
This RAM has great speed going up to 3200mhz. It doesn’t run at this speed out of the box and will requires you to have the latest BIOS for stability. Once this is has been done enter your BIOS and find either D.O.C.P or XMP (Depending on your motherboard) and select Profile 1 3200mhz to make it run at this speed. Currently I have this on a AMD system with a Ryzen 5800x on an ASUS TUF Gaming Plus (WIFI) Motherboard.
This RAM produces amazing vivid colours and is customizable with Corsairs iCUE software and with ASUS Aura SYNC that is compatible with my motherboard.
Overall, this is a great product to add to your build no matter if it’s an AMD or Intel System. It provides great speeds and amazing RGB lights. I would highly recommend.
I had no issue installing the 16 Gb kit into my Asus TUF B450 Gaming mobo, I’ve got the huge Be Quiet! Dark Rock 4 Pro cooler so fitting was tight to say the least but hey – that’s not the RAM’s fault.
Setting up did confuse me a bit as as initially my mobo only recognized the speed as 2133 mHz, after investigation the UEFI it was the multiplier and DDR4 type that needed setting up – straight away it was recognized as DDR4 3200 kHz. One setup and installing iQUE the RGB is superb!
Most of the bad reviews are down to: Buying incompatible RAM for their mobo, not understanding the BIOS/UEFI and having a hissy as it requires a little setup knowledge.
It’s been a while since I built my last PC. I expected to plug these in and get the rated 3200Mhz speed with no further effort. However, you actually have to overclock these from the bios settings to get them up to the 3200MHZ mark. These easiest way to do this to enable the XMP profile (pretty easy on a Gigabyte Aorus Master X570 motherboard) . However, for me plating Battlefield 4 and 5 would result in a crash to desktop after a couple of minutes gaming. After researching a few web pages I found that people had this occur when they overclocked their memory – but surely I was just running at the rated XMP speeds? I decided to run memtest86 and sure enough, the memory would fail tests at the settings provided in the XMP profile! I had to tweak the settings, notably increasing the Trc setting from 54 to 56 to get it to run stable. Bit of a pain.
Otherwise the RAM looks solidly constructed and the lights look pretty!
