    I bought myself an RTX 3060 12gb as a christmas present to myself, but realised my old PSU was too old and did not support it. After looking on amazon I decided to buy this.
    Was my first time installing a PSU, and worked like a charm with no issues. Took me 3 hours to remove my old PSU and install this one, but I believe that’s down to my lack of experience rather than the product as I could build it again much faster now that I’ve done it once.
    The PSU is great, there isn’t any noise at all even under load, and I’m even overclocking my PC parts with the spare watts (CPU and GPU)

    I like the way it looks and the fact it is modular, Gold certified, And Corsair.

    Excellent product, noise level is low and easy to fit.

    Needed a smaller unit to replace an ancient 1100w unit I had mounted outside of my case. Easy to install as expected, and the modular wiring really helped to tidy up my case. I can’t hear it while it’s running, very happy with the purchase.

    Over a year on and no problems. Plenty of wires come with it for probably all of your needs. Even comes with a handy little bag to keep all the spare bits u used in.

    Corsair. The only choice for me.
    It’s noise level is barely audible, it was as simple as 4 screws to hold inside the chassis. And the value for money is unmatched. I usually use CCL computers but the value for money was perfect.

    Bought this because, at 150mm x 140mm, it’s quite a bit smaller than most ATX PSUs. Also, it’s Gold rated and will maintain efficiency up to 50 C. Good choice for my ITX build where space and heat is a concern.
    Recommended.

    It works, it’s indistinguishable from the rest of the computer, it doesn’t need to have all the cables coming out to help with installation and cable management. Would highly recommend over a traditional power supply as it makes cable management so much easier.

    Unless something goes wrong, it should outlive all my other components.

    Having had the CV550 before, this was a natural upgrade. The semi modular nature makes my build a lot neater and the fan is very quiet. Very reliable gold rated psu.

    Arrived in good time, securely packaged. The cables were individually tied in a shrink type plastic bag with a UK plug (good). There is not a lot more I can say, it’s a PSU. I have already got a CX750 in an aging PC that I am un-grading and had for 5 years with no trouble so I would at least expect the same excellent quality.

    Super quiet, very durable, amazing quality and works super well as well as having an impressive 7 year warranty! After coming from an old 30 psu I can really see the difference in quality in this psu. Cant go wrong with this,would definitely recommend

    Edit: after about 1 years use, the supply broke for me and I had to buy a new one! Don’t think that’s typical though and there’s a 7 year warranty too.

    Bought this to solve crashing problems after getting an RTX 2070 super, everything’s running great so far even under full load. The PSU is very quiet too.

    I guess it’s true what people say, that ‘you get what you pay for.’ I’ll never buy a ‘bronze’ PSU again after bad experiences I had with them, Gold or better in future!

    A happy gamer!

    High rating and the right Wattage for basically every single graphic card system. There is a lot of extra juice you can squeeze out of it, and before buying it I checked online and it’s one of the best rated PSU

    I ordered the 650W power supply in order to replace a cheaper non-branded 600W power supply that was giving me issues. Best decision yet! Power supply is working great so far and is very quiet, fans only start to make a bit of noise if under heavy load. Quite nice that the unit is semi-modular (CPU power and motherboard power are not modular but the rest of the PCI-E and peripheral connectors are) which made for easy installation.

    So far so good and I can definitely recommend this product to others. Great performance at a good price.

    I cannot find anything to fault this power supply. Installation is quick and easy and the multiple cables make connecting everything so quick. The modular nature means you only have as many power cables as you need so it cleared up the inside of my PC.

    I think this power supply is worth a lot more and probably outperforms some more expensive models.

    I’m using this power supply in a gaming computer as it is very capable of handling a powerful gpu and cpu. The modular cables are an extra bonus, and make the pc building experience a lot easier! I don’t know if I can go back to a psu without modular cables!

    This PSU represents exceptional value. The gold rating and semi-modular cable system sold it to me. Personally I see no point in a fully modular system, since I will always require the main 24 pin power connector, however the ability to only use the cables I require makes life so much easier, especially since my case has a glass panel where cable management is key. The unit is also very quiet. Well, it’s certainly quiet enough that my Kraken X52 on silent mode is louder than it. It has resulted in helping me build a very quiet system.

    I purchased this power supply to compliment the new hardware I had obtained for my pc. It supplies the machine’s needs more than adequately and is very quiet in operation. It comes with a good selection of cables and being semi-modular, I only have plugged in what is needed. This means less cable clutter and better air flow.
    Not the cheapest power supply, but sometimes it’s better to pay a bit more for better quality. This is quality and I heartily recommend it.

    This PSU runs my AMD Ryzen 2700x CPU, Sapphire rx5700xt GPU, 4 fans, 3 hard drives without any problem what so ever. Definitely a quality product. Bought this after reading loads of reviews and this is definitely the best bang for your buck.

    Good price for what offers, i always bought corsair psu’s because they are good on this segment, let’s you decide what you plug in or not, the only thing that you can’t unplug is the 24 pin mobo connector. Overall really good psu.

    5.0 out of 5 stars Value for the money that you pay.

    Amazing PSU. Arrived very promptly (next day Prime)

    Haven’t had a single issue with this PSU. Easily runs my GPU whilst overclocked. My entire RGB set up. Capture cards water cooler and multiple drives without even breaking a sweat. If you’re not sure of what power supply unit to buy. Get this one. You won’t be disappointed

    Corsair has once again delivered with a great PSU (Power Supply Unit).

    The PSU was very easy to install. Once installed, there was no issues screwing it in, or to put the wires through. The cable management was very great.

    The fan is super quiet, as well.

    Have used a Corsair PSU before this one, had that for over 7years and still no issues with it. Hopefully this lasts just as long. Quiet and no problems yet, but with most tech you have to wait a few months/years to see the reliability.

    Better than the seasonic I had that was dead on arrival.

    Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI bought this as my previous PSU blew up which terrified the life out of me as I thought it was the Motherboard but after checking and not finding any burn marks I was relieved when I plugged this in and it powered up first try. I would highly recommend this product but as said previously check the power requirements and buy accordingly otherwise you’ll go through the same panic as me.

    Use this for my media centre gaming PC powering a Ryzen 5 1600 and GTX 1060. Low noise and does not get hot like cheap PSUs. Modular cabling is a must if you care about the look of your PC build, or have limited space like my media centre PC. Includes all the cables needed for top end graphics cards, i.e. 2 PCI-e 8-pin cables, and easily provides enough power for top end CPUs, e.g. 95W, paired with power hungry graphics cards like a RTX 2080 which is 215W and recommends a 650W PSU. Future proof for my media centre, modular, and gold standard for less than 65 on Amazon!

    Decide to upgrade my rig to make better quality videos and so needed a more effecient power supply. I always hear good things about corsair and so went for this and it’s great. It’s modular so I only need to use the cables I need, in this case 2 SATA cables for my HDDs and SSDs, the CPU power and motherboard power. My GPU takes power from the motherboard.
    Can’t hear a sound coming from it, it was a breeze to install and it’s an 80 Gold! Can’t ask for much more.

    I got this boi on a sale so I got it less than the original price. It’s working well with my PC build, I have an Intel Core i3, MS-7869 Ver:1.0, which I transferred from my old PC and a GTX 1050ti, most likely because it doesn’t need that much power. But The power will be enough if I need to upgrade or add new components to a mid-range one. So good for future proofing.

    I had it for a week no problem yet, good buy.

    Wonderful product. I bought this for just 60 and I have had it for 2 weeks and no issues. Corsair is a reputable company and you can see that in the 7 year warranty. All the specs can be found on the website I believe and it’s fully modular apart from the 20+4 pin motherboard connector which you would need anyway. Strongly recommend if you can get this at a good price as a power supply is the worst thing to cheap out on.

    As the headline says, It feels high quality. The connectors appear nice and strong. My only criticism is the poor instructions. You might believe, like I did, everything would be obvious, but at first I could not find the 12V input to the motherboard. I had to download the pdf of the instructions on my laptop and even then it was not easy to find. It turned out that the four pin connector was either of the two bits of the 8-pin connector. Not something I’d come across before. The price is not the cheapest but it feels solid.

    I will keep this short and simple – if you’re after a quality product, a quality brand name with excellent warranty, small in size, whisper quiet during operation, a wide range of modular cables to choose from and want the comfort of having a gold rated efficiency rating then look no further. I read around a lot before purchasing this particular unit and I don’t have one single regret choosing this.

    5 stars is not enough and I highly recommend!

    Background: After upgrading my PC, my vs550 power supply (also by Corsair) wouldn’t cut through the power requirement so I finally settled on this power supply. The TX650M is great with very minimal 12v drop. Lowest ive seen the 12v rail drop is 11.8v which is miles better than my old VS550 which used to drop to 11.5v

    My Specs:
    * FX 8350 @4.7GHZ
    * Titan X @ 1400Mhz
    * 16Gb DDR3
    * Custom watercooling loop

    This I like about it:
    – Flat and black cables, add a clean look to PC
    – Modular design. Being semi modular allowed my whole build to become far cleaner with the ability to add custom cabling in the future
    – Audible click when the system is powered off
    – Silent Fan. The fan spins at very low rpm meaning it is inaudible.
    – 5 Year warranty

    My second Corsair and never had problems with them despite people moaning about them. Had my first Corsair on an ageing first-gen i7 and since i sold that baby to get a new pc with a Ryzen 7 i got this power supply and runs smoothly! Go for it if you don’t to spend too much on a psu.

    Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI needed a modular PSU for a low-profile case (thus the need for modular) running 24/7 – thus its “Gold” rating may just make a difference.

    It works well, seems quiet even under reasonably high load (with a i9-7900X on Turbo). It is not a brand-new design but an updated older design but still “better” than the CX-M series which seems to cost the same. There may be better PSUs but they do cost more thus I think it’s pretty good value.

    Time will tell whether it will last the 7-year warranty…

    I’m using this 650w gold rated PSU to power a modern Haswell Xeon, with 16G of RAM, two SSD’s, a spinner Hard disk and a RX 580 8G without any issues. I recommend this PSU especially if you can pick it up for under 70. It’s quite, with solidly built and has plenty of modular cables that are mostly flat for for a tidy PC build. It was a markedly easier PC build than my previous rig, and I believe this PSU is considered a tier 1 which means it has best quality components and a reliable modern design. I’ve been using it for only a couple of weeks now so I can only speculate as to it’s reliability, but the seven year warranty is reassuring. I expect to use this PSU for ~10 years+.
