Seeds grew happy and healthy using the wet kitchen roll method. This is the most successful way to start them off I’ve found. Looking forward to some nice chillis off these. No issues found, quick delivery
I love Okra for cooking but I never grow them myself before. I bought a packet of green okra seeds and I will try to grow them myself. Hopefully, the seeds will germinate and grow as I never grow them before. It would be nice to be able to pick the okra and cook them fresh. If like me, you’ve had a few asparagus crowns let you down and decided to try seeds this year on the hard to establish asparagus patch. These will serve you well.
I sowed about 30 haphazardly in barren patches and about 90% of where I showed now has small asparagus seedlings.
Planted these for the first time this year, foliage is misleading as not cucumber or melon plant seems quite fragile didn’t know how to tie up so put it in a flower training cone for sweet peas or black eyed Suzy’s , plants a good grower and lots of flowers I’ve just spotted my first fruits very excited to try will grow again.
50% of the seeds grew well. Lots of flowers, I have lovely little cucucumons. Grow like a vine and wrap round neighbouring plants, but very fine leaves and difficult to support, so I let them go where they want for support. Wrapping round full size cucumber plants and tomatoes.
Every seed germinated. The plants are now 3 feet high and very bushy. I have hundreds of fruits already. Very vigorous growth, climbing up canes. Very pleased with these and will definitely buy again for next year.
