Good tent. You can stand up in it. Decent size space. Can fit your kit in there too. Packing up though you really have to hold it tight otherwise it won’t fit in the bag again!
Brought as taster for grandkids camping , so put tent up in garden. Tent easy to put up, great it has a sewn in ground sheet, but still put tent on a ground sheet to keep botton dry & clean. Bedroom fits 2 double air beds in , you can stand up and lots of room in the other part of tent. As only in garden, i put a blow up 2 seater sofabed in, & still enough room for a picnic blanket on floor to play board games with the kids. Only down fall is the front onlu zips up to a certain part, which leaves a gap between the sewn in ground sheet & the opening, in which there are a couple of ties / toggle things to keep the opening closed at the bottom Draught came in & slightly flapping with the wind. Shame this isn’t zipped. Inside of tent roof felt wet, condensation but no leaks. Ideal for camping in good weather. Easy to dismantle but a proper nightmare trying to fit back into its bag.
I only managed to get it up this weekend just gone and it looks sturdy enough but I thought the room split as we have an 18 year old son and need separate rooms. Too late to return (my fault as no time to try until last weekend)
A good size tent, ideal for 4 people allowing more living space, rather than 6 people.
You can stand up in it, so you don’t get back ache when it is raining lol.
Light weight and small , ideal for a medium size car, with all your camping gear
Yes I like it…
Great size, easy to put up. The only thing is quiet difficult to fold up and put back in bag, but got it in eventually!
So, my better half wasn’t happy with my old tent, therefore we ended up with this giant tent.
Pros – it held up very well during an intense summer storm, I’m 6ft 2 and could easily stand up in it. It can sleep a fair few people.
Neg – Some other similar models are a bit more organised and efficient (more pockets, ways of dividing the space, hanging points) and the lip at the front, you can’t just flatten it down, so once water has managed to get in (from having the entrance open) its a pain to get it dry again.
We wanted this tent for the fitted ground sheet so it was completely fitted.
Also needed the big bedroom as our blow up bed is massive.
We did a 4 night festival, out double bed and a single blow up for our granddaughter.
Bedroom is large, with 2 pockets for valuables and a lamp hook.with darker bedroom inset, not quite blackout but good.
Main room is large with a electric hook up hole with zipper. Another hook for lamp.
Very good size with two windows,
Front opens completely letting fresh air in and the heat out. We loved the tent.
Then it rained, the tent is 100% water proof, but the only problem with this tent is the front has a zip on the left and one on the right than do up vertical down the tent. The bottom horizontal has nothing.
If done up properly it’s ok, my daughter went in to got something closed the zips but never checked the bottom and we had a puddle when we got back to the tent.
I’m going to get Velcro and fabric glue and put a strip across the bottom. Problem solved.
As otherwise this is a fantastic tent.
The tent is a good size, sleeping area big enough for four of us plus gear and the living area roomy enough for chairs for all of us, we haven’t tried it in the rain but it survived well in the wind, sadly the pegs were as much use as mamaries on a bull, made from what appears to be foil coated chocolate, many bent on first use, the ground was firm but coped with the wooden pegs I made on the hoof. Good tent, crap pegs.
