I got the Neon Tech Grafitti plate because the rubber was bubbling out and detaching from the original.
I was surprised and impressed with the high quality material, fantastic texture, and the extras. The extras included a tool to open the controller safely and without damage, rings that go around the joysticks, and an insert for the profile lights. The last two also came with controller, but really nice they included replacements. I use a Turtle Beach audio adapter on the bottom of the controller & noticed it can get “unseated” (leaves a small gap), but can be pushed back into place. It’s nothing major but I can’t tell if it’s the adapter starting to get loose or a thickness difference in the faceplate. The adapter didn’t do this with the original plate, but no functionality was affected.
Plastic tool doesn’t hold up very well for removal, but it gets the job done. Easy install and happy with the product. Would recommend.

I was worried after reading some reviews about the fit but in the end it all snaps and fits together perfectly. Quality seems pretty decent especially for the price. Id recommend this for sure.
My xbox controller’s grip on teh front was starting to snap off so I went with this to replace and I actually like it alot more
I recommend swapping the sides out too with fresh ones
So the actual products is wonderful. Nice soft touch, and it looks great. However the tools it comes with don’t work. The pry tool broke and would not pry it off at all. Overall great products needs better tools
Perfect fit, completely renovated my elite series 2 controller and feels good quality, this is the third item I have had from Extreme rate and they have never let me down.
La coque est de bonne qualit, le toucher est soyeux et ne glisse pas en main.
Par contre l’outil livr avec la coque pour dmonter l’ancienne faade n’est vraiment pas adapt : la coque est colle en plus d’tre clipse. Le pauvre truc en plastique est compltement us avant d’avoir pu faire son office et sa conception en croix pour le manche (au lieu d’un tube) dtruit literallement les doigts. Heureusement que la faade que j’ai remplace tait dj en mauvais tat car le dmontage avec l’outil fourni l’a casse en plusieurs endroits…
Absolutely love the look of this I ordered the shell and then thought I might aswell do the buttons and it has not disappointed me at all everything was easy enough to do if your the slightest bit handy and will definitely be customising more in the future
The faceplate fits like a glove, the installation is fairly easy once you have a basic understanding of disassembling electronics. Overall the controller looks like it was bought like this outright. Would highly recommend!
Came with a little tool for prising the case apart but it was pretty flimsy and the thin end snapped slightly. Having said that, with that and the help of a really thin flat-head screwdriver (helps to insert it into an already prised open bit and keep it open) it came off in about 5 mins. New one was super easy to put the bits on and snap on. Feels really good and looks great. Only thing I would say is that I do slightly miss the textured/rubberised front grip on the handles but couldn’t find any replacement fascia’s that had this!

Completely love the Classic NES plate for the Elite. LOOKS AMAZING. Obviously expect some difficulties removing the original plate, but you will soon find it to be completely worth it, and you’ll even find videos on how to remove and replace the front plate. Finally they is red buttons that come with the park, but I didn’t want to take it apart to fit them on the controller.

I purchased the wood-grain effect, ‘soft feel’ facia.
The ‘soft feel’ is pleasent, yet does visually go from matt finish to glossy with use.
The analogue-stick rings are too small, perhaps only 0.5mm or less, but small enough to leave a gap between the ring, & the facia. This means the sticks would contact the rings a fraction earlier, & would result in an audible click. I swapped the supplied rings with my official, original rings, & that remedied the clicking.
Due to having to remove the facia to swap the rings, one of the clips broke off.
I value this facia at 5, but paid 15, therefore I feel it is over-priced for the quality. The rings being too small were annoyances, & the clip snapping off on a 15 facia was a disappointment.
I do like the ‘soft feel’, which is a fuzzy texture. The appearance is also pleasing, and the fit to the controller is satisfactory.

I brought this to replace the faceplate on my sons Xbox Elite controller 2, as he wanted it to be a bit more personal. It came in a box with a tool to help remove the old faceplate, it was a bit tricky removing the old faceplate as there is a strip of adhesive tape holding the plate down. Once that was removed this fit perfectly and looks great, The print on the faceplates is of high quality and looks durable and is nice and smooth to the touch.

This is different from the silicone sleeves you often find for sale. It is a proper face plate with everything needed to fit it. Print is good and something that has been used on other items. My son liked it a lot.
